They cancelled my order and did not notify me. When I called stated it was because the shoe wasn’t in stock, but the website said it was and I was able to go in the store and purchase them. I ordered online because they had a coupon that would have saved me $20. They did not seem to care and have not reached out to me about the case I opened.Update: At this time I still have not received a call or email about them cancelling my order

Very Poor customer service. Employees were standing around at the cash wrap talking and on their personal cellphones. My kids and I waited for about 10 minutes for assistance but no one came to assist us. So I decided to go to Florence instead. The store has really nice shoes but poor customer service. Bad for any business. 08/12/2020. Same issue-3/6/2025
