Petco is now open in Conway. Gone are the trips to Petco in Myrtle Beach with now the convenience and comforts of a local neighborhood pet and farm supply center with over 9000 square feet of retail and storage. Listed as one of the largest pet retail chains bringing a line of private, commercial and store brands at reasonable and in some cases cheaper prices. Store is open, airy and organized with additional items and new product arriving. Services like grooming, veterinarian and dog training still to be staffed and announced. A self-wash station is available. Always being a strong proponent of Purina ProPlan we were pleasantly surprised when Ron, Petco staff, took the time to discuss the benefits and cost of their own store brand, Wholehearted. After some discussion and research on my own I found Wholehearted products are made with real, whole ingredients and contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Prices were also cheaper. Looking for a chewy toy, tasty treat and/or belly filling food stop in with your well behaved human companion and let them say “hi” to Ron, Paul, Skylar and other Petco staff.
