We stayed this past weekend for a volleyball tournament. This hotel is very clean, that’s one of the first things you notice. Second is how friendly ALL the staff are and everyone has a smile on their face. The beds are comfortable and I slept beautifully all night long. The breakfast was good, several options and plenty of fresh fruit. They have hot coffee available ALL day long as well as water and cookies in the front lobby.We travel quite a bit and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at! Hopefully we will be back next year for travel volleyball.

We stayed for one night while on business trip with my husband. The room was decent and clean. I requested a room in the front of the building with a bay window which let a lot of light in. I needed to check out late because of my husbands meeting schedule and they let me check out 1.5 hours late which was very nice. The breakfast was some of the best at a Hampton. They had omelets, sausage, muffins, special strawberry waffle mix. It was all so good! All in all, pretty good stay.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was delicious!

Nice hotel and location, breakfast was awesome, wide variety, enjoyed the cheese omelette and the sausage , also had wide selection of yogurt and pastries, room was nice but had some maintenance issues , extra door lock was broken , curtain rod was on floor, and bug in the bathroom, bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the tv, great location with Starbucks nearby, staff was great, thank you.

Was suppose to stay a week at this location for a business trip. After standing at the desk for 25 minutes with no staff in sight I left an went to another establishment. After talking with another guest she informed me of all the trouble with guest from the night before I decided against staying here. She stated there was guest running rampant thru out the hotel an staff would do nothing to stop it. Being on business I can't be up all night with this mess. Sounds like this establishment need a different staff. 🤔

Shy, the young man at the front desk, went above and beyond for us in meeting our needs and providing excellent customer service. It was a busy, sold out night, but he still took the time to be sure we were happy and able to relax and get a good night's sleep. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were in town for a SC softball camp and just drove up from Florida after my daughter played 9 games. We needed to wash her uniform, but unfortunately there was a long line to use the washer and dryer. We had to get up at 8:00am. I don’t know her name, but a wonderful employee African-American woman took my daughter’s uniform to her home, washed it, and returned it at 3:00am. I don’t know the employees name, but she was a beautiful African-American lady with shirt red hair.The hotel was clean, modern, and lacked for nothing.

I have left reviews for this establishment due to Evelyn who serves breakfast like no other hotel person does. However tonight after the worse day of travel I met another gem - Jocelyn. She was manning the front desk when I walked in tired, beat and discouraged. This young lady went out of her way to help me with a credit card issue and at no time did she make me feel like I was a burden. Smiles, smiles and more smiles as well as one of the most helpful young ladies that I’ve dealt with. I can’t say enough about her or thank her enough for her assistance. This review is meant to let the hotel manager know how wonderful she was tonight… thank you Jocelyn!!!

Beds are a very important aspect of my hotel stay. The bed I slept in was comfy, the room was clean, we didn't have to ask for towels because they had 4 towels in the bathroom, which was nice! I would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable, bedding was soft and warm, and the TV was a nice size.Food & drinks: Starbucks was real close by. QT gas station is close as well.

Very clean and quiet facility. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we have slept on in a while….pet friendly and really amazing staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Decent breakfast choices too….totally recommend it!

Elevators were broken, pool was “closed” both days - sent us to a sister hotel pool next door and it was “closed” as well.Toilet had boiling hot water in it, TV did not work, lights in living area did not work, toilet clogged

Cleanliness of this hotel was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Only thing keeping my rating from being higher. I was on the 4th floor, and for whatever reason the water was not terribly warm. I like a HOT shower. The water could have been 10-20 degrees higher.

I traveled from out of town and was staying there for a period of time. The hospitality was amazing. The breakfast was really good the first 2 days, but I will comment it went down. This morning there was frozen pre-made bowls in the warmer that you had to take out and microwave. Not impressed. Yogurt was empty from the cooler as was white milk. There was a huge softball tournament going on this weekend, and it made me sad to see them sad about their options. Again, I must say, the hospitality was there.

Great Location , quiet area with other services close by. Breakfast was top notch, friendly staff. I primarily gave it a 4 because the room just didn't seem to have been sanitized to new standards. No closet? A pole, shelf and curtain by the windows- an older hotel renovated. TV lost signal but I was able to correct by reconnecting cable.

Great hotel convenient to several restaurants. Very clean, nice room, and everyone was friendly from the night clerk who checked me in to the lady who I had spoken with earlier in the day. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

I was in the middle of having sheetrock installed and stayed here for a week. I traveled with my pets but that shouldn't mean my room looked like a motel 6. I felt as if I had checked into a 2 star room if that with paint peeling from the ceiling and multiple times having to ask or wait for my room to be cleaned. I spent over a thousand dollars on a horrible place but decent area.

Everything was awesome, rooms were good and all, but I must say the gentleman who runs the desk in evening/nights is the man , very polite and helpful goes way beyond .Walkability: Close to a gas station and a few restaurants

Very clean and comfortable room. Stayed on the top floor east side, so we had a good view with morning sunrise. Very friendly & helpful staff!!! Great location off the main road so our side was very quiet. Great restaurant choices all within 5 minute drive. VERY convenient to Tyger River ballpark so we were able to get back to our shower quickly after 2 long, hot days playing softball. Laundry machines available as well, but thankfully we didn't have to use them. The lack of a hot breakfast buffet was disappointing since we NEED that to get up & going. Another Hampton Inn only 16 miles away has a full, hot breakfast buffet with LOTS of choices. Overall, we will stay there again since breakfast was the only issue & we can come better prepared.

The most cleanest hotel we have stayed at in awhile. It was so nice to not have to clean my own room or request for new sheets and bedding. I highly recommend this hotel! They even mentioned happy Mother’s Day in their breakfast area. I thought was was a nice gesture.

My family of 4 stayed here last night as a half way point to our destination. Like all Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at, the room was clean and the continental breakfast was plentiful. There are also plenty of places to eat near the hotel, and the cheapest gas I’ve seen our trip right next door.What I really want to highlight is the service. Every employee I met had cheerful attitudes and were warm and inviting! The woman who checked us in, Elizabeth, was wonderful patient with our check in after we asked for a first floor room because we had our dog with us. They were also welcoming and accepting of our pup Daisy, a pit bull. They did charge a $50 fee for her, but it’s understandable if someone after us is allergic.While re loading our vehicle an employee, I believe her name was Heidi(not sure), was sweet enough to help us by opening the side door several times as we went in and out because the passkey lock wasn’t working correctly.All in all, a great place to stay and we will be using this hotel for our half way point in future trips.

I stayed here for a few days a couple weeks ago to teach some classes for work and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The meeting room was all set up and they were very accommodating. The room was nice and clean and I never worried about Covid during my stay. Plus, everyone working was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed chatting with them in my off times. This stay has definitely been a highlight of my several weeks of travel for work.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay here recently. Staff very friendly and attentive. Newly renovated so the entire hotel and rooms look very pristine and nice. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many choices. Complimentary internet was fast. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

This place was very clean and convenient to I-85 travels. There are food places next door within walking distance. We felt safe walking to the Pizza Inn across the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good. Rooms were non-smoking. We had access to our car from the 2nd floor through a locked door. 2nd floor rooms are Convenient for unloading and loading the car.

Convenient location and comfortable room. Only 4 stars for limited drawer space and marginal shower water pressure (shower diva). Breakfast was decent and bed good. A/C system always on (even when switched off at thermostat so I had to unplug the window unit for quiet sleeping conditions. I will frequently use this hotel in the future.
