I bought a puppy in this location 8 years ago for my son. The place was called something else at the time. The dog was very SICK and we spent a lot of money fixing her. Later the business was bought and called Pet Safari. We bought another dog and asked if it was the same breeders. We were assured it was not and they told us it was new ownership as well. When I got his papers it was the same breeder and our new puppy was so mental. He was sick, walking into walls, couldn't see good.We are still taking care of him and it is so sad for the dog and our family. It was a horrible experience. THIS IS A PUPPY MILL AND ANIMAL SHOULD NOT BE BOUGHT!!!!

Absolutely horrible place. I was so disgusted when I left... The poor dogs that she is asking $400 and above for are clearly the product of a puppy mill with visible defects. And the smell...oh my gosh it smells horrible in that store. The dogs that were for sale were obviously malnurished and standing in a wire crate with no soft bed and feces all around. You're crazy if you buy from this place.. not only disgusting but SAD! ALSO, the prices on toys and harnesses are outrageous. I do not know how the owner sleeps at night trying to make a quick dollar while running such a slum..

Bought a puppy from them that had terrible allergies, and when I asked, they denied it. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars in vet bills. Dog is allergic to everything and is constantly irritated, itchy, scratching, chewing, and biting herself. No relief. Just like everyone else, we found out when the owner was busted that this is a puppy mill. I wish I had known that when we bought her. I don't know why these greedy, animal abusing lawbreakers haven't had their business license revoked, but that's typical around here. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUM BAGS. Anyone giving good reviews after knowing that these people are animal abusers and that they run a puppy mill is a scum bag too.

The owner of this pet store just had close to 150 dogs seized from her property. She runs a puppy mill out of her home and then sells the dogs at her store. She was ordered to pay a $445 fine which is a FRACTION of the $14,000 it cost to provide veterinary care to all of the seized dogs. She pleads ignorance, but this is not her first time getting in trouble with overbreeding. She surrended close to 100 dogs almost a year ago. Look her up. Lots of articles about her. There has been things said that the owner abuses dogs and doesn't take care of them and I'm here to say that its a lie. Me and my family take our puppies there when my dog gets pregnant and we trust her with all of them. She has never once abused any of the dogs and she takes care of them greatly. She is a very kind lady and has owned this pet store for a long time. She doesn't deserve all these rumors. I know her personally and so does my family so just because rumors are saying she does those things, they are not true and therefore do not let rumors make you not want to get an animal from her pet store.

Please do not patronize this business. The owner was running a puppy mill at her home with indescribable conditions - so bad in fact, that over 125 of her dogs were seized by the authorities. Please google and look at the images and read for yourself.

I love Pet Safari. They have helped me so much with my fish aquariums. They are awesome people and very loving. The pets are always cleaned up and the tanks are nicely placed. They're always willing to help everyone. Pet safari is the BEST.

I remember when Pet Safari was very dirty and unkempt. But it's had a drastic change for the better. New management, maybe?Very clean, no bad smells, service is good. Vastly improved, I recommend them.

THIS is why you do not by pets at pet stores, people! Puppy mills, inbreeding, horrible treatment, no socialization, diseases. Find a breeder with a good reputation or better yet, adopt from a shelter! This place is awful.

This pet store is just ok. One of the older staff is extremely hard of hearing so you need to speak up. A white cockatoo sits on your shoulder if you are into the photo op near the register. They do carry lizard,reptile,bird,small mammal,and fish supplies at okayish prices.

My husband ,grandson,and I ,went into this shop,just to look.....We went in and was welcome vy Mrs.Renee herself...the place was really clean....Which impressed us....The store didn't have a do odor like alot of place we had been in....It sorta smelled like we had gone in a feed and grain store....so we were ok...We had some friends to meet us there.Because they shop there for their dogs....Well they took us Back where the dogs were..,she had some of the cutest puppies....Well Mrs.Renee came back and was telling us about the puppies...She is very knowledgeable about her animals.She had to stop,with us,because a reporter came in for a interview...We looked at 3 or 4 puppies....then their was 3 sorta huddle together...When they separated...their was this one little puppy.the only thing I saw was white hair...Itold the lady (that had come back and was helping us),..I wanted to hold her....From the moment I held her...I knew that was my Puppy....I never put her down...She is now almost 3 months old....Sure a pleasure...She is a happy puppy....She is so good with our grand sons...Our special daughter...My husband,who had a stroke.....So I want to say A GREAT BIG THANK YOU.MRS RENEE FOR( OUR MS.GRACE.).......SHE IS EVERY THING WE WANTED.....THANK YOU SO MUCH,RANDY AND DIANNE WHITLEY.

this place is not as bad as people are saying...I like the place and i thought it was very clean..I have taken my dog there to get shots and medicine and they have done a great job taking care of him..never have had any problems...my opinion just saying !!!
