Lead stalker that just came in is very rude and disrespectful to the customers and to her workers my family went in the anther cursing ur worker out isn’t right plus having a attitude to me and my family isn’t right I won’t be going back there I loved Foodlion too and it’s shame to see someone that came into the store bossing people around and having attitude with customer it’s not right Foodlion was runing good until the new person came in I don’t think it’s right when we ask where a item is then the lead stalker rudely interrupts me from talking to a worker, asking them where our item is her to be rude to that worker right in front of me then when I try to talk to the lead stalker after that, she was highly disrespectful to me

The new lead stocker is very disrespectful to customers and employees she acts like the boss over the whole store and also the assistant manager and evening manager have their days too but the new lead stocker is VERY disrespectful!!

The best grocery store on the planet. Their meats are always fresh and well priced. My mother worked here for over 10 years in the meat department. Their MVP program has saved costumers millions of dollars over the years. Even if you forget your MVP card like I often do, they will type in a code that gives you the savings anyway.

Very pleasant cashiers, store was stocked with a variety of items, and there was a nice selection of items in the market area. I will definitely revisit this food lion in the future.

Have used Food lion for years . Always pleased until recently. The grinder for hamburger that I love has been broken for a long time. Food Lion sells a lot of good hamburger. But when ask when they will have again no one can say about how long. Already been over 2 weeks. Still shop there but would surely like some good 80\20 hamburger. 👍

I was visiting the city. Ran into Food Lion for a few items and loved it. The store was super clean. Everything was organized in the isles. I really loved shopping there. Customer service was very friendly. Yes I will visit again. Of course there were some specials.

Clean restrooms and multiple checkout lanes available. Efficient cashiers. Got everything that i needed, AND most of it was on sale with my MVP card. My savings literally took my register cost from $38 bucks to $22!!! Will shop here again!

There's nothing more irritating than these high food prices, and it hurt my pride to have to take away quite a few items just to stay below budget, and out of the kindness of the cashier's heart, she paid the remaining cost of my groceries, and I sincerely thank her for doing that because it wasn't her obligation at all; I hope God blesses her tenfold. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Reviewing the Food Lion to go service - this is the third time I've picked up groceries using the pickup option, and the third time items were missing out of my order. Three nights this week I have tried to cook dinner only to find a key item was missing, which I didn't notice when I brought them home because my spouse put the groceries away. I will not be using this service again. The shoppers are sloppy and don't communicate when an item is missing, and the app doesn't alert you. The only way you know when something has been left out is when you review the receipt afterward; and all it says is "No adequate replacement". 25% of my order was missing, and all could have been easily substituted.I mean seriously - Food Lion only carries one kind of bologna? WalMart online isn't much better, but at least they TRY.

They had some lower prices on fruits but not everything so be selective. The store is very clean and well kept up. Cashiers were very nice and personable while maintaining professionalism. Nice deli too.

This store always lies to their customers about western union. They are always saying that the system is down because they don’t have the time to help you. I’m very disappointed because I have been a loyal customer to this store for OVER 10 years and every time I go in there no matter the time. I can never get the proper service I deserve. I hope they will fix this problem or I will be force to take my business elsewhere!

Easily located in shopping plaza, in middle of town. Next to a subway, and a liquor store. Easy shopping. Yummy rotisserie chicken! Great management. Easy layout of store. Just some of their cashiers have a bit of an attitude problem.

Rude employees at register. Will not greet you coming in the store. Will not greet you walking up to the register. Will refuse you cash back until manager comes. Will not thank you for spending your money or even wish you a good day as to say goodbye. Constant eye rolling!

I rarely go to Food Lion for any reason. I'm always reminded why when I do. Not the friendliest bunch of people at the Dillon store. They same to act like you're bothering them if it's busy. Isn't that a good thing?

The people here are so nice , the store is clean. I live in Fairmont and I'd much rather come here than go to the one Fairmont. Mostly because of people. Management here is so much nicer, easy to talk to. The store is clean.
