Had a phone problem, full signal and no data, very rude staff! Did not want to exchange or give a refund even though the phone was purchased 2 days ago, finally got a exchange, told us no refill and even if this one did not work. I did tell her I would not be a happy camper if they would not make things right, she said I threatened her, huh? Never again. When 6 months is up I will take this to another provider. Very rude, unprofessional. I recorded the whole interchange. What a joke, oh cricket customer service told me to take it back. Never in store again. Buy online but I would avoid in store, especially this one.

Denise was great!! She is always so helpful when my husband and I have to go in...I truly enjoy the trips in bc I always learn something helpful about my phone and internet from Denise and I'm all the time getting me a new 5$ case or something out of the 5$ box!! I do love that box!! But you need more of a variety in it...and the other store needs to send this Darlington store products over.... just saying

I had the same experience every time.Shea is so amazing. She has always had time to help me. She knew what to do each time to make things so pleasant. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 20 years and whenever I saw this type of skill in a representative it was refreshing. They are very slow we waited for 45 minutes and still didn't get anyone help. Their was only one person actually working would not recommend the Darlington SC store.
