Working under Dawn is a nightmare she leaves you in the dark don't tell you nothing when you are new there and then your fired. Pour management!! They have good employees that are sweet and other managers! But her she is a nightmare and rude!! I wouldn't let my dog work under her. She is definitely a Karen!!

We purchased a Oval Skillet with Glass Lid and did not like the pan. It was heavy. The ends of each side of the pan did not get heated. The food wouldn’t cook evenly so we decided to return it. Customer service really was no help at all. Because of the heaviness of the pan we had to pay $36 to ship it back. They did not give us any shipping labels or anything just the number we had to put inside and outside the box. It takes 10 to 15 days to get a refund. They’ve had our pan for a week and we’re still waiting. Do not recommend buying from this company. I tried leaving a one star review online and it would not let me submit the review. I’ll be enough when you check this Google site. The reviews are horrible funny.

- Terrible business practices.- Terrible customer service. Non existing online help, never mind that they almost DO NOT HAVE physical stores and they HAVE to operate online mostly.- Do not offer sufficient help- Do not communicate or establish convenience for customers in operating together with the physical outlet stores.- Do not offer EXCHANGES and RETURNS with the covered shipping cost.- Half of the products are not good at allHow do they survive? Oh wait, that's why everything is $100 more expensive than it should!

Well we have tried 3 times to purchase a gift item with this company. The first time a representative helped us and placed the order. The day after we noticed that the charge had been reversed. We called the company and were told a story about the purchase address and ship to address being different so the system kicked out the purchase. Should be no problem, right! People send gifts all the time last time we looked. Anyway over the next few days, we were told to wait 48 hours, we tried over and over again with various credit cards and even Apple Pay. The system would take the cards and then reverse the purchase.We finely purchased the same item from a different company and our daughter was cooking with it last night.I called customer service at La Creuset and asked to speak to the Fraud department. We were told they didn’t have a Fraud department. We then asked to be transferred to a manager, we were told they could not do that but if we provided contact information someone would reach out to us. It has been a week and no one has reached out to us.

I purchased an item online as a gift with free shipping. The recipient did not wish to keep as they were not thrilled with the design. I inquired about returning and was unable to get in contact with a person for over a week (3 emails, 3 calls, and 45 minutes on hold). Let me add, you have to contact customer service for return authorization, plus there is a 45 day window for returns- so time is sensitive. I've been ignored!I live near 3 locations, however you are ONLY able to return via shipping yet the cost is out of you own pocket. I purchased a $300 cast iron wok.. large box and 14 lb item cost me $38 in return shipping! This is not a $20 item I purchased from a cheap website, this is a $300 item whose "reputable company" would rather sell items than please customers.This company, their policies, and their customer service are not the quality they claim they are and its definitely not worth the hassle. If this is how you treat your patrons, I will never put another dollar into your company. Le Creuset, you have lost a customer.Edit- one month after USPS said my return package was delivered and I have YET to hear a word from Le Creuset. No notification that my return is being processed, no one ever answers when I call "customer support", and not a penny has been returned. ONE MONTH!

Dealing with this company was the WORST online buying experience I have every had! I really do not think they are connected with the real Le Creuset company. I never write reviews but want to warn anyone thinking of buying from their online store to think again. On September 2 I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter in-law for her September 11 birthday since she loved my Dutch oven I have. I ordered a Dutch oven and skillet all for $591.30. After I ordered they said I would receive an email confirmation shortly and that it may take 5-10 business day to deliver. I never received an email confirmation. After about 5 days I called them. Waited online at least an hour. Voice mail kept saying they were busy and there may be a wait. I waited an hour, no one ever picked up. Next few days I kept calling, no answer. Went to voice mail and they kept hanging up on me. I started getting nervous that this was a scam place or something. Finally I went to their website and submitted a request to get in touch with me. 3 days later I get a return email with a tracking number and the “customer service” person said that she tried tracking the package but could not find, so she told ME to track it. So I tracked it and they said no such number. I tried calling again, waited another hour (no exaggeration) on the phone, no answer, so again I email. This time I complained and told “customer service” to cancel order. 3 days later she sends me email with a confirmation of cancellation, with a cancellation number, and she said don’t worry they have not charged your card. .So I go to Amazon and order a Dutch oven and skillet. Last Wednesday my daughter calls me excited that she received one of the gifts, the Dutch oven. She posts pictures online making soup with the Dutch oven. Friday October 5 she calls and said she got the skillet and another Dutch oven. Yesterday I get a charge for $591.30 on my AMX card. So now my daughter has 2 Dutch ovens and 2 skillets and I have over $1000 on my card. I called and no joke, waited 1 hour and half and finally someone answered the phone. Long story short she said, I’m sorry, I’ll send you return postage and 35% off on your next order! I have called and cancelled charge on my AMX card and we will wait to see what happens. DO NOT BUY from this company, don’t know what they are doing.

I have several pieces that I have purchased elsewhere besides directly from Le Creuset. I don't mind buying from Home Good because I acknowledge that I am receiving a reputable product at an amazing price. I have also bought from Costco acknowledging that a piece may be second hand but again at an amazing price but when buying directly from the company and it has obvious imperfections of bubbles, that is an issue. I called the number on the packing slip and only a weird noise and then dead (3 times). We look up the number online and the lady claims I have to call customer service but no one answers that phone number. Pandemic or not, they would be working remotely but no one ever answers. which is not acceptable! Unless you can purchase Le Creuset from either a Home Goods or Costco, I would strongly suggest you keep your money in you pocket. .Extremely Disappointed.

I ordered 3 items for a wedding but didn't receive in time for the event. I left a note on my front door refusing them and asking UPS Ground to return the items. Per their Customer Service, they are refusing to credit the items back to my Credit Card. I have proof from UPS Ground of the return but they say I need an Order Number.

Very strange experience with this facility. I received an item which I had not ordered and was intended for another party. I called to return the item. The rep took all my info and said a return shipping label would be sent. Have yet to hear from them. Mistake are always made, but they should be rectified especially since it would be in the interest of Le Creuset. Not sure how this company survives

I had a warranty claim which they approved. Then the pot was lost in the mail. Even though I had shown them pictures etc for proof of my claim they used this as an excuse to screw me over and not send me a replacement. Hugely disappointed in this company after all these years.

I bought a ceramic pour-over coffee filter holder. They shipped it bare in a box with no bubble wrap or protection. It arrived shattered. I can’t get them to answer the phone. Very disappointing.

I purchased a cast iron pot 6 weeks ago. Payment processed 6 weeks ago. I have not received it and I have called customer service every day for the last two weeks, to no avail as nobody picks up! I am besides myself!

Be cautious when ordering Le Creuset products from here. Product that was delivered to me was made in China, not France. Their consumer “Helpline” will disconnect you stating they have high number of requests and they are unable to accept your call. Terrible service.I have several pieces of Le Creuset that I purchased at a Le Creuset store and all are from France. So I didn’t realize some products could be from China. Bizarre and disappointing. Be cautious.

Looked for non china product... "found" and specifically purchased directly from lecreuset to avoid china... However received dish with made in china sticker... are you kidding me? :( Returning! This is first and last purchase from this company. Shame for such company to "pride" themselves and state on site being of France origin when in reality it's made in China etc. Hope your false advertising and manufacturing cost is worth losing customers as for sure I'm never going to buy any lecreuset products nor recommend to anyone.Cherry on top: Customer service replied I have to pay for shipping it back... for their false advertising? Horrible.
