I'm a regular here if it's it's not here then it's tractor supply then I'd hit up other supply stores when they don't have the certain tool I need. Friendly staff no matter the location, available restrooms. I know the company has to earn money, but if I had one wish it'll be more coupons lol

Harbor Freight is like a toy store for adults! You can wander around for hours checking out stuff you didn't know existed! I went in for a 30A to 15/20A took ten minutes because I was distracted by the generators. Then I saw the security cams, the safes, and the tarps, that took another 15-20 minutes to inspect. Picked up some bungee cords, simply because I can't remember the last time I saw mine and I need to secure something. I thought Best Buy was the toy store, I'm changing my vote!!!😍

The manager ,Marcus that they have working there now is the best he helped me out with my trailer hitch and was able to solve my problem. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you come in. By far the best Harbor Freight from NY to SC in my experience. I love my motorcycle lift the best. Most of my tools come from HF and nonmatter the project I can get the job done.

I love Harbor Freight but as in any store they do have some horrible employees that are there for a paycheck but there are others that love their job and the customers. The black manager in Conway is horrible could care less about his job or the customers

Best ace and very friendly people. Purchased a tool box .lime green for a good discount since it had some small damage. These are located up fron in the store on Church Street. Very helpful people there.

I bought a pressure washer from Harbor Freight 4 years ago it finally went bad only because it froze this winter and split otherwise I would still be using it. Point is I bought another one and I expect to get as long a life out of this one as the last one and then some

Went there today to get a folding step stool for my kitchen. They had one that is very sturdy and just what I needed to reach those high cabinets. Price was good and 20% off coupon made it better. Wasn't busy and store was clean and organized. No line at checkout either.

I disagree with rating regarding staff. Their staff has been very helpful to me. True, they are very busy at times so they are pushed to the limit but when I really needed help more than once they stepped forward and did well. One cashier went out of her way one time when she thought I could get a better deal and searched through their flyers and saved me $15.00.
