Very nice, staff was friendly, and they had what I wanted in stock. Only problem is I really wish they had cashiers instead.of self checkout . I don't work there so I shouldn't have to ring myself out. Plus, I really don't like the facial recognition at every turn. I feel violated by being photographed and run through a data base checking for God only knows what .

I went into my local Lowes on 501 a few days ago and a very polite young man by the name of Jhamar helped me by cutting my very thick plastic cutting mat so it would fit my work table. He was so pleasant and helpful to do that for me. Lowes is lucky to have him as their employee.

I really don’t know where to begin i am so upset at this point.On the 19th I woke up to my washing machine flooding my house. I went to the Lowe’s in Conway and bought a new washer and dryer. I could not have it delivered before today. So i had to take off work to have it delivered. Last night they confirmed delivery sent me the pre delivery check list. I had a window of 8am-8pm. Really horrible window for delivery. So at 7pm tonight i call to see where it was and get told someone cancelled my order. No call, No reason, so i start calling the store in Conway and was told it was cancelled by the Florence store and they did not know why. They washed their hands and passed me off to the Florence store. So at 10 after 7 I started calling the Florence store I never spoke to anyone they will pick up the phone the set it down never say anything and never pick up the phone tried the service desk and appliance dept same thing than the last time no answer at the service desk. So at 10 after 8 i called back to the Conway store and was told by the service desk there is nothing that can be done. He will page the appliance person and so after being on hold for 30 min the phone picked up and hung up. This is really poor customer service and neglect on a corporate Store. Now i get to spend my Saturday going back to the store to try and purchase another washer and dryer because the way it was refunded back to the card it will take 7-10 days to refund me my money. And i also get to go to the laundry Matt to do laundry and spend even more money.

Woke up this morning to a beeping fridge telling me it was broken. Dragged myself to Lowe’s to get a new one, wasn’t too happy to have to spend money on a new appliance right around the holidays. I usually go to the Lowe’s on Seaboard St but had to be down 501 today so decided to go to this location. Safe to say I’m very glad we went here instead! From the minute we were looking at fridges an associate asked if we had any questions. Then, when we had made a decision the woman at the counter, Lauren, was super quick and helpful. She explained the whole process, helped us get 12 months financing, set up the delivery and haul away, and explained the warranty options to us. We were in and out of the store in no more than 15 minutes. On our way out other associates were kind and told us to have a good day. At the Seaboard St location they never have enough associates and the North Myrtle location gave me the wrong color paint so this location is officially my favorite and the one I will go to from now on!!

I was very disappointed by the delivery service. First of all, they banged on my door like the police when they finally showed up. I was not acknowledged once I opened the door, they were too busy talking to each other. Once inside and after I told them where everything should go, The man looked me in my face and straight up told me he didn’t get paid to hook up my washer and stove, which is understandable being that I’m not the person that paid for the items I didn’t know hookup wasn’t covered but that information could have been relayed differently. Where it gets worse is they left the new stove blocking my refrigerator, microwave, table, and old stove. They left my new washer blocking the back door and my bed room door which I was inside at the time. I have back problems and stated that when I told them I couldn’t move the stove from where it was, and I had to literally climb over the new washer to get down the hall and sign the paper for him to leave. They left with my door standing wide open and didn’t even bother to shut it. I called to complain but I received no kind of follow up afterwards. I would never order or purchase from Lowe’s again.

If I don't get an employee discount, I don't know why I have no choice but to use self checkout. I've been here three times in two weeks out of necessity, but I promise I've spent my last dime here if there's an old fashioned hardware store in town.If you're not a grumpy old man like me, you'll probably be OK shopping here.

Retired and went to the Conway location for a part-time position that was on the website to supplement my SSI. I had a scheduled interview time at 11 am for a sales associate position.In my career, I have managed multi-million dollar portfolios, so I am definitely qualified to be a sales associate or cashier!The interview lasted less than 5 minutes!! No manager was available to speak with me.Was told a manager would follow up with me.As soon as I said I couldn't drive at night because of glare, I was rushed out. I received an email telling me they did not select me for a position. BLANTANT AGE DISCRIMINATION!!So upset to have this happen & and will be calling the corporate office & filing a complaint. And the "no thank you" email came after midnight the same day.1/25/24 UpdateI phoned the number left in the response from Lowes only to be put into a revolving automated system.Way to go Lowes! How about this? Perhaps you should revamp your hiring process? If someone has a scheduled interview, a manager with hiring authority should be doing the interview, not someone non-qualified who is making a personal judgment on the person they are talking to. Always been an advocate of Lowes over Home Depot even though Lowes price points are typically hirer, never had a problem paying a little more for product ...however this experience will stay with me & I will be moving on & avoiding Lowes going forward. Extremely unprofessional store in Conway & Extremely unprofessional treatment I received.And to think was just looking for a part time job to supplement my retirement. Shame.

