The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was good, but a little pricey. They got my order wrong but was understanding and fixed it right away. I do like the fact that they help firefighters in getting gear they needed. Great food and super quick service. The new crew and manager were great, he even came out to the lobby to hand me my food. I was so thankful for the great veggies options they had since I have to eat vegetarian this week for religious purposes. My favorite sub is definitely the Jamaican jerk. I will be coming more often. Friendly, Fast and great service.

I was able to visit here on opening day this morning. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub combo with the baked potato soup. It is absolutely delicious! Great customer service and the drive thru is a plus! I will be returning!

**EDITED BECAUSE FIREHOUSE IN DILLON PAID TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN**We haven’t even received our food yet, but from just the process to order the food, I can promise you it’ll suck. We waited 5 minutes for workers to get off of their phones in order for us to be able to place our order. Now we’re actively sitting here waiting for our food (along with 5 other people) as I watch a worker sitting down having a personal phone call when she could be in the kitchen doing her job. She could be on break, but if that’s the case, don’t have your personal phone calls right out here in the open. Oh look! Here’s another worker on her phone MAKING SUBS! If you’re stopping off of 95, avoid this Firehouse Subs! I’m glad an actual firefighter’s response time isn’t actually this long!

The service was friendly! Very polite and professional. Husband really liked his Italian sub. I ordered the Beef and cheddar. Kind of dry. Blah! I will go back, but I 'll try something else. The store is clean and comfortable.Parking: Popular place! Lot was packed! The food tastes great. The store manager is incredible! I sure hope the owners know what kind of gem they have in her. Our 1st visit at any Firehouse Subs, and she was very patient taking our order. She raved about her bosses (the 2 owners), she kept an extremely upbeat attitude and even gave us a high five. Lots of smiles and laughing. She had to deal with a very disgruntled customer who threw a fit and made a scene while degrading the manager to her face for everyone to see and hear. The manager remained calm, professional, and kind and worked hard to have the staff quickly fill the customer's order at the same time. This disgruntled customer was upset about a long wait. However, he had greatly exaggerated his wait time and clearly had personal issues that he took out on the manager. I would have been honored to work for her as she treated her staff very well.However, upon returning for another visit at this same restaurant when the store manager was not working, the staff was lazy and unattentive. The cashier was even a little rude. This cashier clearly did not want to be at work and from the attitude she had, it appeared to be unrelated to Firehouse Subs and more of an attitude that she didn't want to be at work anywhere. I had called my order in 15 minutes prior to my arrival, and they hadn't even started my food. Then they only gave me half of my order so I had to wait some more for the other half. At both visits, there appeared to be people just lingering in the lobby. Possibly friends, or boyfriends/girlfriends of the work staff or employees with no where else to go or nothing else to do. They seemed to be engaging occasionally with the cooking and packaging staff both times. They had no food and were there before us, and after we left, at least a half an hour at both visits.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread optionParking: It is a smaller parking lot so I wouldn't take a trailer or motor home through it but there is parking available within a short walking distance.

The food was good, and the place was clean. But we waited for 30 minutes until our subs were ready. I ordered brownies with that, which they forgot about, and when I asked for them, they told me that it would take another 20 minutes for them to heat up. Since we were on our way to DC, this was an awful experience. We lost so much time. Don’t go here if you need to go somewhere afterward.

Worst Italian sub I ever had in my life! My wife ordered over the phone. She gets home and hands it to me. I said this isn't mine, it's hot!We looked online and that's the way they make it! Who the hell ever heard of a hot Italian sub? We are Jersey Mike's loyalists and just figure we'd give them a try. Never again! NOBODY beats Jersey Mike's!!!

I loved Firehouse and was excited to get one nearby... they were great in the beginning then the customer service started slacking big time. Waiting 10mim in line at drive through at the menu Waiting for her to take my order, then proceeded to wait in line to get my order a total of 20mins in line only 2 cars in the drive through around 1:40pm on Saturday.. customer service sucks in this town period.

Ordered a Jamaican jerk turkey and didn’t get any turkey on my sandwich. I went inside to tell them and they laughed about it. What if I didn’t check and drove back home? The girl was smiling when she handed it to me so she knew there wasn’t any on it. Something told me to check it. Told manager and he didn’t seem to care so. Use to eat there once every other week now you won’t catch me at this location again. 1/10

Went here for the first time today. First thing is I waited long to be waited on and there was only I person there already waited on. Ok I had a birthday free sub reward I ask ed up front about the worker didn't know if it would work there trouble with system ok I had to order to find out it wasn't working. So I ask what will happen with reward because last day is tomorrow and this problem has been going on for a couple days now I guess so I ask will I loose reward and the other worker is like there's nothing we can do the system is down ok I understand that problems but with this being an on going problem Firehouse should do something to make up for this reward I shouldnt loose it because system is down. Also I didn't think the service was very friendly. The subs were ok but I'm pretty annoyed don't think I'll go back and will probably delete their app Poor customer satisfaction .

I would leave 0 stares if I could went through drive through tonight and the lady had a attitude and was rushing you to finish then I had to go inside and get my Mac and cheese remade it was cold as a rock took them 10 minutes to remake the Mac and cheese on top of it all they forgot the chips so went back in there and she was rude the lady said the chips are over there I didn’t know I had to walk in to get chips when I go through the drive through this place won’t ever get a dime from me again. And the manager has a bad attitude as well

The absolute worst service I've ever received! Waited more than 35 minutes in the dining room to get our food. Then when we asked when our food was ready, the MANAGER got a attitude with us and said they were not fast food and that 30 minutes was not long to wait for subs! Then the MANAGER began talking badly about us to the other workers in the sub making line in front of us! Absolutely ridiculous! Will NEVER go back to this location!!!

My husband decides to give firehouse a shot even though neither of us are actual fans. We ordered 2 hook and ladder salads, one with rand the other with honey mustard. The person working drive through couldn't tell me dressings they offered aside drim ranch and when I asked if they had any type of vinegar based dressings her response was, "umm what's that??". I told her nevermind, ranch and honey mustard would do. Initially when we got to the window, I was passed a sub, they figured it out as I was waiting to tell them. We get the salads and I had my husband check the food. There was only one meat on the salad vs the 2 in the description. I took it back and the lady that handed it to me, met me to ask if something was wrong. I expressed that there was no ham on either, so she asked me if it was suppose to be.. a young lady behind the counter says, " People really be thinking that the sub and salad are made exactly the same." I was sure to tell her that unless there's a misprint on their menu, it definitely says HAM AND TURKEY! They added the ham.. I found out once we left that there was no honey mustard in bag and we also figured out we had chicken and ham instead of what should've been there..

This was my very first Firehouse Sub’s experience!!! Shamel/Sharmella was awesome!! She was a breath of fresh air at the drive thru. She was very excited, she was very pleasant and very professional! And on top of that, the sandwich was amazing!!
