Tonight I walked in and as I was reaching for the yellow basketI seen a display with Cheetos & Grandma's Cookies and a coupon was attached to this box display,I read the coupon and grabbed the 2 bags I needed to use the coupon and finished up my shopping and headed for the front to check out. After the lady rang up my stuff she grabbed the coupon with the two bags of Cheetos White cheddar SnowFlakes and she proceeds to tell me that I can not use that coupon for those chips because I have to get the Orignal and handed me the Coupon back. I asked her why have that dis play up with those chips & coupons and you can't use them together and she didn't say anything :( then I told her the coupon statedSave 50cent When you buy ANY Two(2) bags of Frito-Lay(Priced up to $1.89, Any varieties/flavors. Which is what I had and she still refused to use the coupon.I've in including a photo of the two bags of chips and the coupon I was trying to use.

They need to teach their cashiers about customer service. The two associates were talking and did not greet me at the register, didn’t tell me my total or anything. Just hand me my receipt and kept talking. They hire these young folks that don’t care about courtesy and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Horrible atmosphere ran by very emotional women that seem to hate men. Seems like the trend these days. When i worked there the manager named taiwan or whatever told me to my face that i was the last person she wanted to hire. I wouldnt work for this company again if it was the last one on earth!! I strongly advise men specifically not to wrk here!!

It's a good store. They don't pay them enough for all they have to do & the hours they put in, cleaning everything, stocking & lifting & doing this every shift, opening & closing for barely over minimum wage & this store has gotten robbed at gunpoint 2 or 3 times in the last 5-7 years, with 2 of those times being due to our economy & this pandemic recently! They do tend to keep their employees for a good year or two & then they kind'of filter thru a couple cycles until they get another batch of good ones that last a year or two again! I only know this bcuz I've lived right down the road from this store for the last 10+ years & in Dalzell for 20+ so I've seen it go thru it's transitions!The worst has been what we're seeing now & what most stores are dealing with, trying to keep the products on the shelf that everyone wants all week before they sell out & not have empty shelves, but unfortunately they do by the end of each week on most sale items, like almost every store in town! But the staff are pleasant & the store is clean & if you need something they're very happy to help you, at least I've always had excellent response from all of them there, even if they're not always smiling, they're always obliged to be helpful! And that matters! They do a good a good job considering what we're all going through, including them!

They always have a little bit of everything we need, sometimes they're not always stocked up, but they don't pay them enough for what they have to do at these Dollar Stores! I still end up finding other things I need that weren't on my list. This store is kept pretty clean compared to some I've been in & has a bathroom but no atm.

The management up there sucks. She doesn't know how to run her store and it's awful. Multiple times I've been to that store the employees are always on their phone. Always walking around, not offering help to anyone. I suggest someone from higher in the franchise come down and evaluate her. Needs NEW management. Not piss poor management. Nasty. Just nasty.

I went into the store as usual to purchase a pre paid card. I have always purchased them with my debit card. Today the cashier asked me am I paying with cash that is the only way you can purchase the card. I asked her since when, she yelled across the store to Courtney and she says this has been policy all the time. I don't normally carry cash. She started to ring up my other item I told her that I did not want it either. As I walked out she said "WHAT EVER." If this is the policy there should be a sign posted there. And All the employees should know the policy, if this is true. I have been purchasing cards here for a long time. This store is junky and he employees are rude. This is the worst store in Sumter county South Carolina.

This dollar General is a disgrace. It is always trashed, the customer service is horrible, and the shelves are never stocked. Expired items on the shelves is a problem and the carts of products yet to be put on the shelves are a huge safety concern. You have to fight through the isles to find that what you need isn't on the shelf. The manager is running this store into the ground.

laquesta (fat black lady with short hair) is a nasty manager. she doesn't have her store in order. her employees are rude. and she doesn't make the cause any better. she doesn't stand up for the customers she stands up for her employees and customers are always right.

The employee is very unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. I no longer shop in this specific store because after many interactions, she has proven that she's just a miserable, unpleasant person who should never work in the customer service industry.
