I would have put a zero if I could have worst management ,so very bad attitude, and disrespectful to customers ever at a Pilot I've ever been to I run pilot cars she they went around asking everybody if they're sleeping there it we are all drivers , pilot car escort ect with company name and an vehicles she's a very bad attitude with everybody, asking at a driver that was in the driver's lounge you can hear that person screaming all the way you could hear it from the c store in my opinion pilot has an f for failure of goodand respectful management second I get five stars to the fuel desk five stars for Wendy's and the other management that works and five star for mantatance but they need to do something about the first shift manager, obviously she was not taultspeak nice to people show respect and treat people the way they the way they need to be treated not with an attitude to others and customers and I'll be calling corporate making a complaint.

The layout of this place is ridiculous and pooly organized. A lot of angry drivers, honking horns, and are going too fast in this size of place. It's a small lot, and drivers are allowed to park anywhere and everywhere, even blocking the road. The car wash line and the fuel like also block the road when there is more than one person in line. The car wash is slow. While waiting in the car wash line, we witnessed the whole place gridlocked, and nobody could move or get by. The fuel desk lady is nice but this place is a hassel. If you do find yourself self here, get here early for a good parking spot, or better, yet just go across the street to the TA.

The people who workat Wendy's just looked at me the only customer in there and acted like I wasn't there after 5 minutes I just left , I'm sure that they don't like white people! As truck drivers on a schedule we need good service so we can get back on the road, management probably doesn't care or they would fire some help. They got 2 stars for the nice lady at the fuel desk 2/22 @7 pm

Kicked out of a spot that is not clearly marked with signage and/or clear pavement marking being labeled as prime reserved parking. This staff don't care if they put a driver in violation of fmcsa code 392.3 or any part of 395.95.The layout of the store was poorly designed and doesn't have clear signs as to what is where.I had to wander around the place like a chicken with its head cut off before finding the stairs that lead to the front part of the store only to waste the extra time to figure out where the fast food(wendy's) was. ( it'd be easy to hang a sign that pointed each direction and labeled what was in that direction). The TA truck stop across the street will be getting my business instead of this pilot.

Trucker; best fuel prices going south on 85.Not much more. Restrooms were ok and they have most of what other pilot stations have. Dunkin donuts is inside not part of pilot. At the entrance the have locally sourced fresh bacon. Place is clean and well kept.

Rude staff. They will leave Wet, Used Towels in the Showers then get Attitudes with you for asking for New Ones.Sometimes there are none at all and they get Annoyed b/c you asked for Towels and Insinuate you are Lying.They've also cancelled my Reserved Shower in Less than a Minute after reserving it in the app then Argued with Me about it when I asked for another Shower or my Credit back.No Apologies Ever Offered.Even if You Spend close to $2K/Wk @ Pilot Fueling you are Simply an Inconvenience to the People here. I would Avoid this Location if at all Possible.

The rating is just based on the reserved parking. If you reserve a space, you may not get to park because if the spots are full, the location won't move drivers out the spots after dark. The TA across the street isn't any better but at least the security makes an effort.

I was fortunate to find a good parking space and not a long wait for the shower, took advantage of the laundry facility and will enjoy a Blue Beacon truck wash, in the night, when it’s quiet. Thankful for all that, however, I sit here in the seaming safety of my parking space and watch the chaos of this small lot, angry drivers, as a result of these tight quarters and listening to angry air horns occasional yelling and once trucks are not blocked in by others trying to get around, they drive fast. The lot is somewhat dirty and the building is old and has seen better days. Not a clean modern inviting facility, but it’s where my trucking journey has placed me for a minute. If I can help it, I won’t stop here in the future unless I absolutely have to, but I’ll avoid. You really have to play your cards right with timing to make this a successful stop.

