Glad we still have a grocery store around and check out staff is competent and satisfactory in my experience. A fair amount of staff carried over from the department positions from previous company ownership. Prices have increased for sure on a lot of grocery items and unsure about deli, because I don't use it much and no idea about meat section, but the pet section is as same quality and selection at the very least. The spice section especially the affordable options from the Spanish side of things with Badia brand options has all but dried up, and it appears they're working in their own brand spices, which is a huge loss for me. Overall prices have increased and some selection has decreased and maybe an overall decrease selection, but some options have increased as well to be fair. Some random items are actually a fair bit cheaper in dairy section, but I give away the secret sauce and have folks buying up my one come up in the ownership change, but after an extended time of new shopping experiences there, I'd say there are some hidden gems pricewise lurking in the sea of seemingly growing prices in grocery, non-perishable section items.

PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH.I WILL ONLY BUY A VERY FEW ITEMS FROM ANY KJ'SBI LO WAS SO MUCH BETTER.I THINK KJ'S IS THE HIGHEST PRICED GROCERY STORE..THEIR QUALITY IS NOT HIGH QUALITY BY ANY MEANS.IT'S KINDA SAD REALLY BECAUSE SOME ELDERLY ONLY SHOP BECAUSE OF CLOSE PROXIMITY IN THEIR LITTLE TOWNS.

Small selection. Inflated prices. Leaky roof. Expired shelf items. Poor produce quality. All around not a great experience. Unfortunate that it's the only grocery store for miles.

I've been to a KJ's 1 other time before today. I went today out of convenience. I know prices have gone up across the board for the whole country! I didn't pull up any other app while shopping for comparison however, I'm pretty confident that their prices are extremely high. I have done recent shopping elsewhere so I know I'm not too far off the spectrum. I got a very few needed and on sale items and checked out. I plan on pulling up my other apps and comparing prices to what I saw in KJ's but I'll have to do more shopping elsewhere. The cahiers were very friendly though.

Usually can find what I am looking to buy. The shelves are stocked. The store is clean. The prices are rather high more so than some other chains. however, we are in a rural area so lucky to have a grocery store as opposed to having to drive 25 to 30 miles one way for groceries.

The employees are great - very nice and always friendly. The products however. Dreadful. Produce is never fresh, simply disgusting. The meats - I wouldn't dare eat the meats. I've seen better product at homeless shelters than this. Prices are just like anywhere else in Edgefield...absolutely insane. It seems this just like other stores in the area take major advantage of the 'small town' mindset. Simply do not shop here unless you are in a pinch and just need an off the shelf item.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I just moved to the area and went shopping there for the first time last night. It took me two hours because the selection is so small I had trouble finding what I needed. And not once did anyone offer to help. Then I get to the register and realize that they're extorting people with ridiculous prices because they're the only grocery store in the area. And I got the pleasure of bagging my own groceries that I paid way too much for. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I get sandwich meats cut at the deli. EVERY SINGLE TIME I approach that deli counter the employees ignore me. They avoid making eye contact and pretend not to see me standing there waiting. Then, when someone finally does acknowledge me the person has the worst attitude about having to slice the meat. They complain EVERY time I ask and I always try to make sure I’m pleasant but it’s gotten to the point that I LOATHE going to the deli. I’ve talked to several people who have the same issue.

Quick trip just to get items needed for Christmas dinner. It's a great store to shop at. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. It's never crowded and always clean.

I think the prices in the store is too high and I feel like they are taking advantage of local people because there is no where else to buy groceries. Nice store but way too high.

Being the only major grocery store in the area, they take advantage of the residents in our area. Prices are ridiculously high. It like they do not care!!
