My fiancé and I stayed here over thanksgiving weekend. It was our first time to the area to visit family. This location was so nice! Clean rooms, ease of access and location, and budget friendly. I’m sorry if I misspell it, but Lexi and the other front desk lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) were absolutely lovely, and addressed any concerns that popped up. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

After driving 200 miles and reserving me a room there , a very heavyset woman named Alex Thompson had me wait an additional ten minutes of standing there while she sat in her little office and took care of her personal issues on the company phone! Then once she finally decided to slide her way to the desk she had an attitude out of this world! Then her and I had a misunderstanding about my points and said how about this and hit the cancel button on my reservation and told me to have a wonderful day! Very rude . I called to speak with her boss and nobody seems to know who to get a hold of. As a platinum member I shouldn't have to deal with this B's . I will have her fired or demoted. GOD Bless.🙏💯

I was so pleased with the room! Everything has been completely remodeled and updated. It was so clean, you could smell it! I enjoyed a very long hot shower in a very clean good sized shower/tub combo. The floor, tub, drawers, refrigerator and microwave we're all very clean! The decor of the room was very nice and well maintained. When I lay down on the extremely comfortable bed to watch a little TV and go to sleep I could smell and feel the freshness of the sheets. The sheets had that freshly laundered hung in the sun smell. I had a wonderful nights sleep. The check in was fast and easy, and the woman at the counter was not only helpful but also pleasant. I found out the next day that I had forgotten an expensive item on the counter in my room and called to see if by chance it was turned in. Not only had it been turned in, but they were holding it in the office to contact me so I could make arrangements to get it. I had been afraid that it was thrown out or some one kept it, but was so impressed with their honesty. I was so pleased with my stay here and will definitely come back to this Days Inn.

It wasn't a bad stay at all, except our room hadn't been checked out so we didn't get a king but instead a double queen smoking for same price. The Manager is nice & she has the cutest fur babies so you may catch her with one. The pool is small but @ least there was one, & currently breakfast is grab n go.

I just wanted to complain about this place. It was disgusting. My family and I had two rooms for two nights. Old food in the fridge in one room, mayonnaise on the floor in another. Sheets stained and gross. Actual dried blood on one of the pillowcases. People literally screaming and fist fighting in the hallway for hours. Housekeeping picked up dirty towels and never brought new ones and didn’t even bring toilet paper so has to go buy some and had to go and get towels. And worst of all? Besides not getting deposit back for no reason because the rooms were cleaner when we left than when we arrived, we were charged over $400 for the total stay. And have not received a response as to why.

The 2 ladies at the office were awesome! Even though I didn't have enough to stay , they tried to help me on booking the room to were I got a small discount to help me get a room, they still made me feel like I was a customer, they help me find a hotel I could afford, and even help me achieve a Lyft ride even though I had never done that before, DOES THAT SOUNDS LIKE ABOVE OR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!!!! I if you've never received service in that way I would suggest you to go to this hotel and you will see what I'm talking about. I do a lot of traveling and I've stayed in a lot of hotels unfortunately for me I don't have the money to stay and high dollar hotels, but if that's the kind of service that they give, then, I might have to start springing a little bit extra money to make sure that I got treatment like that again!!!!

Everyone here has been a blessing, been here for a week with our truck in the shop. When we finally get ready to leave the truck won't start, checking back in till we figure this out. Thank you for keeping a beautiful clean room and for accommodating us. Has place for parking larger vehicles, laundry 24 hours, and staff who fixes any problems immediately. Only suggestion is check water pressure for the high pitch noise when room next door fills up hot tub.

