As my dog is my only child I have let few people groom her. After a recommendation from a friend, I pre-visited here and found very friendly and cordial staff. They answered all my questions and concerns completely. I also found the shop clean, well equipped and staffed. No stacks of crates like some larger groomers (my dog panics seeing one) as she was trained using one. I made an appointment about 2 weeks out. Holidays are busy. They did an excellent and very thorough job. I watched from outside just towards the end and could see the staff's calming effect and gentle approach. I highly recommend this business for a professional job and a reasonable price for a special member of your family.

They groomed two if my dogs, one was very difficult. They were very patient and he came out perfect. I already made my next appointment. I was very happy.

Very helpful staff. My pup is 14 weeks and went in for her first spa day. She came out fresh and so darn cute. They even gave her a complimentary bandana and flower bow. Great job ladies! Definitely will return.

Today we took our little foster dog, Sam, to Pet Spa. We were all extremely nervous as this was our first grooming experience together But what a wonderful experience it turned out to be😍! Megan did an excellent job grooming our little doxie. She was soothing and so gentle with him. He looked amazing after his treatment! The Pet Spa will be our grooming spa going forward. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well trained and loving, professional staff. Thanks Megan for making Sam’s first experience pleasant 😎!

Absolutely love this place!!! I moved to the area three years ago and tried soooo many different groomers, this is the first place where I felt like they truly cared about my baby. He is a nervous dog and a lot of groomers don’t take the time to talk with him to calm him down while working with him, and it is very apparent when I pick him up. Megan is so great with him and I can tell he is at ease when I drop him off and when I pick him up. I don’t worry for a second while he is there. 😍

They are extremely thorough. They found a lump under my dogs tongue and I took my baby right to the vet and got it removed. They also are the best groomers around this area

Just about to make another grooming appointment for my Yorkie-Maltese. I have been a customer of the Pet Spa for years -- I don't know how many now. Some time ago, I tried a groomer just around the block from me. It just wasn't the same. Back to Pet Spa for good! The staff is just amazing. Great job grooming, patient with my dog and pleasant to deal with.

Went today for my first visit. Meagan did a great job on my cockapoo. She even put a pretty flower over her ear. They are also very reasonable in price. I quit going to my prior groomer because they charge too much & didn't do as good a job. I recommend The Pet Spa to anyone.

I’ve been bringing my 2 dogs since I moved toMyrtle Beach . Kristen was great with my dogs when she bought the place. At the end of last year, the last two time I brought my dogs at 8:30 am, the female was already ready by noon, but the male was not ready to be picked up til 5 pm. When I did pick him up he would be shaking like a leaf and Would vomit profusely. This happened two times in a row. Took him to the vet and he verified that they were drugging my male shitzu. I confronted the lady that was groomed him last and she just stuttered and had no reply. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES THERE.

This is the best dog grooming company in all of Myrtle Beach hands-down, they are very reasonably priced, very loving to your animals, And really go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves their fur babies ❤️🐾❤️

They do a great job. There's nothing that our dog looks forward to more than a trip to the groomer as soon as she knows she's going she is just as happy as if she was going to the dog park She used to hate being groomed but she loves these people

I have been coming to the Pet Spa for four years now and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately I had to find another groomer because I have now called twice to schedule an appointmentand and had to leave a message both times to get my dog groomed. Nobody has ever returned my phone calls.

My shih tzu yorkie Jeter has been to The Pet Spa twice to get groomed. Both times he looked amazing and I was happy with the way they cut his hair. I brought him there this morning and he was ready by lunch. They even offered to keep him there till they closed. I will defiantly be bringing him back to get his grooming done. Thanks for making my baby look handsome.

I am a customer of the pet spa for nearly 2 yrs now they are kind n profesional to my fur babies always !!!! I will always bring my 3 babies to them !!! And they are very clean !!!!!
