Great place to stop for the night. Not the quietest, as you can hear doors shutting through the night. Was very clean, and probably the first hotel I have seen in years where housekeeping will come to your room every day, so it was a pleasant surprise to come back and see the beds made and fresh towels put out. Would be happy to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Stayed here for a weekend jaunt to Greenville. Location is a bit off the main road but the staff were very courteous. Gabriella is an amazing brand ambassador for IHG, one of the best we have come across.Pool water was a bit chilly but the hot tub was perfect! Very hot and relaxing. Some parts of the hotel could use an update, but a very good value, good breakfast, all the staff was friendly and courteous, rooms clean, pool and fitness center were what you would expect. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn, I couldn't help but feel amazed by the entire experience. aspect of the hotel lived up to my expectations and more, from the friendly staff who greeted me with warm smiles upon check-in, to the impeccably clean and comfortable guest room. I appreciated the little details that went into making my stay enjoyable, such as the variety of amenities offered and the delicious breakfast options each morning. Overall, my visit to Holiday Inn was simply fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel stay.

This was one of my favorite IHG HOTELS TO COME TOO IM A GOLD ELITE MEMBER SO I STAY AT IHG HOTELS ALOT AND WHEN I SAY THIS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SO ME AND MY FAMILY STOP BY TO STAY NIGHT TO TAKE MY KIDS TO POOL WE CHECKED IN AT 7:50-8:00 wen we checked in they was rude normally I check in the morning and it be a man and a lady with black hair who are so nice and friendly the big girl checked me in tonight had a attitude like she didn’t wanna be at work from the beginning I overlooked it I was ready to leave then but my kids was ready for pool so 8:30 come I walked down to look at pool still full of kids and people who I sat in my car watch leave after they finally got out pool around 9:45 but I’m paying and we can’t even get In there it’s too pack so I call front desk and ask what time pool close they say 10 I’m like can we get at lease 30min to 45min In pool she says NO. So I asked for refund I got here at 7:50-8:00 so it’s only been 3hrs I only came to this room for hot tub and pool she on phone wrispers with a woman manger and a man GM WALKING BACK IN FOURTH TALKING ABOUT ME CAUSE WHY U GOTTA WALK OFF AND TALK I’m pissed now so please do NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION I LOVE IHG ITS NOT ALL THE LOCATIONS JUST THE DUNCAN ONE and I said if u can’t give me a refund can I transfer to another location/HOLIDAY INN SHE REFUSED I HAD ALREADY CALLED TWO OF THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAD AVAILABILITY and they did and was so nice customer service is everything ALSO MY Dad JOB company stay at this one a lot doing conference meetings so they about to lose a lot of business!!!! DO NOT GO HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER‼️

The restaurant was closed on weekend. As a business traveler that was the reason I chose that hotel because it had it. For it to be closed on Friday Saturday and Sunday was disappointing. I booked this hotel through Delta's website, and I believe it uses Expedia. There was an option to purchase breakfast additionally. In all instances at any other hotel, I have been to, that means there is a restaurant on site. There are signs at the corner of the street advertising the restaurant now open. The signs on the inside show hours of operation.

The lady at breakfast on Sunday morning was amazing. Superb service. The room was good. We were there for a family reunion. Front desk was great w service and good attitude with the exception of one who seemed a bit irritated at something. I was very pleased that they had a turkey sausage option as many of our family restricts or limits pork. The location was awesome and only 7 minutes from our main event. No hotel pics, just our daughter seated on the floor in the Lil ball room.

This is by far one of the best hotels we stayed in on a road trip. Rooms are clean. Staff were extremely friendly great hot breakfast. Our receptionist was one of the best we’ve ever seen at one of these roadside hotels. She was very helpful and guided us to local restaurants and places to have dinner.

As a General Manager of an IHG hotel, I have very high expectations. Newly remodeled so the rooms are very nice. I love the dark furniture. Most importantly, extremely clean! I tend to notice the tiny details that are sometimes overlooked, but there was not a single cleanliness issue in the room. Within 10 minutes of checking into any hotel room, my husband asks what I found wrong with the room. Being in hotel management you look at things differently,, and generally there is always something small I point out to him. There was absolutely nothing. The hotel was spotless. By far the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Not just the room, but the lobby as well. That in itself gives this hotel 5 stars.Joe was very pleasant and professional at check in. Breakfast was grab and go which I expected. Everything from the muffins to the fruit was fresh. Didn't get a chance to use the pool because there were so many people, but it looked nice. The grounds were well kept as well. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. We were traveling to Virginia from Louisiana for a family emergency, so with having to leave home so suddenly I had work I needed to get done. Only downside was they did not have a scanner so I couldn't get my work finished, but not too big of a deal. If ever in the area again, I would make it a point to stay at this hotel as a mid way stop.Huge kudos to the housekeeping staff as well as the management of the hotel. 👏👏👏

So happy we chose this hotel.I stay with a service animal and the walking areas for him were wonderful (people please pick up after your pet. No one else should know you were there.) They put us on the 1st floor to accommodate Sir George and me. Thank you!The staff was amazing (and they were under pressure with tournament guest) and the rooms were clean. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome surprise (indoor pool!).The complimentary breakfast was geared toward safety protocols but still plentiful.We would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Duncan and will stay here again.

