This lady is amazing. Her farm where she has her animals is beautiful these animals are spoiled rotten. I told her I could live in her nursery. We got our wonderful Murphy there. He is our awesome Aussiedoodle. You will not be disappointed.

My dog and I both love Canine Cottage. He gets the opportunity to run and play freely and I feel confident that he is getting the best care available. It's worth the drive to know that he is safe and well-cared for. Plus, he sleeps for 2 days when he gets home because he is worn out! I couldn't recommend them more!

We boarded our little dog and German shepherd puppy and they had a blast. Played with the others well and I didnt worry one bit about them. Very secure fencing, clean and doesn't smell at all like a normal kennel. Highly recommend if you want your dog to play and interact with other dogs.

We've been taking our dogs to Canine Cottage for six years and have always been pleased. Our dogs even get excited when we mention going there. The boarding costs are reasonable and they have been able to provide last-minute boarding reservations several times over the years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dog boarding or training.

I've been boarding my dog, Norah, at the Canine Cottage for several years now. Heike is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care of my pup. My dog has lots of space to run around during the day -- no being cooped up in a crate all the time like at many boarding facilities.

The Canine Cottage has been our go to place to bring our dogs for the past 10 years. The owner treats all of the dogs there like they are her own. So much so that they are allowed to sleep wherever they want in the house! They also have tons of land to run on. Definitely worth it!

I really wanted to love this place because the concept is great. My dogs love to run free and swim, so this was a great find for their likes while were away. However, upon picking up my dogs, one was completely raw with bloody scabs from his chin down his neck. I was able to heal that irritation at home though so it is fine. The other dog, had two large wounds on his left ear. One of which was a deep puncture wound that had slightly healed over by the time I got him. I took him home and cleaned him hoping that I could get him healed. Each day it became a little more tender and more swollen so I took him to our vet where they found that it was a puncture wound that got infected and healed over the infection creating an abscess. $230 dollars later, he is on two types of antibiotics and ointments and is starting to heal and we hope that he doesn't end up needing surgery. I called this establishment to let them know what happened and to try to get answers and to be reimbursed for the cost of the vet seeing as he was injured in their care and it became infected in their care. They do not plan to reimburse me because I waited a week to call them. They claim I should have brought him back for them to care for the wounds, even though he was wounded their and they didn't care for it and allowed a nasty infection to form. They claim either my other dog did it or he "ran into a tree", and also said that he was not injured there. Needless to say, proceed with caution with taking your animals here. If you do, make sure you do an entire body examine on your dog before you leave the driveway or else you'll be responsible for paying the vet bills for someone else's negligence.

Had a dog boarded the s few years ago. Was very impressed with knowledge. Was kind enough to tell me not to groom the dog ad they would be outside playing in & out of pond.Recently I took a foster dog to be accessed was good to know that dog needed more socialization before taking to event.Top Notch

She is more likely to remember your dogs than you. My dogs love to go out there and get excited when we get close. They can't wait to lap into the pond and spend their time swimming. They get a vacation while we have our vacation.
