Came here at 9:50 pm for an emergency item, doors were locked, the employee inside was sweeping in front of the doors. She shook her head at me and deliberately avoided looking at me again. Got back in the car at 9:52 and two other vehicles pulled in and were also denied. Not sure why posted hours say 10:00 if doors are locked at 9:50. Maybe corporate would like to weigh in. Disappointing.

Can we locate employees with people skills,it doesn't hurt to say hello,thank-u.price label don't match register, clerk said I don't no anything about that,I am new and she continues to ring up merchandise, I ask her to void complete transaction and she came unglued..Paper towels pre-marked $4.50 and she says they're $5.00,please don't ask them to locate something they will point to it or it should be over there,unless they no you.

Loitering hustlers while entering or exiting the store is a common occurrence and a bit annoying when you want to get in and out quickly.They have done a minimal job controlling clutter. Products seem oddly organized in places.Refrigerated foods are lacking and misplaced with inaccurate pricing labels. Many also appear suspicious of being left out or unrefrigerated with soggy and damp boxes that are unglued. At barely 2 years old there are hand written signs informing that some refrigerators are not operational.Seemingly high turnover for staff with usually congenial cashiers except for the phone talkers.Store loss prevention has become an issue.2 yrs ago: Clean and neat. Not piled with boxes of inventory everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Great job!I will update about proficiency of restocking sold out inventory at a later time as this is a new store. Currently the refrigerated foods are not in stock and I hope they have realize the local high demand for these types of items unlike most family dollar stores that are in more competitive locations.

The store was stocked and very clean. Please don't let it go down hill like the other store in Cross. Very impressed!Update! Well, that didn't last long. This store is no different than the other store in Cross. Between workers talking to boyfriends in parking lot and employees on cell phones, I guess that's why the selves can't be stocked? Close the store down!

It is very clean and well stocked. But sometimes when you go in the store the cashiers can be very rude. And one time the cashier was more interested it the boy she was flirting with then ringing me out but other then that it is a great store!

The store in Cross SC is a welcoming addition to area. Store is always clean and tidy. The employee's have knowledge of the products the store sales and are very helpfull.

This store needs new management she lets the workers do whatever they want to do store is never open on time opens at 8am they never open until 9am the staff is very rude the cashier with the glasses is extremely rude I will never shop at this store again if I could give it 1 star I would worse experience at family dollar in my life