So I purchased a pressure washer Simpson pro $1500 . The pump malfunctioned. When I went to return it Dallas the manager stated he could not return it wasout of the box Mind you you 3 days old and have the receipt the manager Dallas I had to call Simpson.stated had to call Simpson Wich I did been on the phone with Simpson for over 2 months Lowe's for now going on 3 Months. I still don't have the pressure washer there a 3 month wait at the service center we're it is warranty under I advise you to stay away from the Simpson brand ..the customer service helped me with nothing every day I call . Horrible place I'm posting to my Facebook letting everyone know what has happened

I ordered appliances and blinds thru this store…regretfully. First up was the deliver of our french door/freezer on bottom refrigerator, washer and dryer. First, you receive a 3rd party delivery service that has no skin in the game. They show up in a rental truck and their goal is to get the job done as fast as possible. The two gentlemen are cordial but not exactly careful. Having them remove my front door, nick and grease marks left on one side of the frame, and wrestling the refrigerator around the counter was not something you wanted to watch. Having them assembly doors and handles not much better. Left handle pulled off after 4 pulls. I reattached it myself. To get washer and dryer in place they sprayed some soapy water on floor to slide them in. No cleanup followed. I did that too. Now comes the real disaster. I watched the one gentleman hook up the water line on the bottom of the refrigerator to my wall outlet and push the refrigerator in place. About 20 minutes after their departure I decide to run some water thru the lines. No water. After a number of attempts I decide to pull out the refrigerator and see if the water line valve is turned on only to find standing water. Not the water line they hooked up but an actual water line on the refrigerator has been separated at the coupler sometime during delivery, unboxing and/or putting it in place. My new wood laminated floor has standing water and walls streaming water. I was able to force fit the line back into coupler but no actual repair was done. So much more on this but not enough time. On to the blinds. Wanting just some general blinds we went with the sales lady suggestion of Levolor brand they keep in stock. Finding that they have installation at a reasonable price, we went with it. Now comes the repeated trips back and forth that really is not needed. You should be able to order everything up front, setup an appointment, they cut them and when they are done you pick them up if you want to. Nope. We go over what we want and leave. Some days later we get a call from the installer and he comes out and does the measurements and sends them to the store. Store calls and says to come in store to place order. What? Back to store. Place order again. The Levolor brand she keeps in stock is now short of some of the items. But being just the difference between light filtering and room darkening shades we were able to make it work. More waiting. Another call, another trip back to store to pick up now cut blinds done by in house staff following professional measurements. More waiting. Another visit by installer, only to find out that nearly the whole order is cut wrong with wrong style for assigned rooms. The installer, who had been doing this for over 19 years, said this has become the norm. He was able to place some of the blinds up but suggested they recut the whole order. After numerous calls, and numerous hang ups which is also the norm when transferring calls in house, I was informed that the brand that they keep in stock is not in stock and not sure when it will be. So, now we wait.

Don’t order anything from this store! I’ve purchased a $2500 refrigerator and they sent me a small apartment size refrigerator. When they took that back. They sent me my refrigerator 4 days later. We didn’t accept it because It looked like they dragged it from the warehouse to my home. So we canceled that one and went to Best Buy. Now it’s been 16 days and we still don’t have our credit card credited the $2500. Went to the store numerous times and they said we have to wait until the warehouse credits the money. Well the warehouse said the store has to do the. reimbursement. It’s a joke. I had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges. Never again will I order something from this place!!!

My husband had a confusing on-line order to return. We had the most wonderful associate help us at the Customer Service desk! Q listened without interruption to my husband’s many issues that he experienced with this purchase and what he would like to accomplish at this visit. Q was pleasant to work with, took care of all the details, and even walked us back to a different department to ensure there was another associate to help us. Q definitely exemplified the qualities that any employer would want in their employees! Thank you Q! And good luck in your future career!

Although this location normally has what I need, the customer service is lacking. Hard to locate an associate and when I do they aren't really interested in assisting me. Who knows maybe they see me as an old lady who is trying to DIY and they don't really care if I succeed or not.

This place is ridiculous 4 of 8 Self checkouts open all four full service closed employees ringing up people in self check out an employees watching if your employees can stand around and watch put them on a register if I have to ring myself up like an employee would do in the store I want an employee discount if I’m doing their work

So got gift cards,from Lowe's. Went to use on Monday. Of course it's only "self checkout"So Start to pay, scan the card, computer says.... Can't process ,please use another form of payment.Normally this wouldn't bother me. If there wasn't an employee right there watching. He turned and acted busy when I looked his way.So explain to me why non cashier purchases are better ? Very mad... Might have to shop at Home Depot....

It's getting worse at this location. I was in the store for an hour .First trying to find a product that said online that there where 12 available. I never was able to find the "back isle bay#" much less the product.After walking around the section for an eternity waiting for assistance, I walked up front and asked for assistance finding the product. " back wall near the hot water heaters" is the response.After looking some more I decided I would give up on that and just pick up some stain. I stood at the unattended paint section long enough to lose what patience I had left. Once again , I have found myself driving to home Depot which is 25 minutes out of my way. I should have learned from the last few times I have made the fruitless stops at Lowe's to just bypass it all together.The prices are high enough to afford more help. Hire more competent people and maybe I will try again.

Found perfect new bird feeders with scoop feature built into design! Helpful and friendly staff. Easy in and out and plenty of parking even though garden center was busy. Lots of new items for the season. Checkout a little slow due to customer payment issue, but all and all great experience.

I went into Lowe’s on Monday 1/8/2024 to purchase new Levelor Shades. I was told to give the installer a couple of days to call ( there was bad weather expected the next day). BUT, the installer called, came out the next day to measure and our blinds are on the way.

Visiting my mother-n-law her washer went out. We went to this Lowes to purchase a new one. An employee named Riff,never came over to offer us assistance. I went to him to ask for help. The first thing he says is we are closed. My first reaction was disbelief. But we needed help. He may think it’s ok to joke with customers but there are limits to when comedy can be utilized. Then he gave us a delivery date of 7/9/2022. On the sale sign it clearly said 7/8/2022. His explanation they couldn’t take it down as false advertising because “corporate put that on there”. No excuse — HONOR IT!! Then we were advised that military discounts do not apply to appliances any longer.By now I’m fit to be tied because it seems as if Riff really doesn’t want to deal with us. If mother was not desperate for a washer I would not have accepted the sale.