I would give this hotel no stars if that were an option. Their night staff was extremely rude. There was not even a blanket on the bed in my mother in law's room and linens looked like they had not been washed from the previous occupant. We book king size bed rooms w/ the jetted tub. There was a huge hair ball in the tub in mine and my husband's room and the toilet would not stop running. The walls are extremely this and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend anyone else staying here, but if you do, bring your own linens and make sure your vehicle is locked up tight. DO NOT leave anything valuable in your room while you are out. It is definitely NOT family friendly and I, personally, wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Stayed here on a last minute decision.... it is a good accommodation. Gloria at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly! They have a small breakfast buffet... coffee and juices and a waffle maker! They also had a pool which we did not use but to see it, looked clean and kept well. Our bedroom was a king bed. A large sink and counter area for toiletries. A small microwave, fridge and flat screen wall tv all good. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels and hand clothes. There is a drink vending machine as well as a snack vending machine on the premises. Ample parking. The bed was a great nights sleep with plenary of pillows and excellent working AC. A good experience all around.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dead bug in the bathroom. Outside of door was flooded from the rooms air above us. Closet door was off and leaning against the wall. Tried to heat water in the coffee pot for a baby bottle and the water came out yellow. The pot hadn't been cleaned in ages. The shower door wouldn't close properly. And the worst of all, NO Air. I called to complain but not even an apology. The following morning we were in desperate need of coffee from lack of sleep in a hot room so we went to the lobby but the coffee tasted burnt. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Stayed for one night with my family, enjoyed my stay. The comforters were amazing, very thick and cozy. The free breakfast was good. They have free coffee, water, apple juice, orange juice, hot chocolate, tea, and a waffle maker with batter and syrup. The staff was very helpful and the couches include a pull out bed and there is cable tv with Disney Channel, Nick, Cartoon Network, Hallmark, and more.

Not pet friendly! We checked in Thursday night, decided to extend our stay until Wednesday, paid for our extension Friday. Saturday afternoon the office called our room, charged us a pet fee. All good. Then they called 5 minutes later telling us to vacate. Not a bad hotel room but less than stellar customer service and false advertising of "pet friendly" rooms.

Very disappointed with their service. They don’t do housekeeping everyday . I told housekeepers to come after one hour and she didn’t come and when i call front desk they said she will come to you. After 2 hours of waiting I check with front desk . They said housekeepers leave now , he can’t do anything.

Good experience except for when I called to book my second room all of my information was taken on speaker phone. My address everything even my credit card information. The person hung up without giving me a price or a confirmation number. Not even a good bye. When I called back again with the speaker phone being used. I asked if I was on speaker he replied yes and I then asked to be taken off. When I asked why did he hang up on me he replied by saying he thought I was done. Not a pleasant experience when I was constantly worried that someone heard all of my personal information.

Absolute worst hotel I have EVER been to. We checked in around 6:30am (right after the office computer's daily audit). We were told that our check out was the following day. At 11 am that same day we were RUDELY awakened by a very unprofessional manager banging on our day and telling us that she was going to call the police to have us removed. Without even asking us if we would like to stay another day, or if we needed time to gather our things. I WILL NEVER stay here or at any other days inn, because this was very unprofessional.

Really great room and clean bed! The jacuzzi had issues with spewing everywhere. There was no safeguard/mat to help the slipper floor when getting out as it sprayed clear into the room when on. Otherwise it was a great room.

Not worth the money.I had to stay there for 3 days. When 1st given room it wasn't clean. Had to walk back fown 2 flights to get another room. Had room serviced one day. Lady did awful job. Came in changed towels and tried to leave. Had to ask her to make bed. Asked front desk to call taxi. They wouldn't do it. I've stayed in better $59.00 rooms from wyndam. Maybe better across street.

Probably one of the better Days Inn locations we have stayed at. Jacuzzi worked, was hot and the room was clean and comfortable.Vending machine ate my money, but front desk reimbursed.Keep up the great work!

I usually like to stay at the Microtel at this I-85 exit but they were full so they recommended this Day's Inn that's just across the highway and apparently owned/managed by the same people.The property is older, but they've recently (January 2018) refurbished all the rooms and I was totally impressed!I had one small issue (the iron didn't get hot enough) but they fixed it right away, with an apology and a smile. I've stayed at "better" hotels and paid a LOT more for a room and didn't get the kind of service I got here.My only issue now is that when I come back to the area, will I stay at my favorite Microtel or my NEW favorite Day's Inn?

My wife and I were on out way home and thought we would stop and sleep on New year's eve so we Checked in on 12/31/15 @ 10:30 pm room 25, the room smells bad, the green chair in the room had a big stain on it, we turned the blanket back and there was hair in the Bed, there was a white powder between the bed and the wall, so we picked up the top mattress because they say to look there for bugs and there was more hair a bobby pin and bugs. We sleep at the rest area on i~26 the bathrooms were clean.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! This place is beyond disgusting. My husband lifted the mattress and found someone's shirt under it, a toothpick, hair, etc. every single "wooden" surface in the room was COVERED in some sort of grease or slimy substance. Bed sheets were not clean. Under the headboard between the wall and the bed was filled with white powder. Something unidentifiable on the bathroom door, walls are dirty and bathroom is horrendous. I'd have been better off sleeping on a hospital floor.
