So, make sure to choose your name wisely, or shall we say royally? It is pretty awesome to watch their reaction when they say your "name" when they deliver your order! We all know the food is wonderful and so is the service! So have a good time with good people while you are there!

My family and I dined here for our first time. Our dinner was delicious ! We ordered the butter burgers with cheese and different fixins. Our grandson also tried the pretzel bites. I can't tell you when I devoured my burger so quickly. Everything was delicious !!! The atmosphere was nice and the entire place spotless . Our food was served fresh and warm and all of the staff were friendly and smiling. Especially this elderly gentleman tidying up the tables. He was the kindest ! To top all this greatness off our meals were served SO SO fast !! The only thing cold was the shakes which we could not pass up. Thank you Culver's. We are definitely regular customers now.Wheelchair accessibility: If you have mobility issues or need a wheelchair you won't have any difficulties here.

Well, we live near this location (Duncan,SC). I have tried 3 times to order there. The burgers are good, if hot and freshly made. Twice the cheese was not melted because of the temperature of the food. Thats a bummer, but the biggest issue is we have always had something missing from our drive through order all three visits. So, I will never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My family loves Culver's but this was our first visit to this new location - and they did not disappoint! The food was hot and brought to our table in a timely manner. The entire order was accurate and someone came to follow-up with us as we were eating. This is the best Culver's I've ever been to hands down!! The service, food, and restaurant itself are very clean. All employees greet with a smile, and whenever someone leaves they immediately clean the table. They keep everything stocked & organized. The food was delicious!Highly recommend!!!!

As much as I love Culver's, I hate when a business closes early. Especially on a week end. This review is meant for this location only, as I have never had a bad experience at any other location.Added)Roughly 9:50-55. Cone in drive thru. Got out ,door locked. Tapped on glass, pointed to my watch and the time posted on door.

I think the mushroom Swiss burger is always really good here and I love the onion rings! The fries are pretty decent but they get cold really fast so you have to eat them right away but overall great!

This will make the third time I have been at this particular location. The service is great but the food is not. I have cold burgers every time I order. The fries and onion rings are fresh but my burgers are cold and the today I ate half of burger and realized it was not done.. I will be making the extra mile to go to Greer location from now on.. They have not disappointed me yet.

We have been going to Culver’s with our family for several years. The service has been the one area that is usually subpar, not even going to compare to Chick-fil-A service Today particularly we spent over 40 minutes waiting for food in the drive-through only to get cold burgers assembled sloppy. Surprisingly, the fries were hot. I can be understandable, the worst part is I called and the manager said they are trying their best and that is all we got. It’s a bit of a disappointment because the food is good and the atmosphere is great. That is my imput.

Food was good-as always. It was my kids 1st time there because until today- no issues.There was a bit of confusion on the order, but that wasn't why I lowered the rating and atmosphere. My issue came with the corrective action. Never tell an employee that a mistake is their fault with the customer standing there holding the wrong food. Immediate feedback is good, but always correct the employee away from the customer.Never tell a customer "you're gonna have to wait" if there are issues. Everyone has a bad day, but when you get someone else's food- you have a minimum of 2 customers waiting to get what they paid for. I chalked that one up to newbies on the front and a challenging day. Managers should be running "triage" when there is an issue- not a register taking an order.So I didn't have a bad experience, but it does make me want to use drive thru next time.

We usually eat at the Greer location, but tonight we happened to be in Duncan. I like Culvers because the food is good quality and prepared fresh, usually!This however was not the case at this location. First off the young man that took our order DEFINITELY does not need to be in the customer service side of the restaurant. Not only was his attitude the worst I've seen in a long time he DID NOT get the order right. If only that was the only problem. The food we got, well let's just say it wasn't up to Burger Kings standards. My burger was so cold the slice of Cheese never melted, that's sad. My wife ordered a Mushroom burger with extra mushrooms, but instead got a double burger? I will say the Shrimp was very nice and the onion rings were also fresh and hot.Suffice to say this location needs help, as the manager was about as interested in our experience as the guy that took our order or the cooks. Go to Greer if you want decent food.

This used to be my favorite place but inconsistent service and food has ruined my recent experiences visiting them.Most recently they couldnt refund our money after missing part of an order. The owner even said it was because of their "archaic machines" without us driving back to give them a credit card. I hope the ownership begins to reinvest into updating their system to improve their customers experience.

If you order a combo and the employee doesn't ring it up as such an you call it out, they'll charge you for fry and drink separate, which costs more than making it a combo, and then when you show them the poor excuse of a double burger having no meat and just crust, they say well we smash our meat. I'm aware that they do, but it's unacceptable to call a burger that thin a burger. Staff has poor customer service and no cares.

Its a nice restaurant. They have really good food but be warned, the burgers are really greasy. When I first went to this location with my family, they messed 2 of the burgers up but they were very helpful and fixed them (to be fair, we came the first week they had opened) Other than that, it's an amazing restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Me and my mom have lactose intolerance and we were able to find items we like fitting our needs.Kid-friendliness: It's a very kid friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: I have a family member in a wheelchair and he loves it there

This review is specifically for the Culver's located on Duncan/Moore highway. The food and customer service there is superior. Last night, I made an order through drive thru which consist of two meals and two milkshakes. Long story short, after I left the drive thru I accidentally spilled both milkshakes which ended up all over the dashboard and floor of my car (what a fiasco.. smh)! Anyways, I drove back to this location and not only did the manager make me new milkshakes but a young man named Felix that works there, went out his way to help clean my car!!! Talk about going above and beyond. I've never experienced such customer service in my life. With that said, I truly appreciate the Duncan Culver's team for turning an unhappy situation into a pleasurable experience ☺️!!! #communitysupport #customerservice #kindness

While we love the Culver's in our home town, this was a terrible experience. The dining room was messy and unkept. The ice cream was runny. The concrete mix should be stiff, ours was practicality a liquid. The workers were more interested in talking to one another than helping customers. Must have poor management or owners. That's the only excuse I can think of that makes this Culver's so inferior to ours in Texas.
