Took my mini aussiedoodle here, and it was overall a great experience. Ashley the groomer was very nice and took great care of my dog. He was very knotted when I took him in and she was able to fix his hair and save me from having to get his hair shaved completely, her customer service was a 10/10 and definitely will be going back!

She was great with service, haircut, patience and everything. However, she smoked while cutting my dogs hair and when I picked my dogs up I had to give both of them another bath because they smelt like an ashtray.

Thank you for working Saturday's! I literally just moved to Florida from California and am visiting my husbands family in SC for the holidays since he just got stationed on this side of the country. Called multiple places and this place was the only one to actually pick up phone. I love my dog's hair cut and fluffiness! They were nice enough to let me drop off my dog earlier than his appointment to go run errands with my husband prior to actually meeting up with his family. On top of that, we were running late and they were nice enough to not charge us extra for being late to pick him up. I definitely recommend this place! Now I understand what Southern hospitality means because people here are so nice! ❤

Karen's is a great place to go to get your doggy groomed. Our yorkie went through a amazing transformation. It was very reasonable too. Great job.
