They completely ruined my Parti Mini-schnauzer's hair. I have been brushing my schnauzer's hair to keep it knot free, so that he would have a nice skirt and legs when I got him groomed.I asked for him to have a standard schnauzer cut. This is what I got.It will take months to grow his hair back. The only explanation they kept saying was there was a communication error. What does that even mean?The shave was uneven and choppy. My poor beautiful boy!Before and after pics attached.

Was told from my vet that my black lab puppy needed to be sedated to get his nails trimmed. I really felt sedation was unnecessary. So glad I ended up going to Peyton’s Place instead! Such kind staff, fair prices and Kim was able to trim Ollie’s nails with no problem. Was recommended this place from a close family member and I cant wait to recommend this place to others! Excited to be a new regular customer.

Lauren groomed our dog Bella. Here's the good: she did a great job on hair cut, bath and especially spoiling her. Now heres the bad: now my dog acts like a little spoiled entitled diva constantly prancing around demanding more RUBS and TREATS!! Lauren created a monster! But it all seriousness, this is a great place with great people. You can tell they take good care of your pet while in their care. Bella will definitely be going back...

This is the place to take your four legged baby!My little Myster was traumatized at his grooming session. Had to give him medicine to calm him.Sarah did an awesome job getting him looking like himself again (after I tried and failed!)

I scheduled an appointment online. I received a call a few days later (which I missed because I was working) and they left a voicemail to confirm the services that were needed. I called back, no answer, but I did leave a voicemail. I called again, several times, with no answer or callback. You can’t provide customer service when you can’t return a phone call. I was hoping for a better experience.

My first visit was a few weeks ago and on a Saturday. The young lady at the reception desk was very professional and friendly. I was introduced to the owner, who was also very friendly and professional. Both of these ladies promptly answered my questions. The service was excellent and my fur baby, who is normally a bit shy, fell in love with both ladies. We will definitely be using Peyton Place again!! Thank you both for all you do for our fur babies!!

Great groomer! Our dog has been groomed here for three years. Previously we tried three other salons.Jan, the owner, is so organized and thoughtful. My dog looks perfect every time. They treat our dog like it is their own. Our dog enjoys going to get groomed. He is not afraid at all because of the loving care he gets at Peyton's Place.Celina at the front desk is so helpful. She puts in notes about specific grooming requests, is professional and friendly.highly recommend!

I attempted to schedule here recently and they were extremely unaccommodating to my simple requests that other top-notch groomers have gladly done for me. Seems like they just can’t be bothered. No apology or solution was offered, so I will not be taking my dogs here or recommending to anyone I know. Unfortunately, the customer service was nonexistent, and I would not feel comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

This is a great grooming salon! I have a nervous and feisty mini dachshund and the staff handled him with such calmness and understanding, despite him trying to bite at them! He always comes out smelling so good and with the cutest little bandana. I can tell that the staff truly cares about the pets here. My dog is a nervous wreck when it comes to grooming, but he’s definitely calmed down a bit since coming here, and I think it’s due to the great staff. We love Peyton’s Place! The only thing is I wish they had an option to make appointments online, but I don’t mind calling. Definitely will keep coming here!

Only groomers I would ever bring my pets to!! They do such a wonderful job every time. I always leave happy and they are always very professional. Just make sure to pick your pets up on time because they aren't a doggy daycare or boarding facility and there are additional charges for having to have your pet stay all day.

Very disappointed in services and customer service. I have been bringing my westie here for years and have gone through price increase after price increase and groomer after groomer. I have also referred several people here. It is very hard to find a groomer who can groom my westie well due to her hair being so fine and thin and every time I get a groomer who understands and does it great, they leave and I never know where they go and then it's just who has been grooming the longest next...*Not who is best with types of dogs/hair*Not to mention as long as I have been bringing her here they have never rushed me to come get her right after she's groomed... I have a job and have to work around that.. They have never once told me about a hold fee for not coming to pick her up within an hour (until today). All of the sudden they need me to come get her asap or they will charge me... Then I get there and they are trying to close up at 3 when their hours are till 5 and I felt so rushed I didn't even get a chance to look at her until I got in the car and I noticed 1 side of her head was way shorter than the other and tried to run back in really quick and the door was already locked. Again, 2 hours because they are supposed to close? Had I known this policy existed in the first place, I would have booked on a Saturday that I didn't have work.The whole experience just made me very uncomfortable, and frustrated after paying $75 for a grooming and tip that I am not happy with and it is very frustrating and disappointing. My poor dogs head looks bad and her body does not match at all and instead of being empathetic and apologetic, they just argued with me and told me to come back, like I didn't already try that, and like they weren't just rushing to leave?I hope they treat others better than they treated me, but I will not be bringing my dog back here. Maybe next time you can be empathetic, apologetic and offer a partial refund or something instead of arguing with your customers.

Love this groomer! I take my pug Kirby here and I have been so happy with her baths, and I love that they switch up the normal bandana for things like cute bow ties. The sprays they use after a groom smell great and aren’t overpowering like most of the groomers I’ve used in the past. The staff is extremely nice and I love using Peyton’s Place for my pug instead of a “chain” grooming salon.

We went in today as a walk-in to get our Roush’s nails trimmed and they did amazing! He totally hates getting his nails trimmed, but they were very helpful and reassuring to make him feel safe! Very professional and we definitely recommend. We will be back soon! :)

Peyton’s place is awesome. The groomer really took the time to meet my puppy’s (Coco) needs. The staff were professional & courteous. The place was clean and nicely decorated.Last but not least, the prices are reasonable and worth it. I love everything about this place and will return in 6 weeks.

Just had my Collie/Lab mix cleaned and trimmed and he is as happy as a little puppy! They were fast, courteous, and a good price. I’ve been to other places but no where has done this good of a job so fast and exactly how we had discussed before they trimmed his hair. I DEFINITELY recommend! A+

Our first visit was great. Very friendly staff! They did an awesome job grooming our Shipoo. Sally thinks she beautiful with her Saint Paddy’s Day bows. I definitely recommend Peyton’s Place and will absolutely use them as Sally’s groomer.

The staff was extremely helpful and willingly to allow me to bring my dog in when no one else was in the lobby. My dog Jack is a bit of a pain and stubborn when other animals are around so I was thankful they work in him quickly and got him taken care of. He also looked very cute in his bandana.

Really super cute place. Good service but lost a star because when I asked to substitute the potatoes for veggies she charged an extra $5. without telling me first. Also the Greek omelet was super dry but the other 2 gals in my party liked their food.

I just took my fur baby there on Monday April 22, 2019, we have fell in love with this place they done an excellent job on our baby and we will be going back. After having the same groomer for 4 years we where forced to find a new one and we definitely chose the right place. Very quick and extremely efficient!
