I’m gonna try to just give the Bullet points.-I saw Kim Ninestein smoking in her grooming facility with 2 small dogs present-my dog Joey didn’t want to even go inside (Huge red flag! he loves being out and about around people. Even at the vet)-she tried to take my dog from me and put him in a cage after the groomer that was servicing me told her I’d be staying the whole time due to his seizures and then was mad when I told her to give me him back. She threw his leash back at me-As i was staying with my dog being geoomed I witnessed her abuse two dogs in multiple ways before I was able to make myself speak up to her-she then proceeded to get into a verbal altercation with me and even went as far as grabbing her scissors off her table, waving them around and then proceding to point them towards me like she was going to stab me with them (you chose the wrong woman to get crazy with, Kim)-she eventually left her own establishment and didn’t return- i called the law and i didn’t even have to say anything other than “I had a bad experience with a groomer in easley” and they GAVE ME HER NAME (asked me if Kim was who i was talking about) BEFORE I EVEN MENTIONED THE GEOOMING FACILITY. So that goes to show you the reputation she has!Like i said this is the shortened version with no graphic details because honestly this was a very traumatic experience for me, so I cannot imagine one how those poor dogs feel!The conditions of her shop are also horrific

Great job at a good price! They take really good care of our two dogs when they go, and the haircuts are always precious. I highly recommend. Consider the photo a before and after, the white dog is getting groomed tomorrow, and the black one just had his grooming and nails done.

This business needs to be shut down. My poor dog is still suffering from her last appointment. I do not recommend this establishment. It needs to be shut down before she ends up killing someone's beloved pet.

I was very pleased with her work. She gave a quality haircut to my Shizu for a good price. I will go back! Trimmed the nails on my aged Chihuahua as well!

I have been going her for a few times & usually she is able to work me in. But, on several occasions I would come in as she told me to just walk in & she would not be there @ the stated opening time which was 10am. Today I arrived @10:20 and door was locked. I also spoke to another customer, that was waiting as well.this man had been there since 9:30. My question is why bother with putting hours ofbusiness,, if in fact you will not follow them !! I later was called by the lady & she stated that we could open at 10 or 11 depends on my appointments She wanted me to schedule I said no I went somewhere else.I also told her of the other customer waiting , she then didn't seem very concerned. This has happened with this business before .. the hours state one thing & either she is out and will be back later or is even there. As far as I know she's takes cash only, which isn't very convenient for the customer.

I do not recommend this place. Their work has been mediocre at best unless you actually push the issue. She charged me full price and didn't even do half of what I asked her to do. My dog's pads were not trimmed down. When she was bathed she still had soap all over the back of her. They had my dog from the time they opened passed the time they closed. Not to mention at one point I stopped in to see if she was done, the owner asked me to hold my own dog while she clipped her. I noticed as I was talking to her that she had gouged another dog on the back, so now it had a bald spot. I was utterly shocked by this entire experience. This place is absolutely terrible. My advice, find another groomer that will treat and groom your dog properly.

Don't waste your time, I made an appointment and the place was locked up tight. I waited half an hour with no luck. I took time off from work to keep my appointment and the groomer didn't care enough to even come to work. Find a different groomer for your pet!

Took my dog as walk-ins and they took 6 hours just to groom her and she’s only a 7 month old puppy. I was told she would be finished at 5 but they took 2 more hours. Once I picked her up I noticed her nails weren’t trimmed at all and they did a HORRIBLE job giving her a haircut, they literally left BALD SPOTS on my poor dog and left cuts on her belly. Would not recommend what so ever and the place smelled like they were smoking cigarettes inside (not even dog shampoo just cigarette smoke)

I have never been so upset as I was when I picked my dog up! I have a beautiful golden retriever and they shaved him completely. Groomed him like a poodle. Stinks like he never had a bath. I have learned my lesson. Warning: Stay away from this place!

I took my German Shepherd Roxy there to get her nails cut. I tried calling back the same day and couldn't get anyone on the phone, then tried to go to the shop in person. When I got there, they were already closed up and gone for the day. It took me till the next day to actually speak with someone in person and when I asked for Roxy, the gave me this pug. I told them it wasn't my dog and they got upset and forced me to leave. I'm still looking for Roxy, but does anyone know who's dog this is?

Had to switch groomers after they shaved my dog after the 4-5th time they'd seen him and I left specific instructions with several people NOT to shave him and they had my dog over 7 hours! It took nearly 5 months for my dog's hair to grow back out and then she charged me close to $200 I should not have paid and I did inform her we would not be back.

Very poor service and attitude...please do not take your dog there, I had to give it a star to post this. I made an appointment for my dog to drop off at 9am on my way to work. After I had not heard from K9 Creations by 2:30pm I tried to call and check on him. Their phone was not working. I drove over to their shop and upon entering the door the owner started screaming at me and telling me I did not have an appointment. After refreshing the owners memory as to our phone conversation and her admitting having talked to me and forgetting to write the apt down she continued to complain to me about how busy she was and even if the dogs dropped off after me left before mine it was my fault because I didn't express to her I wanted a rush. I told her I just wanted to pick up the dog finished or not and she started throwing things around and screaming at her employee to hurry and finish my GD dog. She continued her ranting and told another employee at her front counter that she "needed to step outside because she was ready to jump on me". Upon her leaving, the employee apologized for the woman's behavior. The owner after a few moments came back in went to the back of her store got my dog and came out front and threw him on the floor for me to put his collar on. I paid for my dog telling them to keep my five dollar change due and told her I would not be back again and she then jumped up and told me good that she did not want me to come back.

We have been going to k9 creations for at least 2 years. They have always done a good job. But it takes forever . Maybe the other review was just in a bad mood. It would be nice if they had different drop off times so your pooch wouldn't have to stay in a kennel so long. I am always happy with how clean and knot free my my baby comes out

Tried K9 Creations to groom my Shih-Tzu after my husband had a good experience when he took our Border Collie on a whim. They did a great job for my husband but when I tried to book an appointment it took 3 phone calls and the lady giving me an appointment on Sunday. Well, they are closed on Sunday but I figured this was her business and if she wants to do extra jobs that’s her prerogative. Wasted my time going over there to find two signs on the door: one said “open” the other said “closed”. Good grief! Which one is it?!! The door was wide open so I went inside. Announced myself several times. No answer. Called the office. No answer. Left voicemail. No return call. I wouldn’t trust K9 Creations to take care of a plant much less my dog.

I called twice to make an appointment for our dog. I finally got a call back a few days later. I told the lady thank you but I had already taken my dog somewhere else. She hung up the phone on me. If you're customer service is this bad imagine how you treat animals.

I started taking my baby Jasper to Victoria Merano when she was working for another establishment in town. She now works for K9 . I promise , if you ever take your dog to her she treats them like her own. And she does an amazing job on my baby. She hasnt been working at K9 for a long time but in the time she has been there, ive seen her work and ive seen how my baby loves her like she loves him. K9 was really lucky to get her in there.

My dog hollered as his nails were being trimmed. Has never been an issue before at other places i have taken him to. Got home and realized they missed a nail. Only accepts cash or check. Who doesnt take credit cards in 2019?