Horrible Hygiene. Bathrooms were disgusting, trash piled up outside... Not something you want too come too when stopping after 4 hours of driving. I'm disappointed in Pilot. Normally Loves and Pilot are the only 2 establishments I will stop at usually for cleanliness. Management needs too fix this.And Lastly, the pumps are SUPER SLOW! Took 12 minutes top fill up 13 gallons of gas. This Pilot needs work.

No hotdogs, no cheese or jalapenos etc for nachos, diesel island pumps for truckers is crazy. Not smooth at all. Not a good spot for trucks if you plan on sleeping

Angel the manager was more worried and focused on her 7 seconds of drive thru time that was ahead of normal times. I actually witnessed her asked a person if they we're driving to which the person replied yes. Angel said to the person go through my drive thru like you're ordering. Do it a few times.Now mind you I'm standing in line waiting..NEXT.. to order this whole time. While on a truck driving job.Angel turned from the person turned her back on me and stood by her drive thru.... I'm still waiting to order.She turned her back on me.. refused to take my order. Wyatt was coming from the back area..i called out to him. Angel looked me up and down with disgust told Jaylin to take my order. Angel went to the dive thru window and joked with the person told to drive thru so she could run up her time on drive thru.Im so hurt. I looked at her with so much hurt and confusion. I told Jaylin what happened and he said oh. Then i ordered.. because i was still hungry.I'm a very hard worker. I'm sorry i didn't fit your expectations of a customer. I'm sorry i disgusted you so much that you refused to take my order. Im sorry for the way i appeared to you for you to look at me with such disgust and blatantly ignore me. Chicks at the front desk dont like white people, they believe the b.s. pushed by msm, just rude as hell, needed coffee creamer opened that was in the dispenser that wasnt opened, probably dont like their job, and dont want to work, you know one of those people that think the world owes them and is against them because the brainwashing they have fell victim to, neither one of them would cut the creamer open or even try to do it, asked for scissors was automatically nope dont have any! It wasnt even busy in there, another guy wanted a soda but that didn't work either for the gentleman that wanted one, i suspect sabotage so they dont gotta do anything, if i owned this place they'd be gone! If you treat people ugly they will leave, If u dont like the job QUIT!! WE ARE TRUCK DRIVERS, THAT BRING EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH IN YOUR LIFETIME TO YOU, ITS COOL CAUSE GOD KNOWS

Update: 07/13/23 the attendant at the T/A answered the phone and said the pumps are up and running.As of this post on 06/15/23, please know that this Pilot is being overwhelmed from trucks not being able to get fuel at the T/A across the street, because their pumps are closed! If you're planning to stop here for the night, don't even think about it until well after the 4th of July! The people here are as nice, and as clean as they can be - given the situation. Please be professional drivers, get in and get out as quickly as you can!

This truck stop is the biggest joke!!! Parking is limited, the early morning guy upstairs will watch you like you’re gonna steal something. When you go to walk out, he looks at you like you’re trash!! The ONLY nice thing I can say about this truck stop, hence the 1 star, was the girl behind the fuel desk yesterday morning. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Do not reserve here if you’re going to come in late. There’s a TA directly across the street go there. I reserved early in the day and called to get assistance because all the spots were gone. I was left on hold and had to call back just for someone to tell me that there was nothing they could do and she was rude. What’s the point in reserving if there is no method to enforce? More should be done to assure someone who has reserved parking gets their space. I reserve because after driving all day I want to be certain I have legal parking and don’t have to search one lot to the next risking HOS violations. Most times the employees will come out and check their list but not this location. I was told it’s corporate’s rule. If that then corporate should not sell parking spots at this location.

Avoid this place if at all possibleFuel ilsles are horrible with limited room to get to. Very difficult to exit due to inconsiderate drivers. Exit is very dark and easily missed. It's as if someone planned this Pilot as an after thought from a very inadequate property.

This truckstop is one of the most dirtiest truckstop I’ve ever been! Will never stop here again! The hooks, where you hang your clothes, when you take a shower are falling off the wall! Everything about this truckstop says to never come here again! The people that run the Wendy’s are a joke! Please, and I mean, please never stop here!
