I'm beginning to wonder if all dollar general employees are hoarders and if so, I'm pretty sure they originated from this store. I've visited this store every other weekend for the last six years and have yet to get my buggy down any isle without having to move a transport cart or huge boxes of stock merchandise out of the way. It drives me crazy!

Very nasty trash every where inside and outside employees are always up front sitting in chairs or out side smoking and not working playing music so loud you can't hear boxes all over store just so nasty omg 🤢I think they need to hire people that want to work and not useless people that rather live off of government Assistance 😉

Look I love Dollar Generals and this particular store avoid at all cost, they never have anything and it's been this way for over 2 yes. The employees walk around lazy w/attitude. The most recent comments about this store being on fire and all good, must be people they know or they work there, cause it's a bald face lie..I was giving it another try, but nope nothing has changed in over a year. Please whoever is seeing this post go to the new DG, in Eutawville or to Holly Hill. Holly Hill is the very best

Management can be rude and act like it's bothersome to help. The store is never ever stocked and isles are blocked with carts. My husband went to take a cooler back that was clean and sticker still on it with a valid receipt within 90 days. They refused to refund him. When my husband asked why? the clerk said they did not know company policy, even after he pointed out the yellow sign that had policies on itTo top it off the clerk said you smell like alcohol and needed to leave right then. My husband may have drank a beer that day but you do not embarrass customers like that. I feel employees in this store don't care about the customers. I used to shop there for all my needs. Now I will travel elsewhere until there are employees and management that don't make you feel like it's a burden to take care of the customer.

We love having this dollar General out here in our rural area......it's the closest stop without have to drive 20 miles to town. I wish ALL dollar generals would just clean up their stores more. Shelves are always in disarray, messy. There's always carts and boxes blocking aisles that need to be unloaded. At times there seems to be lots of missing stock. I like the variety that they carry of many needed items.

Please clean the floors nasty!!!!! Please put prices on frozen foods customers have to go up front for price check. Dollar General please find another manager the cross community does not like her at all. Do better or just leave.

This store needs to be shut down! There is always boxes of merchandise everywhere needing to be put on selves. The selves are always empty! The floors are dirty! I've never been in the store that there wasn't a line of 4-5 people waiting to check out. Just close the store down! I'll just travel 20 miles to get things I need!

This place is steadily getting worse. Nothing is ever on shelves, they've got a backroom full of stuff but I guess no one wants to be a stocker and do their job? It's a hassle to come here now. I'd rather drive 20-30 minutes out my way to go somewhere else. Cannot wait for Family Dollar to open down the road.

This isn't too far where my husband and I live. It serves our need for snacks, and they have frozen $1 personal pizzas that are good tasting.Service from the cashier is iffy; one of the cashiers is friendly, others want you to get out.This place is always hopping. They have just about everything you need. Kind of pricey on some items, however it'd be cheaper than having to pay the extra for fuel going somewhere else.

Cluttered, a messy like the other stores. Have to dodge stock that hasn't been put away yet.Need a stock crew to put itemsvaway while closed so customers don't have to deal with crates and boxes.

They hardly ever have food in stock, but it is the only place remotely close for people to buy groceries without a longer drive. So the food goes pretty quickly.

Just curious, after reviewing the comments it just makes me laugh. WHY WOULD YOU USE PICS OF YOUR STORE with shelves (dog chow) empty, messy & unorganized while other pic showed a huge unsafe stack of merch, obviously a fire hazard & im sure you have many other violations. This store meeds new mngmnt and an overhaul making it a descent store. We dont have many choices of stores to chose from. Get it together. That store has GREAT potential IIJ f done people woulk d care enough!! Jmo

The customer service in this store is really good. I have never seen a group of Dollar General employees work as hard as the employees in this store. There is always a smiling face when we visit this store.

Little to NO regard for customer safety regarding distancing or disinfecting. I purchased 10 bottles of wine and cashier asked me if I wanted them in a bag.....duh? Only one person working on the entire store and it was cashier. 12:00 moon on Friday. REDICULIOUS

We got in line behind a couple at reg 3 light was on. A lot of people milling around. We asked if someone was working the reg. Je said I don't work here. Another cashier was on 7 light off yet checking out other's? We assumed she was closed. We asked about lane 3. Her reply "Oh sne outside , I can take you here" . Ok you want a smoke break cool shut your light off.

Hit and miss at this place. Some of the staff is great and very friendly. Others dont mind cursing and acting like theyre hanging out at a friends house and just play around. It is usually one of the cleanest dollar generals between here and Summerville.

There seems to be a problem in keeping the shelves stocked. A lot for products were missing. The refrigerator section was empty expect for a couple of items.

Lots of products in the wrong place showing the wrong price for the product in that space.So many put away carts blocking the isle with products spilling into the isle that I as a walking person could hardly navigate the isles much less my mother in her wheel chair.They constantly block the wheelchair ramp with "sale items" I rarely go to that store anymore I'd rather go to Moncks Corner or Eutawville even though I only live maybe 4 miles from this store.

Nasty store. Never has anything and don’t ask anyone to help you. Rude!!! If your white they don’t even acknowledge you. Tried to call and talk to a manager wouldn’t give me a number and was rude on the phone. I’ll drive 12 extra miles to not go there again
