Purchased club cadet lawnmower . When delivered had no booklet or line hoses .ect package. Ask delivery person none was sent. Went in two times ..called 2 times they said lost in store.... Manager Alfred could have helped.. But said ladys mother in hospital and she would have to do. I have purchased 2 other club cadets from greenville dealer had wonderful service. Lost package should have been store responsibility not mine.

Needed bandage for a dog that helps prevent chewing. Went to PetSmart first obviously for pets. They have no bandages or rats whatsoever. Not only did the tractor supply have them. When I called they had them up front waiting for me. When I ride they also gave me some advice that I did not know walking in. Everyone has a smile on their face and extremely nice. I love tractor supply and I love the people who work there

There’s this worker her name is Ella Tay. The absolute best she was nice to me and showed me the discounts! She helped me out a lot. Her so called “manager” tho was no where to be seen and when I seen her one time out of my 30 min time there. She had an attitude and was disrespectful to her coworker. Ella did nothing wrong but trying to help a customer. But Ella Tay was the best worker I’ve had so far. Thank you for the ducks Ella

I use the horse bedding wood pellets for cat litter, it's the best for odor control, less dust and at a great price. I use the curbside pick up and this makes it easy for me because I can't handle a 40 pound bag. The service is quick and easy, and my order is ready when I arrive. Thank you Tractor Supply for a great product and excellent service.

I always love coming to Tractor Supply. Everyone is so helpful. Especially tonight. I came in at 7 forgetting they closed at 8 and the sweet female employee let me come in to grab what I needed. Then another make associate helped me find exactly what I needed when I couldn’t find it. Their service was so refreshing and I’m so thankful there are people who go through extra mile and treat others like we would all want to be treated. Thank you!

Family & also Super Pet friendly! Amazing staff that greet you soon as you walk in the door and are everywhere willing to help. I had an issue with my Husqvarna trimmer and the Manager Shell went above and beyond to replace it totally hassle free! A big thanks to the Easley Tractor Suplly staff for treating customers better than anybody!

My husband came in looking for a belt for our tiller and The associate walked over Like he was gonna help my husband after being asked the associate looked at him turned around and helped another customer so my husband walked out ......YALL WILL NOT GET OUR BUSINESS EVER AGAIN RUDE A** PEOPLE. Worst experience I've ever had with ordering something online I ordered something on 16 of May and I still hadn't got it as of yesterday wound up cancelling it they make promises that they do not keep and their assemblers who they hired to come out charge way too much I paid this for them to come out . But they are not responsible or professional in anyway I cannot recommend their own customer service at all the local store seems to be OK but the online business at Tractor Supply does a terrible job and they don't seem to be able to do anything about improving it they totally messed up my order they seem to have hired some of worst assemblers they could find I don't know if tractor supply gets more of a kickback so tractor supply puts up with this or if Tractor supply thinks no one will take the time to complain , normally I wouldn't I would just deal with it and move on but this experience was Unbelievably terrible, they didn't show up no call no show , they didn't keep their word about the next time to show either Assemblers they are using are the worst the assemblers customer call center put you on hold and never come back , they act as though oh we'll tuff stuff , you are at our mercy if you don't like the way are doing call Tractor Supply, tell them if you want too , we can't do anything to help you.

After going to another TSC store, I appreciate Easley even more. Prices are better, staff is friendly. Store is clean & shoppable. I noticed they're quick to offer help if they see that perplexed look. I went to Pickens and was over charged on every sale item. It was corrected by Easley Management. Thanks to Jennifer, Wendy & Randy.

Store is clean and organized, staff are always friendly. Online stock doesn't always reflect in-store stock, but that's understandable. I highly reccomend buying chicks from this location. I bought 15 chicks (5 Asians & 10 Isa Browns) and all are currently happy and healthy chickens!

Lots of inventory at this store and they do carry numerous hard to find (niche) items for farmers, ranchers, and those that do large scale outdoor work. Pricing is medium high. The store was OK with their organization. BUT... the help was no where to be found and the register operator wasn't very friendly when I asked where an item was located... guess I should've known, right? Come here for what you need and you'll probably find it. Don't expect much more than that.

The employees are always so helpful. I needed to seed my backyard. It's on a slope and completely shaded. I had no idea which seed/hay would be my best option. Without hesitation she was able to get me what I needed and explained why it was my best option. Thank you.

Love this store. I get my chicken,horse,goat and dog food from here! You get your money's worth. They could work on keeping more goat wormer pellets on the shelves though. Friendly staff but they could use an extra hand or two due to this store always being busy ***makes it hard to help customers***

First off, none of the employees I saw were wearing masks. Second off, I went here to pick up some things and was looking for the horse bedding pellets. I asked the cashier if they had any because I didn't see any out and she said she didn't know. I asked her where they would be located, she pointed to the back corner and when I said I didn't see any, she said "we must not have them then". I asked her if she could check the inventory to make sure because I didn't want to make an unnecessary trip to another TS. She had a bit of an attitude about it imo just because I asked her to check inventory.

Name on the building is “tractor supply” yet they have like 3 tractor parts available. Might as well change the name to Lawn Mower Supply.Edit: Tractor Supply, you’re missing the point. One isle of tractor parts is all you have in the whole store. Seems it should be the majority of what you sell. And I did get with your team members. They said they had something but when I drove to the store, they didn’t.

I went by last night to get a propane tank refilled. And was told they could not do it because it was raining. I went back tonight. It's not raining, but they can't pump it tonight for some reason. The girl at the register didn't know why.

I love this store! I am not a farmer, nor do I have a tractor. I mainly go in for big bags of bird food or dog food for my Maltese, but I always find other little things to distract me. They have stuffed animals and little toys, and a great selection of bird feeders. My husband buys shirts there for working in the yard. The employees are very helpful, going out of their way to assist in finding things or taking my stuff to the car for me. This is just a fun store, whether you have a tractor or not!

To 2.30. he is a exelente worker. He should be a manager.I recommend people to get there supplies in this store.

Exceptionally friendly staff, good assortment of products. Some items were low in stock but that's to be expected right after Christmas pretty much anywhere. Staff through store inquired if we needed help, if we found what we needed.