Gabriella at this location needs a freaking RAISE. I live several states away, and she worked with me to get a purse I left in my room there sent back to me and jumped through hoops with me to get it back to me as soon as possible. She is the nicest ever and if I’m ever in the area again I will def be staying there again!!!!!!(without leaving my purse this time lol). At the very least buy her an edible arrangement because she is a queen

Oh my goodness the staff here are amazing. I'm sure they wanted to tell us to go away haha... first I messed up the room key card while at the pool and could get in, then my daughter spilled coffee all over they WHITE silky comforter, then when exchanging comforters I left my room key in the room so I had to get ANOTHER one made. The lady at the front desk was sooo understanding and nice about it all. The room was clean and fresh. Indoor pool was perfect for the kids. I loved that there was only a shower stall, it was big and bright... not many people are going to take baths in hotels (my opinion). The gym was small, but had all the adequate equipment which is what matters. I really enjoyed our stay.

Honestly I love most holiday inns that I stay in. This one was no different, from the quality of breakfast, quality of bed and room. I will definitely mark this as my go-to when visiting down here.Rooms: Nice, clean rooms.Nearby activities: There is nothing within walking distance but there are stores and restaurants within driving distance.

We had a fantastic stay! We chose to stop for the night to slept up our trip and get some rest so we weren't driving tired. We were able to make reservations and get a room the same day, and the room was Beautiful. Perfectly clean, a very nice bed and TV, along with all the other amenities you would expect. The pool and hottub were nice, aswell! We didn't use any of the other amenities during our stay, but the amount they had available was very nice, and I'm sure they all would've been just as good as the ones we saw. The little lobby market is also a very nice touch! Very please with our stay!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the location was great. It was far enough from the highway that you couldn't hear any road noise. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom shower was refreshing. The hot breakfast was very good, but I would have liked more choices. I would definitely stay again.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few weeks now. It's always very clean and they have a good breakfast selection. Staff is very friendly. The location isn't great as it's down the road from a truck stop.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily.

The hotel is CLEAN!!!! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a fabulous overnight stay. The location is great... Starbucks and plenty of restaurants close by. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub! They also serve hot breakfast!

This was an awesome hotel experience, for sure. The front desk was helpful and friendly, building was well lit and well kept, and the location is right by the interstate. The room was immaculate, smelled great, and had a large TV.The bathroom was also extremely clean and featured a sliding glass door on a fully tiled shower, complete with nice bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.The breakfast was great as well, with boiled eggs, omelettes, cinnamon rolls, an automated pancake machine, cereal, multiple kinds of yogurts and milks, biscuits and gravy, and sausage.Overall a great stay.

The shower door wouldn't stay shut so it was hard to keep water off the bathroom floor. The bathroom lock on the door wouldn't lock but maybe a blessing since we had a toddler. 🤪 They put a queen comforter in the king duvet. I drew the short straw. There were chunks of rust at the swimming pool. I unknowingly stepped on a piece of a shingle while caring one of the kids and a nail went through my shoe. They are doing construction. Not necessarily the hotels fault but they should probably walk around and make sure the crew are keeping it cleaned up.The employees were courteous and I feel like they did a good job on the continental breakfast during covid-19.

This hotel charged me $50.00 for 2 pillows they said where missing from the room, there were 6 pillows at check in and 6 at check out. I called to question the charge that took place Over 12hours after we checked out. I called as soon as my card was charged and they said that I had to speak to the manager, he was not available and told me I would have to call back in the morning, I asked then who charged my card and they said the manager. I called my card company and they said that the card was present during the charge. I was told there would be a hold on my card and I would informed if any problems. I didn’t take 2 pillows, I own a furniture company and the name is own the card. Just be sure you check behind these people if you stay here, you might pay more than you think

I’m sorry I forgot your name.Breakfast options were fairly flexible. There were enough options for all of us. We usually have issues with hotels having a breakfast meat option that isn’t pork but they always had options for us and had them labeled so that we knew.

*Update* moved from 4 stars to 5 stars. Service is much better. Food is better. Very comfortable and relaxing property. The property is doing their part in keeping staff, visitors and guests safe.The lobby is inviting and allows for small areas to sit down, chat and be distant from one another. A small business center with 2 terminals and a printer makes it easy if you need documents printed. Small coffee table supplied daily.Check in was very simple and seamless. Reservation popped up and room was ready to go. I will say the hallways seem just a little tight if you're walking with a bit of luggage; especially if another person is with you or is passing the oppositie direction.Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and sitting space. Lots of desk/work space too. Bed was extremely comfortable with a soft top and firm underlayment. It provided sufficient support for my back and shoulder. The bed linens were very soft and comfortable also. Light but heavy enough to keep you comfortable. There were plenty of pillows per bed; both soft and firm style.T.V. was plenty big enough for the room. Great channel selection. Bathroom was a bit tight especially if someone was using the toilet. Shower was larger and spacious. Toiletries were in pump bottles on the wall. They didn't have small individual bottles to offer...but that's okay. Bathroom linens were the perfect blend of softness.Breakfast was decent given the circumstances and they are trying to accommodate all types of guests. The fitness center has a few cardio machines and few weights. Plenty to get a good workout. Overall, very pleased with the property and staff. A classic Holiday Inn experience.
