3/28/24 This is the first bird I have bought in two years from them. This is the reason I stopped. On my way back to get a refund. We as customers need to demand better....Just spoke to the customer service center. They asked did I want a call back from the manager. I declined because I know that he is a part of the problem and does not care. When the birds are done cooking they should not be placed in the tray until they are done dripping. That way when you place them in the tray the skin won't get soggy like in the photo. It's just way too much to ask these day for common sense respect competence and care for the handling of food for the public. No excuses. Have better standards. I changed my mind on going back for a refund because the manager and his "crew" are too unprofessional and I don't want to be blamed as being a threatening antagonist when "others" might not be looked upon in that way. I'll just shop somewhere else in the area which isn't saying much. No respect for people that look like me.

Overall a good experience. The store was well managed and put together. The staff was friendly. My biggest gripe was the bathroom had standing water in it, and no paper towels.

I love this store ! They always have the freshest produce ! I went through self checkout for the first time and I didn't realize you couldn't scan the fruit. luckily a super sweet young lady working the kiosk Caroline was patient enough to help me with my whole order. I have been coming here for a while and do not see that changing in the future!

Taste was amazing .. look was disgusting .. just in time for placement in front of the bride and groom! Not what I discussed or was promised by bakery manager. None of our cupcakes had the decor requested either .. Makes me sad .. but we made the best of it.I do enjoy my fuel perks although Duncan Ingles has the highest prices of all the Ingles I go to ... Greenville Duncan is always 20-30 cents cheaper so I fill up there.

This rating is for the florist that works this Ingles. There is always amazing selection of so many plants/flowers and they are good plants. I’ve gotten many orchids over the years but never one that’s blooms lasted 2.5+ months. My husband got me this for Valentine’s Day and it is still going strong and has a few more buds yet to open. This lady is a great plant buyer. I saw a sign saying they are #1 in floral sales for Ingles stores and I believe it now.

I stopped by here to get a few items and found the store to be very well organized and clean.the shelves were well stocked, except for the one item that I needed the most. LOL. Anyway, the associates I encountered were all nice and It was easy to get in and checked out since I was in a hurry. Nice looking grocery store!

I keep hoping the service gets better each time I shop here because the store is clean and organized. Went in at 10pm tonight to get some tuna to feed my dogs, they're sick and it's hard to get them to eat anything with their meds mixed in. Employee stops me at the door and acts like he doesn't want to let me in? Finally says the store is closing early to do something to the floors. Why shut down the store on a Friday busy shopping night an hour early? Really awful planning on management's part. I get my 4 cans of tuna, get to the register and ask for some cash back. The cashier says she has no cash? Goes to the service desk, two rude old white ladies glare at us and yell they have no cash. OK? What do you want me to do? You already charged my card at this point. Eventually the slow cashier gives in and gives me my cash back. Between this and the absolutely hateful way the guys in the deli act every time I ask for sliced meat and cheese, I'm not going to waste my time and money here anymore. Close early, I don't care. Final complaint, the volume on the self checkouts is so freaking loud its unnecessary. I used to do my weekly shopping here but never again. Publix treats you like a human being and not a bother for trying to shop during posted hours!!

This store is always a breath of fresh air. I love how it relaxes me the moment I step in the doors with the inviting aroma of Starbucks mixed with the eye alluring floral department. Every department after seams together perfectly to guide me through all my needs as well as a wide array of wants. The staff are always available, helpful, and so kind. 10/10 recommend!* When you pay them a visit, I also recommend going in the right side doors for the experience I've described. Happy shopping. Oh, P.S; This is coming from a person who has always detested grocery shopping before finding this gem.

Not a big store,but you can find almost everything on the daily basis. Clean and well organized. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Great bakery. Never disappointed in meat and fish.

The nicest grocery store I've ever been in! It's so neat and clean and has a huge variety of items you cant find at regular stores. Cool carts for kids to ride in also.

I had to pick up some Flowers and an office plant. Ended up getting Red Roses and a Flower plant. Spent around $ 25.00.I've noticed that locally Ingles has some of the Best Fresh Flowers around.

I've been shopping there 14 years this is the best supermarket I have ever been to I come from Texas or I've been to a lot of stores I love Ingles the manager at Ingles Travis's he is very personable with his customers walks around the store and will help anybody that's looking for something nice guy great manager this is my store I will never leave it Brenda Hurley lived here 14 years moved from Texas and a smart shopper they have excellent prices and their curbside service is five star Heather who I've also known for 14 years is over curbside service and is excellent at it she knows everything about that store and everything that is she is a super lady along with a lot of super staff I urge you to check their circular each week on their sales I recently bought steaks on sale they were ribeyes t-bones and New York strips and they were well-priced and I was very happy and it's all good quality and their Ingles brand is just as good if not better than the name brand items

Customers have went downhill and the workers are even worse baggers cant bag anything properly without making sure everything is squished or broken and there is never anything stocked properly ultimately this place went from 5 years ago being a 4 star review to being at best a 2

This Location is always well stocked. Clean throughout the store. Bathrooms MEN & WOMANS ,no family bathroom.Womans is clean each time I visit it. Have an Ingles card and save$$.

Overall this is a nice grocery store with prices that are fair and reasonable for the brands. There are times when the store is in disarray from stocking and other drivers. They don’t hold cold wine like other stores.

Bread that was purchased there was moldy two days later, but the store manager exchanged the loaf no problem,the service was fantastic! Great selection of items and friendly staff.

Shopper beware - it’s like the employees here don’t want to be here! Even the cashier Summer was totally worthless. I thought employees were there to help - I will continue to shop at Publix across the street. I would rather pay a little more and have a good experience versus a store that if the employees don’t care the management must not care either! Don’t waste ur time here!

One of my favorite Ingles! The store is always clean and well stocked. Love the self check out. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Lots of space at the gas pumps with competitive prices!

Their self checkout machines volume is WAY to high, it's like the machines at yelling at you to checkout your groceries. It's almost as bad as the dirty and judgy looks all the old ladies working there give you at checkout. It's a big grocery store, great place for fresh stuff. Their clerks are a little snooty and most stuff is more expensive here that other grocery stores.
