She always takes the time with my English springer spaniel that she needs. The previous groomer used to say she would bite when shaping up her feet. My dog hasn’t had any issues with her feet when tailspin does them. Great customer service and friendly staff who always call when my dog is done and ready for pickup.

I have been taking my dogs to them for a long time and they have always done outstanding work and always treat my dogs very well. Very easy to deal with and very professional.These are kind people and have always had the dogs best interest in mind.

Had a terrible experience, it wasn’t what I wanted I asked that my collie get her hair cut because it’s too hot here with her thick coat, she said it would be impossible, I said I wanted her cut down, not shaved there’s a difference, she shaved her down, I’ve since had many trips to the vet where she was knicked and shaved her so long, my vet says the hair won’t grow back for some time, 14 yrs experience and you didn’t know how to cut a collies hair ? I have a video of what I wanted apparently a professional did not understand, worst experience and uncomfortable, I was kicked off a town site , for stating facts , she comes at you rude I’m done! Now I have to file a law suit for what has been done to my dog!

I raise AKC German Shepherd long coats. BIG dogs, They did a wonderful job, he came back looking beautiful. I can appreciate the work that goes into grooming a 120 pound long coat GSD that is blowing his coat. They honestly did a Better Job than PetCo. Friendly, great with the dogs, and a good job. The place is small, and doesn't look like much, but don't let that fool you. I believe in working with local small businesses if I can. I was impressed with how nice my stud came back. Bringing another dog this week.
