So I took my Wookie there last Tuesday and he acted weird like he does after he gets a haircut so I didn't think it was any big deal well Wednesday night I noticed something on his skin so I thought maybe the shampoo had irritated him ... so I took him into the bathroom and rinsed him off and I found four BIG razor burns along his backside by his butt & tail & also the tip of his Weiner.... When I called to let them know what happened all I got was an Apology!! Then I look at their pricing chart and I was charged for a 100 lb dog which he's 20 lb at the most!¡ Will never go back to this place EVER AGAIN!!!!! 75$ down the drain SMH and had to put more money out to get a spray to put on him!!!

First time there today and so thankful. My dogs were very scruffy. The staff was fantastic, they did a great job and I thought rather quickly. Appointment for future already made, so glad we found our place.

Took my yorkie mix on September 5 to be groomed. Was told that new owner had brought her best groomer with her. Picked Abby up that afternoon was told how good she was while she was being groomed. Next day I look under her neck she had a very bad clipper burn. No one said a word about it to me. Now it’s the 19th and and still not healed. The ladies were very friendly but someone should have told me so I could have started treating that day. Been using Pet Pizazz for many years but I will never take my dog again.

This was our first time here and the groomers did a great job. The nice trim line on the ears and feet have my dog looking sharp! Very friendly staff. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you live in the area.

We are sorry but the only name we know there is Sally, cause we are relatively new going there but this place is incredibly great! They treat your pets like their own! They love Beanie (our kitten) and they got introduced to Sophie (our black lab) yesterday. people are awesome!

Such nice people there. You can tell the minute you walk in that they love dogs. Our three have only been there a few times and they don't seem to mind going through the door. I am sure they will love going there .

First time customer today. They groomed Carl, one of my very difficult small dogs. I was very impressed with all of the employees here. So very friendly and nice to Carl!! He looked better than I have ever seen him when I picked him up. I have had him groomed many times at other groomers and never has he looked so good! Pet Pizazz is now my new groomer for all of my dogs!Thank you Pet Pizazz!!!

The are very kind and gentle with my small old dog. She has a double coat and they do their best to make her look beautiful.They will also clip my cats claws when I pick my dog up.

Just stopped by to get a trim on my 9 week old miniature schnauzer and Sally and her team was AWESOME! I can tell they love animals and truly enjoy their job. The service that my dog received was horrible, and I did not receive the service that I requested. I had to take my dog back that same day to have her cut again, from which I thought was right the 1st time. I found out my dog was bleeding on both of her ears and under her chin when I got home. My dogs body hair was cut uneven,and did not smell like it was clean well. My dogs tail was not cut at all. I will never return to Pet Pizazz to get my dog groomed again and I would not recommend their services to anyone. This was a rushed job and I am a very angry dog owner

I was not happy with the service that my dog received. I could have groomed my dog myself, and did a better job than the Owner did. The service that my dog received was horrible, and I did not receive the service that I requested. The Owner at Pet Pizazz over charged me for Grooming my dog. The Owner did not tell me she cut my dogs face, and I found out my dog was bleeding when I got home. The Owner charged me 70 dollars to groom my dog. My dogs body hair was cut uneven, my dog did not smell like it was clean well. and the owner did not cut my dogs hair short enough. The Owner kept my dogs hair long, and disregard the fact that I wanted my dogs hair cut short. The Owner charged me a extra 10 dollars for a couple of small strands of matted hair on my dog legs that was supposed to be cut off and not brushed through. I will never return to Pet Pizazz to get my dog groomed again and I would not recommend their service.

I just went in for a nail trim and the ladies there were so good with my dog. He's a big boy and difficult on the nail trims, but they handled it like pros and were so calm and gentle with him. I'm very happy and will definitely return again.

We originally gave them a good review but our final visit was not good. Cut our bitchons leg and never told us. Found it bleeding when I got home. Then they would charge us different prices the last couple visits. The visit prior to last they tried to pressure me into making the next appointment and told me we should go more often so the grooming is easier. I tried to explain that it was hard because of the pandemic and my wife's hours were cut at work until business picked up.

Been here twice, both with our 70 lb hound mix, and with our 35 lb terrier mix who needed to be trimmed. Pet Pizazz did an outstanding job on both and even showed great patience with our energetic big dog. Will definitely return.

Today we took our chihuahua Ava to Pet Pizazz for the very first time. I was nervous for her knowing the nature of her behavior when it comes to being groomed/nail care. Immediately entering the salon the staff made me feel confident that she would be in great hands and cared for as their own. When I showed up to the salon to pick Ava up she looked beautiful! I highly recommend pet pizzazz to anyone who wants a very friendly and professional experience from booking appointments with convienent availability, a safe and CLEAN environment and a space where your pet is really treated well!! Very highly recommended but very disappointing they no longer take bigger dogs. My collie shepherd mix 60 pound dog they apparently don’t have room for? I’m glad they aren’t auto mechanics they would only work on small cars. So if you you have a larger dog then a poodle don’t waste your call.

I'm new to Conway, SC. Found them online and called to see if they could take my cat. Sally took her in and groomed my cat Mya beautifully. I understand why they get 5 stars, they are very caring to not just my cat but all pets that get groomed at there place.

Sally and Jeanie are wonderful and have an abundance of knowledge about dogs and Thier health. The grooming is services are excellent as well.bwe have been going to Pet Pizazz for more than eight years,and after moving from Conway to Myrtle Beach we still drive to Conway for our dogs grooming.

Dog owners know that dogs know good people, and both my "shy" dogs loved them. Nails and shampoo were perfect. Just moved to Conway and found my place to go.
