Went in on a holiday to pick up a new cone for an injured baby. The sales associate was super helpful and knowledgeable. She advised keeping the receipt just in case but the product she recommended has worked perfectly. Will definitely get all of my pet needs from there.

We have brought our 70lb weimaraner puppy for nail trimming twice since our recent move to Conway. Each time, they had no trouble handling this rambunctious, muscular puppy and did a great job on the nails.

Love this place. I use the grooming department regularly. Amy is the best groomer, she does an absolutely amazing job with my family. Sassy my pomeranian loves her.i highly recommend them.

At the Dog grooming checkout on 9/14, I was given a $10 coupon. What a waste. Your full service is $76, and the nail is separate at $12, which brings the total to $88. This is not even covering my customary tipping of $10 for these good groomers. This could add up to $900 per year @ six-week grooming interval. Bottom line, there is really nothing left to be spent at Tractor Supply 😂 We’re all idiots!!! I just cut up my TSC credit card!!!!!!!!! Keep your $10. What an INSULT!!!!!

Was graded immediately and taken to the area that I was searching for and when it wasn't there I got an apology which was really wonderful and unique and they told me when their next shipment was coming in. We got our dog Moe a case of Purina pro for Senior dogs that has all the nutrients he needs. At a low cost, while eating this dog food he has lost one pound in 3 weeks and is more energetic.

We had an appointment today at 8:30 a.m. to groom our schnauzer. When I walked in, Kim asked for our rabies paper work. Now, we have been going to Petsence for over two years. Every year we have given them his rabies vaccination information. He still had four months before he was due. Kim tells me that "they have a new system,"and a"they are watching me"....so we need his papers AGAIN. While they may have a new system, I bet they don't have a new phone. They could have called. ...will not be going back. Terrible customer service for charges that are double competitors. Find somewhere else to go.

The last two times I’ve been to this location (today was my most recent visit) Erin was there and she has no business being in customer service. She acts miserable and is so inconvenienced if you ask her a simple question. I’d be embarrassed to employ someone such as her. She is beyond rude. Maybe she’d be better off in a call center where she doesn’t have to interact with humans face-to-face. She’s just awful.

Best customer service ever! Very friendly staff. The manager definitely helped me after a stressful day and they were put of my brand due to one of their wonderful sales; she helped me find another brand that supports all cat ages. They also have an awesome buy 10 bags get one free on most if not all of the brands of food.

It's a smaller chain, but the staff are friendly and helpful. This store saves me a trip to the beach for most of my pets needs, and They are cheaper than the bigger pet stores for the same supplements! They also have grooming, I've taken my little guy there twice, and they did a nice job, but the wait for a grooming appointment is pretty long. :)

A bit on the "Are u serious prices?" You can surely do better/cheaper elsewhere on leashes, harnesses, etc etc, that are just as good, if not better. But friendly staff and decent products. Our little girl uses c/d food we get from here. A bit pricey, but It has helped with her "bathroom breaks".
