Unfortunately, this location is understaffed or something. Took more than twenty minutes to get drinks. Everyone was nice, but it was just a long time.Update: in response to my 3 star review Starbucks replied with a link to share more about my experience. The link took me to a generic help website. I consider this to be a response designed to make it look like they care about my experience when in fact they just want it to look that way to other people who read my review. I have now downgraded the review to 2 stars.

This is the last time I’ll visit Starbucks at this location. Watched an employee walk off the floor leaving everyone in confusion. I feel bad for the hardworking individuals who were working to pick up the slack of another. Those employees deserve raises for their hard work and dedication. Hopefully that employee using the scissors in a rage will be reprimanded properly to prevent any further instances like this in the future. Hopefully a competent Store Manager will come to this location. Please do better! These incidents are giving Starbucks a bad name.

The worst Starbucks I've visited in terms of cleanliness. Garbage on the floor, counters dirty, and bathrooms filthy.Did not get orders right which I attributed to shirt staffing as there were only 2 baristas .There only plus was this table set up honoring those who have fallen.

Traveling from visiting family. Placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. There was ice put in my drink though I requested no ice, not a big deal but they remade it and there was peppermint syrup in my coffee instead of toffee nut which means they had put in it there twice. What's the point of ordering through the app if the workers don't read the ticket? Now I have a $7 coffee I can't drink because I don't like peppermint.

Won’t stop at this location again. The Ladies bathroom was dreadful! Customers should Not have to pay $5 for a cup of coffee and have to experience unsanitary restrooms. Unacceptable!

morning shift is always fantastic but after early morning shift, it’s always disappointing. they do not do a good job. drink is never blended right and almost always not full like it’s supposed to. even when it’s dead, they are slack.

Place is dirty. All tables were dirty all trash cans over flowing. Bathrooms dirty and outside had trash sitting around. Service very slow with 6 people working and only 2 people sitting inside.

For years I always order Ice Starbucks double shot which is now a Shaken Espresso. I find often times many locations do not know how to make this correctly. This location made it exactly the way I like it! We also ordered food with specific requests and they did it no problem. Thanks for the great experience on our trip to Florida!

Loved the energy in here. Very Friendly service & they all made my rest stop easy with my family. Also the bathrooms smelled good & was clean, thats a plus for me.

For Dillon SC this is a great job opportunity however, if you employ people who only care about their pay(minimum wage), do not train them thoroughly, and don't keep employees that do care because of those who don't. It's the franchisee and Starbucks issue just as much as those serving. They're extremely understaffed, always out of something, and the inside pickup line are just as bad if not worse than the line of cars wrapped around the building. All the money Starbucks makes and they can't hire someone to inspect these places that use their name. I was excited when it got here.Parking: Parking Lot is small and cramped. Maybe 15 compact car parks.

I worked for Starbucks a total of 12 years as a barista, shift supervisor, and store manager. I have a lot of grace and understanding for those working in such a challenging environment and all the minor details that can make it so - things that the average customer just isn't going to see. For this reason, I hate to say it, but believe it to be justified that...this might be one of the worst ones I've been in. All trashes overflowing, trash all on the floor behind the bar, half full milk carton sitting out on the counter ... might be understandable if they were really going thru some heavy drive thru or cafe traffic, but they were not. Not at all. And they were moving so slowly. Not a motivated bunch for sure. The person taking my order was scrolling her phone that lay on the counter as I took a moment to decide what to order. If this were my store, I would be horrified.Wednesday 8/9/2023 4:45pm, 3, possibly 4 people working. I won't be coming here again unless the reviews significantly improve. 😬

On a road trip and stopped here from out of town and was disappointed. To the three baristas working today- you have such a cool job and have the ability to brighten people day! I would say you need to make improvements on the quality of the drinks you are making. Our drinks were a bit too sweet. To the owner - you need to instill more confidence in your staff, you need to put more into them and create a fun atmosphere.

The toilets were not clean, the service was nonexistent, and we ended up leaving without drinks. We stood at the register while 3 team members slowly did minimal tasks (poured drip coffee with cream). The team was correcting a mobile order and taking drive through orders. As a former Starbucks Partner I was appalled that not one of them acknowledged us after standing at the register for 5 solid minutes. We left and will not be going back.

We went in at 8:35 PM and they had no coffee brewed "because they were about to close". You are a COFFEE PLACE and you don't close until 9 PM. Instead of turning your machines off early, utilize your closing preparation time by cleaning the place. It was filthy. O, and they also messed up my order but of course I didn't discover that until we were 5 miles down the road. The kid at the register was clueless and didn't know anything about the menu.

What an unpleasant experience getting off i 95 to find this disgusting place, the truth is, you must have very low self-esteem to work in such desecrated conditions, this Starbucks store is like a sewer. I regret a thousand and one times that I took the time to stop. Here is a disgusting experience 🤮 in my opinion they should tear down this store and build a new one with everything new including the attitude of the staff needs to be renewed, I bet I’ll Need therapy after this experience 🤢🙆🏻‍♂️🤮

They weren’t open at 5:30 it was a little bit after before opening the lobby door, even though they could see we were waiting patiently outside for the 5:30 am opening yesterday. Entering the building the floors and bathrooms were disgusting - there was multiple candy wrappers and lollipop sticks on the floor, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile(bathroom too). The two drinks we ordered we ended up throwing away they tasted so bad. If there was a dunkin near we would have went there instead.

Stopped at 5:35am on a long distance trip. App, Google, & sign states they open at 5:30am although there were 3 employees actively moving around inside the door was locked. I stood in the cold with my Starbucks cup for another 5-6 minutes at the door to see if someone was going to unlock the door. Im hard to miss with a shiny cup, blue hair, & the headlights from my car. As I go back to my car a vehicle pulls up to the drive through & is almost immediately being serviced. No sign on door or notes on app stating that the lobby opens at a different time. I use my personal cups bring environmentally friendly therefore I al aye go inside for my coffee. The inconvenience of this stop when on a long trip for a funeral was disappointing to say the least when I’ve already been on the road for 2 hours. If the lobby has different hours then the drive through that should be public information at the least. It is VERY poor customer service to ignore a customer at the locked door during posted operation hours. Someone could have came to the door to communicate to use the drive through since there is as no sign. This was the first time I’ve ever had a poor experience at any location in the years I’ve been a customer.
