I was very disappointed with Loyal Companions. From the initial call to the pick up. From having to ring a bell to enter the front door and then I had to stand at a sliding window. The lady was in such a hurry explaining what she did explain. I was not shown any Urns that I could personalize. She said “you can look online”. She called on a 2 way radio for someone to come get Battle out of my car. They came down the hall laughing and cutting up. It was an awful experience. Battle was my Family. Not just a dog. My heart was crushed and it was just another day for them. I would never recommend your company to anyone!!!! I had to give you one star to be able to post. Zero stars is what you’re getting from me. If I had it to go over with I would have gone back and picked him up and took him somewhere else.Melissa WhiteBattle White

I’m so grateful that the Goldfinch family decided to extend their services to pet owners. Anyone who’s been in this area for awhile knows that they provide the best care at such a trying time for loved ones. We took them our dog on Wednesday morning and by Friday morning around 10:30, they called to let me know that our dog’s remains were ready to be picked up.They provide two certificates with a paw print, a clipping of their fur, an urn that will suffice if you’re tight on funds, as well as brochures for a grief counselor for pet owners, and a sympathy card signed by the owner and the lady we dealt with (Stephanie). She was so helpful with providing information and helping us get through our visit. I would recommend Loyal Companions to ANYONE!! Thank you so much!!

I have no unkind words, but I would like to make a suggestion if I may. The front door area where you ring the bell would be better serviced for a guest or customer if one could be greeted through an intercom system. It is already a painful time for the loss of your beloved pet and to be greeted with "what is your business there kind of vibe" is not agreeable to all personality types.

Loyal Companions located at Hillcrest Cemetery which is across thenstrreet from Coastal Carolina football stadium did a nice job with the cremation process of my beloved cat Gotti. I only had interaction with two lady employees on my two visits and they were both very nice, pleasant, and caring about the unfortunate pet death situation. I was totally satisfied with the service and they even do a memorial obituary on their website that really honors your pet. I hope that I never need to get a pet or anyone cremated again , but if I do I would use Loyal Companions again . I highly recommend them .
