With over 70 chickens I never had one die. The folks here are the best and Joe the manager is doing a great job. He helped with my new trailer and I'm very happy with it .I hear their going to be bringing back the wellness center if so they need more help. Customers should not have to wait an hour and 45 min to have their dogs nails trimmed.

Tractor supply in Conway South Carolina has great customer service. They really go the extra mile to help. Kristin and Kimberly were very patient in helping me with everything I needed. Kristin and Kimberly deserve more than I can judge. They are professional, caring and helpfulI. recommend Tractor Supply in Conway South Carolina because of their quality of care and continuity of care to help their customers. Thank you Kristin and Kimberly for going the extra mile and using your knowledge and skills to help me from the time we spoke on the phone, when I arrived at the store, and after when I called back for help find something I lost. You sweet lady’s found it for me and you were closing. It was time for you to go home but you didn’t tell me to call the next day or we are closed. You lady’s looked until you found it. This is the second time I have taken my dog to the do it yourself dog bath area of the Conway, SC store and they have not given me towels. The first time I had to leave my wet dog in the wash tub and complain to the service desk about not receiving towels and still did not receive them. Of course I have a long haired dog so towels are an important part of the drying process. I complained again as I was was walking out and I got the story that they didn't have enough help that day due to employees booking off. I don't care.... I paid for a service. Today it happened again.....this time I brought my own towels just in case. Bathed him and a employee brought towels in as I was finishing blow drying for a new customer coming in. I complained again and got attitude. Ridiculous! If TSC is going to offer a service than they need to make sure we get what we pay for. Towels, shampoos, nail clippers, brushes, etc. are all part of the fee. I wasn't asking for anything special just the 2 towels they are supposed to give me. Very disappointed.

Went in looking for medicine for my dog. The lady Kim at the register told me "I'm not a vet" and proceeded to be rude to me for asking for help looking for the medicine I needed. She did this in front of other customers. Which were more helpful than she was. I never asked Kim to tell me what to give my dog, but asked where I could find the medicine.

I shop here twice a week? I use the dog wash atleast 1 time a month. Dog wash area is filthy. No clean towels ( I bring my own along with my own products) the front end cashiers today were slow and not very helpful. What happened to Bernice? She's always helpful and pleasant. I felt like I was interrupting them.

Tractor Supply: I have had a good experience doing business with this store. Occasionally the checkout line moves a little slow, but don't they all when you have work to do? They often carry hard-to-find items like augers in stock and at a fair price, so it is very convenient to hop out and grab what you need for the day. They have a great stock of pet supplies as well!

I would like for this to be a good review but sadly I have to say it’s not! My son has been trying to get a job here for a few weeks put in an application, went to a few interviews then crickets. So he calls to ask the so called hiring manager about this and he tells him because you can’t follow directions I AM not gonna HIRE you.. seriously what a joke of a “Hiring manager”!! kid is just trying to get a job and when hardly anyone wants to work anymore your gonna tell a young kid this who was excited to try and get a job there this.. just maybe better management is needed!!!

Believe it or not my car broke down so I pulled into the parking lot. Now I’ve been in the store before shopping for this and that not a regular customer. Believe me I will be stopping there much more often the staff was super pleasant very helpful offering me very good advice checking on me while we were outside fixing the car and when we had to leave it for a few days while waiting on a part they didn’t mind they were Just as happy as I was when the car was repaired. That’s not even what they’re therefore super clean store super clean parking lot super nice employees will definitely start making it a normal shopping trip

I cannot say enough about a young lady named Ella who works in this store in Conway... I couldn't find what I was looking for... She approached me after noticing.. She helped me twice, to find what was needed..very informative.... Very polite.... very professional...She even gave me some great advice on the items I purchased as I knew nothing about them...then after being called to the front, she was my cashier...lucky me! Excellent sales service... She is definitely an asset to this location and attentive to customer care.. THANK YOU ELLA!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯

Great place to bathe your dog! Shopping for unique items, they have a pretty good selection of tools, pet supplies, seasonal decor, etc. Sometimes, it's a little on the pricey side, but it's not terrible.

I just want to brag on Claudine. After part of my online order was mixed up, she went above and beyond to find a store that had my feed and then she personally delivered my feed to my house because I am recovering from surgery. Love this store and love the employees for their amazing customer service.

Management is extremely inconsistent with the dog wash. Hours of operation are not posted online or in the store, just want to give my dog a bath because its easier than the shower at home but the nonchalant attitude from the staff makes me want to stop trying to give them a chance.

Great place if you're looking for general garden, outdoor backyard accessories and country outfitting, and pet supplies. At times, we find the pricing a bit higher than other places, but is a convenient location.

Bought 2x 64in by 5/8 v belts. Spent a half hour trying to stretch them over my finish mower before I realized they were 63 inch belts. Paper clearly labeled them as 64's. Took them back, manager has to approve it because they are dirty, manager acts frustrated that I want her to find the replacements because the whole section is a cluster f. She finally looks at her computer and says we don't have any. I asked for a refund which they give me and that is the reason I gave them two stars. Would be lower if not

Very helpful staff that actually came up to me and asked if they could help. What I was looking for is no longer available in store but they told me how to order it from the store and get free delivery to my house. I also had someone load my heavy bags of feed. Thanks, TSC!

Just spoke with a woman to ask about refilling propane tanks. I'm so tired of dealing with rude customer service. Has it become that difficult to be pleasant? I still cheerfully thanked her for answering my questions, even though she did so begrudgingly. Her response was, " Uh huh." And she hung up. 😠

I just had a very poor experience with the Conway store. I went in to exchange a pair of boots I received for Christmas. When I went to check out the young man had no idea how to handle the exchange. After spending 25 minutes getting it straight with the manager, I get home to realize that they charged me full price on two of the items I exchanged for that were on sale. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Always friendly knowledgeable people who are eager to help out and get you on your way. Love shopping here, especially today. Two employees really stood out in my opinion and deserved special recognition. Joseph and Brandi. Went out of their way and over the top to take a BAD situation and make sure it was completely taken care of and there was no possible way that I could have been anything less than 110% impressed with their professionalism and commitment to their customers. Beyond impressed as were several others who knew the details of what went on and they have earned our respect and loyalty for years to come. Not many people or companies left out there that would have went to the lengths these two OUTSTANDING employees went to today, and further makes me believe they are part of a GREAT team and GREAT company to do business with. My recommendation would be if you have an option to do business with any other company or Tractor Supply, that you choose Tractor Supply EVERY time, I'm sure you won't be disappointed !

5 stars down to 2 all because of the comment the cashier said to the wife and I.Cashier was just standing there when we approached her and said "hi, can you help us?"Her response was "I GUESS, rolls her eyes, turns toward her register and starts jamming her fingers on the keyboard like she wanted to kill someone lolTook everything in me not to cuss her out.
