When you walk in the first thing you notice is the floors are black with filth someone please pick up a mop. The next thing you notice is the 50 50 fifty percent of the merchandise is on the shelf and fifty percent is on the floor. Pallets in the way and dead cockroaches on many shelves. This would all still be okay if the cashier's weren't total jerks. They yell at costumers and embarrass anyone with EBT but now they don't even take it anymore. Roses is on its way out say hi to K-mart that's where you'll be in a year if you keep treating your customers like garbage.If you are going to keep your store filthy at least hire some cashier's who aren't completely rude.I'm telling all my friends and family to shop anywhere else! your store SUCKS!

If your employees are going to talk about customers, they should talk a little lower I went in to shop around before my kid got out of school. The to ladies are the register were not only rude but were "whispering" not so nice things about potential customers. I was having a bad enough day, thanks for making it worse.

I just called the store. No one answered the first time and the second time, someone picked up the phone and said nothing even though I could CLEARLY hear them moving around. Rude.

This morning we went to Rose's in Conway. I was blown away angry and confused. Why would Edward the manager of this store reprimandhis female employees on the sidewalk? He was yelling and degrading them in public. You could hear him from quite a distance people were shocked at what they witnessed. No one has a right to treat anyone this way. We will not go back to that store as long as he isthere.

Love this place. Great bargains. Need Better Public Restroom. Should be open and available for customers without having to walk all the way back to the front of the store for a key.EXTREMELY FILTHY NASTY RESTROOM.

Went to pick up body wash and I was completely followed in the store. After I purchased my items the cashier even walked outside to see me get into my truck. Have no clue why they would suspect me of stealing. But I would never return again. I rather drive to North Myrtle Beach store before I set a foot back in there. Just trash... Corporate needs to get on the workers smoking in front of the building also. Doesn't look to good for business.

My favorite location in Myrtle Beach SC area is store located in Conway. From the time I entered the store every associate I came across greeted me and was very friendly. Me and a neighbor were out browsing and I couldn't pass up 3 pairs of winter boots on sale for 19.99..plus I was TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY by the gorgeous bathroom decor. Very trendy, luxurious looking and fabulous..not what one would expect from a Discount store..Rose's is my new secret weapon. I'm hooked.

I would not recommend anyone shopping here because they had false advertisement for one, the staff wouldn't help my family when we asked them where items were and they were very rude, then when I was told to call to ask about an item the people who answered had no knowledge of anything about their store so they weren't helpful at all. I also saw a man whom I believed to be a worker on on the floor and asked did he work there and instead of him answering me he pointed to his shirt as if he was calling me dum. But it did read Roses so they lost me as a customer.

Horrible customer service. I have to have another fitting room open and it was broken the mother and daughter in the fitting room before me had multiple items when it said limit to . I waited in line for 10 minutes with people lining up behind me waiting to use the changing room. I confronted associate about asking them to hurry up and notify them of the limit of two items because there were other people a whole line of people waiting to use the fitting room. I was blown off and cut short by the associates whom seem to have no feel for customer satisfaction or helping those who were in line waiting.

First time outta the house in months; I had a freaking BLAST looking at all of the new trends, touching new materials and seeing brand new designs and decor I never have before.Update; manager is unbelievably rude and has no people skills whatsoever!!

I understand we are in a pandemic. I feel like the store employee's can tell customers that they can't return or get their money back until May 15. They got that little sign on the window. Why can't the have a big sign up like they do for Layaway.

I love Roses but found after our 10 mile drive there to shop after not being able to due to this Covid closure...We couldn't stay long as the bathrooms were closed to shoppers...Please keep in mind...people want to shop and keep the stores open...if you value your customers...you must have restrooms available...this is the reason I am giving our Rose Store a 2 Stars today...I am a frequent shopper and love the store and it's friendly helpful staff.

I found socks here. There were 6 pair for 1.99. The way my grand daughter go through them this was a steal!

Picked up a few things, when I got to the register, nobody was there. I gave it 5 minutes before I abandoned my items at the register and went to leave, to find 2 employees outside the front door smoking.
