Vital vapors is one of the better places in the upstate. They don't have a hidden agenda on who you are or what you do. Everybody's equal un like some vape stops you walk into. They are dog friendly and just all around decent people. Prices are fair and if they're out of stock on An item They quickly get it

The guy who helped me was very friendly and really knew his stuff. He recommended a liquid I hadn't tried based on my preferences and its popularity, and he NAILED it! Not only did he sell me my new favorite juice, he knocked 10% off since it was my first time visiting. Just for that I'll be back!If you need anything quickly and are close to this place, definitely stop in. They'll treat you right!

As a truck driver it’s nice to find a place close to a major highway and truck stop, and being open during this pandemic is appreciated.Staff wasn’t entirely too welcoming and friendly. In the roughly 10 minutes we were in the store two out of the three employees working spent a lot of time looking at their phones and when we asked questions they continued staring at their phones and took a while to respond. The prices are somewhat steep which we wouldn’t have minded if the staff were friendlier.But they had a fairly decent selection and I got what I went in for.

This place is one of the best! Ms.Sandy is very knowledge and friendly very hands on you will not be disappointed! Matt and Skyler were very helpful as well and took their time explaining the working of the mods I was interested in! This will become one of my regular drop in spots when I am in the area and they have parking across the street for truckers!

I wasn't familiar at all with this area until I started working nearby. Normally I shop online or go to my regular spots in Simpsonville and Pelzer. First time I noticed this spot I didn't have time to check it out because I was rushing back from my lunch break as usual.I had some time to kill the next week and figured it would be a good chance for me to stop in and check it out. I was glad I did. The owners were super nice and I chatted up one of the employees who was really friendly and not at all pushy. I didn't really need anything in particular that day but did end up buying some cotton because it was a decent price. This is now my go-to spot if I burn out a coil or need anything while I'm up in this area for work.Really honest people and good prices. I have yet to try their house juice but that is definitely on my to do list. Some of their flavors sound pretty freaking great. Keep up the good work guys.

I love it here, you get the best juices and at reasonable prices. The atmosphere here is amazing, definitely my go to store for all my vaping needs. And the oxygen bar is amazing!! Definitely just an amazing place. Timothy and sandy definitely know what they are talking about when it comes to coils and juices and just everything.

I have been going to Vital Vapers in Duncan for over a year now and they have the best customer service I have seen. They have the very competitive prices. Their juices are top notch. They mix their own juice in house. They have one of the largest selection of new product in Spartanburg and Greenville. I would 100% recommend this store.

I have been going here since they opened this location and have never once had a problem. Plenty of devices and tanks and such to go through. A whole wall of juices of all different kinds. If you havent got a clue about what you want they will help you find out.

I went there for the first time this afternoon and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff definitely knew about what they are selling and a lot cheaper than some of the other places I have visited the juice I got was great I will definitely be going back

I was there for less than a minute. I was running late and this shop was on my way to work so I figured I'd stop in to grab a few coils. The first one neither employee knew what I was asking for, even though other stores in the area carry C cell coils and then struggled to find coils for the Ego tank I run as well. After watching one of the associates struggle with a simple request and not having what I was looking for or really seeming to know what it was, I left. I'll loosen my schedule and go to other stores. It was always a mystery why I worked with several people who vape and no one went to their store. Mystery solved.
