Main street,is very courteous,patient,friendly, and good to talk to.Every time I go into the Family Dollar Store; there she is behind the counter or putting items on the shelves and always ready to help you. She makes my shopping there easier because that's the kind person she is whenever I'm there.That's great customer service with kindness and respect while shopping. Not my favorite place to shop. Always seems to be extremely disorganized and staff is always doing nothing. Seems like they have some good items but finding them in ones lifetime is another challenge. Needs a major facelift.

Today i went to the Dollar store and the line was at least 12 people and only one person working cash register. I asked if she could get the manager for me. She didn't and the manager came out and asked her if she needed any help and she said no after i was waited on i made a complaint with the manager.
