Called this morning to see if they were open so I could get a shirt for Easter and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I asked the hours and she stated they were open all day, to this I said you guys shouldn’t have to work on this day and the woman said she didn’t want to hear that and proceeded to hang up on me. I wish I would have gotten this woman’s name.

Ran in for some potatoes for an impromptu party. The sweet potatoes were the biggest, prettiest, sweetest ever. Bake them for an hour and set out toppings: cinnamon and brown sugar for sweets; and broccoli, cheese, butter, sour cream, and bacon crumbs for russet white potatoes, also perfect. Add 11 hungry ladies and there was our party with 2 hours notice. Thanks Walmart!

Used Walmart to Walmart to wire money for a trailer I purchased everything went fine but the cashier never asked what the money was for and the transaction was put on hold and the recipient couldn't pick up the money

I wish there was a 0. They literally want to call your doctor every time your doctor gives you a prescription. So if you want to wait days to get your medicine or for them to tell you that they are out of stock this is the best place to go.!!! And if you're on Medicare it may be weeks.

Bought wrong item went back in and was told by purple haired boy at doorthat customer service was closed. I called and they were open. Little purple haired gay guy at the door lied to me. This is the prime example I hate going to Walmart. Poor staff like this you should close the doors permanently. Prime reason I try to avoid this chain this instance just reaffirms my stand.

I had my hands full of items, so I draped a gown over my shoulder until I could get to check out. The self check out was open, so I chose to check myself out. After scanning my items and paying with my card, the attendant asked me about the gown on my shoulder. I had totally forgotten it was there and would have been so embarrassed if I had gotten to the exit door without paying!My mind was not in a good state as I had just left the Dr office finding out I had cancer. Emotionally drained, this actually started a conversation with the attendant. I gave her my name, and she told me she was going to pray for me.I'm thankful for that lady and also just to know we can still meet complete strangers and feel like family because we are sisters in Christ!

-Worst optometry experience I've ever hard.-Arrived early for my appt with the optometrist. Didn't get seen for over an hour.-Walmart staff, mainly this one girl, didn't seem to have a handle on serving customers by their appt time or order in which they checked in.-This baffled me. I was told by Walmart Optometry that to see the optometrist, I had to have an appt. Walmart girl sure was sending people into the optometrist who didn't have appts.-Walmart girl was more interested in keeping up with her texts/social media than managing office/customer flow. Her phone constantly in her hand.-There was a young man their when we first arrived, but he soon disappeared never to be seen again. I was told by the Walmart Mgr, that he was the optometry dept mgr. Heaven help you.-After finally getting seen by the optometrist, we waited to place our orders for our glasses. The Walmart girl continued to place orders for people who exited the optometrist after us.-After spending nearly two and a half hours at this Walmart, we'd had enough and left.-I'll take my business elsewhere.

My husband & I go to this Walmart on Sunday’s we never go through a cashier lane we always go through self checkout however today we went through a cashier line she was the rudest eye rolling girl! My husband said thank you she looked at him & rolled her eyes! I feel if you can’t speak to everyone or you don’t like dealing with the public get another line of work VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT FOR DAVID ALWAYS SPEAKS TO EVERYONE

The service today was horrible; they left out over half my order. Usually the procedure involves simply communicating on the app, not talking on the phone. Today I was called twice before I got to the store and it made no sense why the grocery dept even called me. Not sure what happened because I have been getting excellent service there for several months before, possibly new untrained people? I'm going to try another grocery curbside service the next time; surely it's got to be better elsewhere.

I usually have a wonderful experience at this particular Walmart. This morning I go in at the garden department door and often times check out at that register. This morning 3/14/2023 the cashier was very rude.She acted as if she was doing me a great favor by checking me out.I greeted her very nicely and she never spoke to me at all..i can promise with her attitude you will loose some customers. If she doesn't want to work in service she should find another job.Or maybe she can work behind the scene.

This review is only about the customer service counter situation at the darlington Walmart. I gave 3 stars because the people are usually nice and helpful but, as usual not enough working the registers so the lines are always long and the wait forever. That being said, customer service closes early everyday. Early as in sometimes 4, sometimes 5, sometimes maybe 1 or 2, sometimes they don’t open at all. Curious about this situation, I asked the manager why and she told me there were not enough people working there to keep the area opened. I was also flabbergasted to learn that per policy, it is at the manager’s discretion as to what time customer service opens and closes if at all. Now, I understand being short staffed I also understand there is a remedy for that. What I don’t understand is how the most important department in the entire store, customer service, is never opened when customers need serving.

We accidentally left an iPhone at the checkout stand. An employee took it over to Customer Service and we were able to get it back with no problem. A staff with integrity.

Decent WM. It is clean only every other time we go. The outgoing staff will stand at their closed register and talk with the working staff while the lines pile up sometimes, which is frustrating. But the selection is decent and the self checkout staff are pleasant.

Walmart is good on prices but they are trying to be like the mall stores. I hope they don't raise there prices to make up for it. I don't think people really care so much to look at mannequins but maybe some do.

Unlike the Walmart's in my hometown, the Darlington Walmart, although smaller, was clean, well stocked and every associate had a smile and was willing to make my shopping experience the best it could be. Thank you.
