Awful experience. Went to return two outfits I bought for my daughter. Told manager I don’t have the receipt but the tags were still on the clothing. She tells me to bring them in and that I can get a full refund as long as the Roses tags are still on them. Took the clothing in only for her to tell me I could get my refund even though I just spoke with her while in the parking lot. Very unprofessional and needs a better customer exchange policy!

I love this store I'm from West Virginia they don't have roses in West Virginia and I must say since I found this store I have fallen in love with the store the prices can't be beat the variety is massive and I recommend this store to anyone who likes to shop

We bought a gazebo from the store and when we opened it a part was broke, tried to return to exchange it but was told that they don't do that anymore even though numerous people I've spoken to have exchanged their merchandise there.

I worked in this store.... It was pure hell... The management there sucks ...they want you to do there work for 7.25. they constantly getting new employees and they don't even last a week because of the manager there...
