AWESOME PETERBILT DEALER! Staff was Awesome, Service got me in asap and out asap. 2hrs maybe total. More then 85% of Dealers in America. No one has a Fast Lane or Quik Lane anymore. Like u have a 2hr or 1hr repair but they can't look at it until Tomorrow.... Not here, these Guys , Jump on it even with a lot of trucks in line. They make a Judgment call. Did repair and out I went. THANKS AGAIN AND I WILL BE BACK IF EVER I NEED SOMETHING 👍

Joy was fantastic. I was under a load and committed to another load. She was able to find my parts and have them ready when I got to the dealership very professional and thorough. She set everything up then the service department and the mechanics handle the rest. First come first serve,0600 open for business. Joy checked me in with a good morning and complete attention to detail! Staff,Ryan,Will, and Logan, the bomb! Sandwiches provided at lunch, showers,tv room,dope facility! If ya take advantage of Best Western hotel,suggest eating at S.B.H .BBQ Free shuttle. Will break down here anytime!

Had a great experience as usual.I’m a frequent customer but this is my first review. The upstairs drivers lounge is very comfortable with nice recliners, Big TV, bathroom, shower and free washer/dryer with detergent, fabric softener and coffee. Chargers for a few different devices on the desk. There’s windows overlooking the garage so you can see your truck being worked on. I did my laundry while I waited. They even bought drivers that had a long wait a sandwich from subway! Good people all around. Mechanic got the job done even when I was missing some of the bolts he needed. This is the only dealer I will go to if I can help it. The service and parts counter people are very good at what they do. They all work well as a team and seem to be happy working there unlike other places where people are fighting each other. They don’t need this review. That place was pumping trucks out left and right. I actually look forward to going back soon for my wheel and transmission seal.

We brought our truck in Sunday and dropped it in there secure yard. Called Joy the service writer at 6;10 told her we had air drier problems and she said she would take care of us. She called me back a 9:45 to come get our truck it was fix. Joy was very nice and professional and we got our truck fixed right. Thank you to Joy and the Pete Store.

You were very professional by way of giving us status updates when parts came in or was on back order. The way you emailed him and the insurance company to make sure he new what was going on. To anyone who second guessing rather they should take their truck here for repairs or not I am telling you the whole staff here is ready and professional to make things happen.. Used to be the best Peterbilt 3-5 day turnaround on repair now you need to have 3 months to waste to get your truck fixed. 4 weeks for a oil pan gasket a 2 hour job a Warranty fix and then won't give me the part thats covered to get it fixed somewhere else. If you don't have weeks to waste go somewhere else. Best way to make a change is hurt the bottom line.

Had an issue with fuel injectors that I purchased. The issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed and haven't had a problem or seen a check engine light since. Did have an issue with communication. I had been quoted to get thr overheads done, but I got my truck back the 1st time they wasn't done. Also I wanted to get some clutch work done because my clutch is very choppy and not smooth at all. I don't know the techs name who said this but I was told that the clutch on my truck is just stiff and is made like that. Although I know that's not true.

I just financed a truck here. Throughout this whole process, my salesman has worked hard to accomplish all of my wants and needs. I'm accepting delivery on Monday morning, allegedly,, and so I pray I get exactly what I am paying for. Friendly service,,, a lot full of equipment to choose from, clean, very presentable. As of right now, I rate it 5⭐.

With everything going on in the world with the economy, as a trucker let this shop but your last solution. Went in to have drive line check oil& fuel filters changed but only ended up with a $327 bill and truck never made it into shop.Told me I needed a clutch but they didn't know I just had one installed. I had a leaking cab air bag. Stopped by to buy one and asked if they had time to install it, they replied yes, we can fit that in. Was there a little over an hour as they also fixed a recall I was unaware of with the ABS light. Highly recommend them. Great people!
