Brittany and Bradley came directly to my house today and cut all three of my dogs nails. It was such an amazing experience. So much easier than trying to get all three in and out of the car especially when you have one calm dog, one shy dog, and one crazy over the top dog (there always has to be one lol). Brittany was super efficient cutting their nails and Bradley was so awesome holding the dogs and reassuring them. We will definitely use them again!!

Worst place ever. Took two dogs in for Thanksgiving groom and boarding. I told them how I wanted them cut. They overbooked and put my standard poodle back in his cage (where he had an accident and they let him lie in it for hours). My mini poodle was the only dog groomed by shaving him down to the skin, which was definitely not how I instructed them. I went to pick them up and got one skinned dog and when I got the standard home he was covered with his accident and his dog bed was ruined and covered with poop. The owner loaded him in the car so I didn’t see it until I got home. He was never groomed at all or even washed down. Then they charged me twice for doing nothing, and I had the extra cost for a new bed and having my dog washed, and rugs cleaned. Totally unacceptable, so think before you go there. A total ripoff.

My dog Tucker has been there twice so far. They have been so good to him. Tucker was very comfortable.. when they did his nails he didn't even cry. What a awesome caring place . I recommend this place.

Hands down the absolute best!! My lab/pit mix has always been so nervous going to get her nails done and hates the “b” word! They came to my home the first time to cut her nails, Brittany helped me chase Eve around the house to get her to sit still. She took her time and made Eve feel comfortable and loved. When I bring her to the shop, she always leaves so happy and fresh!! They even fit her in at the last minute due to my hectic work schedule!

Amazing family run buisness! Local is absolutely represented here with the most caring owners! They took care of my dogs nails when the vet was not able to do so. They were able to do so without nicking her or causing any stress. Highly highly recommend them!!!! We used the mobile grooming and I am happy to say we are forever customers.

The best groomers I have had since moving here 5 years ago!!! They are able to come to the house and cut my two large dogs nails without any issues and without making my dogs take trazodone. And they do the sweetest cut and groom on my little pup at their shop. Brittany and Bradley are an amazing team and the sweetest couple!!!

Pretty Paws has been so great for our dog, Daisy. She's not fond of anyone messing with her "toes" We took precautions at first to restrain Daisy as they trimmed her nails but now we don't have to do anything but keep the leash on her. They have made her feel safe and that's so important to her and us. So very thankful we found Pretty Paws. 🐾

Great place, the pictures of our 2 pups sent to us while we were on vacation was nice to see them enjoying their time there. We will definitely be sending our pups there next vacation, knowing they enjoyed the spa. Thank you for keeping our pets safe and entertained. we bring our husky here and they are the best ones she's been to & the most reasonable, especially for the quality and how good she looks after the grooming. we've also brought our boxer here and she left looking great too! brittany & bradley do such great work with not only the grooming but how they rescue animals in need, rehab them, and find them forever loving homes. great place & people overall.

I first had the experience with them when they came out on Saturday's to trim my one dog's nails. She is very old and skittish, but they were so loving, gentle, skilled and quick that she was done in minutes. My other dog just went in to be groomed. Our past experiences with groomers have been beyond awful. He has been traumatized and wouldn't come near us for a week, has come back with the whites of his eyes completely red from lack of oxygen and such high stress, and seemed sick for days. Needless to say, I hadn't taken him to a groomer in a while, so he was a mess! The people at this spa are EXCELLENT!! They didn't balk at the amount of work my dog needed, he came home clean, undercoat gone, and he was STILL HAPPY!! Their gentle but firm touch makes them loving, caring people. They know how to treat animals, including one's with anxiety! I absolutely will not have my dogs taken care of by anyone else again!! I also want to add that they are so caring that they even called me halfway through the grooming session to let me know that my dog was doing great, which alleviated my worrying greatly. It was very much an unexpected call, but immensely appreciated.

I highly recommend Pretty Paws Pet Spa . They did a phenomenal fob grooming my 2 fur babies. I also boarded my babies with them for about a week. My dogs where treated like royalty.This family run business does a magnificent job with your pets.I would definitely take my babies there again & again.Brittany & Bradley Buss are extremely professional, they generally love animals & it shows. I have watched Brittany completely transform this building and build this business from the ground up. I admire everything that she has done in this place. Excellent customer service, very professional, immaculate grooms, safe facility for animal boarding & daycare, and most importantly she treats every animal as if they were her own. You can tell that she does this because it’s where her heart is and not just for the money. It’s very visible that this is her passion. 10/10 will recommend to any & everyone.

I always have anxiety about taking my american staffie somewhere new to get his nails done because he’s so scared of getting his nails done and he can be very difficult. Brittany and her husband came out today and they did his nails in a matter of minutes. And he took him for a run just a couple houses up because he had so much energy. We’ve never gone to the same groomer twice because it was never a good fit but we will definitely be repeat clients

The place is a little hidden, but a lot of love has been given to the establishment. Brittany was easy to deal with. My wife has a tiny yorkie we get groomed. We are happy with the service. Coco looks much better coming out then she did going in. We will be back.
