The veterinary service here is fantastic. They do a good job at making sure your dogs or cats need anything. They get it good atmosphere. Friendly people and they're very thorough with their explanations. If you need something done at the vet , The store is always clean, always stocked and the prices aren't bad either. We have 5 dogs and we brought them all there and got on their doggy insurance plan.I would recommend them

They had in stock what we needed. But it was the last one on the shelf. We looked at other items and found the prices to be a little high for our liking. We did not purchase any other items. The store was clean. And we got to see other people's dogs as they brought them to shop and to be seen by the on-site vet.

My dog couldn’t barely breathe when he left. He was still wet and didn’t smell good. He was so stressed and hadn’t been given any water. He was breathing so heavy and loudly and his mouth was very dry. He came home drank a whole bowl of water and passed out. I am very unhappy with this!

my puppy saw cameron c for a grooming appointment and she absolutely botched his haircut. i could have found a random person on the street that could’ve done a better job. completely uneven and doesn’t look clean. i am having to go to another groomer this week so the hair doesn’t grow back uneven. don’t waste your money!!!!

I had a groomer coming to my house who turned out to be unreliable. My sister recommended Pet Smart. They are great with my German Shepherds. My dogs get the works! I get much more for my money and it costs the same as my old groomer.

Dr. White found my dog has type 1 diabetes on a drop off visit. Her staff helped me learn how to inject my dog with insulin twice a day. They were fantastic.

The lady with the blonde hair working the register doesn't need to be so unfriendly when a guest is inquiring simple questions of when exactly the adopting team is there. No smile and unnecessarily apologized to the other customer who said she was delighted that I was considering adopting a kitty.

They always have good sales on toys, seem to always be stocked with most items dog related. Staff is friendly and willing to help you with any questions. The chameleon in the back is also very chill and cool.

Grooming workers are rude. Didn’t greet me instead talked among each other. I walked over to look at cut description and the girl talking to coworkers finally said ‘who we have here’. I stated (on appt request)Barney would need to be muzzled for toe nail clip - once I got there they informed me they could not muzzled him due to his age. It was on my appointment notes from 1 week prior - wasted my time - then sarcastically states ‘have good day’ just very unprofessional- had groomed the dog before with no issues 🤷♀️

Besides being out of crickets a lot, every staff member we have spoken to has been great, we never buy animals, I'm in rescue, but my daughter purchased 2 very lovely and healthy budgies we have been training with great ease, and also a juvenile leopard gecko. Tanks are clean, and though I like to push people towards adoption, this is a pretty nice store!

My wife and I unfortunately had to have our dog put down today because of prostate cancer. The staff was very kind to us and our dog! We were very well taken care of. We appreciate the staff at Banfield-Pet Smart very much!

employees are lowkey rude and unhelpful. also why would you open your doors so early but not have a cashier there like have a separate entrance for your groomers if you’re not going to ring people up in the store you have opened to the public. I wondered around the whole store and waited at checked out for 10 minutes before someone told me to come back in 20 minutes when a cashier gets in there. that’s so weird dude.Update : the same employees who told me to come back when a cashier gets there were ringing the literal next people who came in right after me “before their cashier got there and they’re open.” so you’ll ring up literally anyone else just not me, cool, really fair policy. Really poor customer service and confusing atmosphere. Will go out of my way to shop at other places from now on.

Just had our first groom for Cinnamon with Jennifer, it was a great experience! She came home a happy puppy, her nails looked amazing (they really needed to be trimmed and filed down), and the team did a great job of explaining the whole process and letting us know when she’d be done by giving us a call! Will definitely be back next time she needs a groom.

Overall, it's a good experience but don't ever use the groomers. I asked for a Teddy bear haircut, And they shaved my dog's bald. BOTH of them. Now, I groom my dog's myself

Took my cat to the vet there because he has what is called a 3rd eyelid in both eyes, and all they did was give him some cream to put in his eyes for a week and said they couldn't give him any antibiotics. The cream didn't make any difference in his eyes. I will Not be going back to them.

I went one week ago to grooming..with my little dog toy poodle..they told me between 3 or 4 hours..I left him at 8 am ..was 1 pm he was not ready.I spent more than half day for a toy poodle...after that his ears with a lot of hairs inside...I said if they can fix it..she was doing that...but after that I saw that haircut terrible..she has to fix a lot the cut..when I arrived to my house..I saw a lot hair that I have to fix it..a very bad work..and yestarday I saw they did not cut his nails....TERRIBLE AND MORE TERRIBLE...I have a friend and she told me petsmart in groming were working very bad...

We were looking for a clinic to urgently sterilize a cat. We set a time and date. We've arrived. 2 hours later the clinic called back and told me to take the cat because she was crazy and they couldn’t put a catheter in her. They suggested going to another clinic. Question: what kind of specialists work there who cannot find an approach and give an injection to an animal? I’m not sure that all animals undergo surgery with joy and offer their paws for injections. The cat is in shock, the fur is flying, the paw is limping. I'm shocked. Time is wasted, plans are ruined, there is no mood. Next appointment at another clinic in 4 days. No one has given recommendations on how to help a cat during heat these days when she howls and rolls on the floor. Unpleasant experience. I hope this is just our only case.

Went to Petsmart to get a top rated puppy food for Remi's puppy, Tiger 'zilla. He is living up to his Godzilla name, now weighing 22 pounds at not quite 8 weeks old..huge for a dobie pup. Keeps figuring to weigh over 130 pounds. I was disappointed none of the staff approached me or offered to help, as i was reading ingredients on several different brands & checking the best dog food rating on line...Finally decided on rgese top rated brands for this pup!

So my family was looking into adopting a cat. I went to ask a rep in the store to assist us and there was no reason for the snarky responses she gave us. The informed is that its not something we could do tonight and told us we had to do a form for adoption. (I want to be clear my issue isnt with the adoption form even though its much more extensive than it needs to be) my issue is the completely disrespectful service and awful attitude this singular rep displayed. After these snarky coments she then proceeded to go call someone in a frontend office completely ignoring us for the rest of our visit. Her poor attitude did cause us to find our fur babies elsewhere.

My sweet dog Bones, passed away last week.I called and I asked Dr Farmer and her staff if they would take care of the cremation. She said we don't creamate here but we deal with a compassionate company that does. On picking up my 17 year old dogs ashes a week later, from Banfield Veterinarian Hospital.I received a Beautiful cherry wood box and it explained about the Rainbow Bridge.I can also place a photo of my Bones.I also received, In Loving Memory, A Lock of Love....with Bones hair in a small plastic bag.There's a Certificate of Creamation,a pamphlet on grieving and a Virtual Pet Loss Support Group site.This experience through Banfield was and is so therapeutic for the grieving owner as they state in their pamphlet. "Paws Whiskers & Wags."site.I thank all of you for making my loss of Bones a heartfelt experience. ♥

Friendly staff and lots to choose from. They aren't as knowledgeable as some about specific reptiles and such. Though they had the two cutest little leopard geckos we now call ours.

I normally bring my pup here to be groomed. Not anymore after this most recent visit on May 3, 2021. My pup’s ears weren’t properly clean. And on top of that, the cashier that rung me up was full of attitude after demanding that I go to the groomers to get the invoice in order to pay. When I informed him that I was using the app to pay and that I was using a coupon he attitude got worse.

My furbaby loves to visit petsmart! Tons of options for all your needs. And I love the on site vet office. And that they have weekend hrs available. Grooming on site also available. Can be a little pricey on some items though
