I can let go of the low stock issues, and the somewhat disheveled/dirty store on a Sunday evening, but telling me (in the Full Service lane) that you don’t have time to bag my groceries right now and I can bag them if I want to is the definition of abysmal customer service.I chose this over Walmart and their spinning roulette wheel of bags. Clearly, I made the wrong decision. This place is terrible.

I like it there, service is good but any bread or rolls I have bought there are moldy in just a few days. So I have stopped buying bread there.

It’s a smaller food lion than most others in the surrounding area. Friendly staff and they finally started to get rid of those big two seat carts that couldn’t fit down some aisles.

Great store, always clean, and the employees are really nice! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the changing table in the bathroom is in a stupid spot. It's literally right in front of the door, so if you're changing your baby and someone wants to come in, you have to move out of the way. There is a huge handicap stall, I don't understand why the changing table isn't in there instead.

I can't say I love any grocery store, and sometimes this one is low on stock. Overall, it is a pretty good store. We keep going back haha. Update 6/30/23. Shelves were stocked up pretty good. Banana bin was insanely neat. Never seen one stacked so nicely. Was difficult to pick out any Bananas for fear of messing up someone's hard work haha.

Usually super busy due to the lack of grocery stores in the area, so the downside of that is that they have a hard time keeping things stocked. Long lines and a cramped parking lot.Edit: I switched my review to 5 stars because they finally go some self checkout machines that make it so much easier and faster. Usually, there is no wait at them.

My Food Lion is open til 11pm and always has what I’m looking for. John, one of the managers is amazing. As for the employees, there’s a couple of nice girls but most of the staff seems as miserable as most retail employees

First time there. Very modern and very clean. Good prices on house brands. Only negative is the main entrance. People smoking near the door, it's always filthy. It does not reflect the rest of the store, which is very clean. The management should clean it up and not allow smoking there.

Great customer service. I was at this store looking for a turkey injector the day before Thanksgiving. The Manager on duty that day and a wonderful cashier went out of their way trying to help me find the product. I love this store and it is so worth to shop there!

I recommend having a food Lion card to take full advantage of any and all discounts and offers they may have. Clean building, well stocked, helpful staff. Conveyors at checkout are maintained and kept clean with barriers at checkout for added safety. Now that I think of it I very rarely get a gimpy shopping cart. I feel like almost anybody will understand what it means to have a gimpy shopping cart lol and that doesn't seem to be an issue here. Also was very pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the restrooms are. Speaking as a person who's not the biggest fan of public restrooms, I wish more were as clean as this one. It is my go to grocery store, and for me that says a lot because I am quite fussy about the condition of the vegetables and meats I purchase. I promise I have the ability to complain when necessary, but I can't even go Karen in this place.

It's conveniently open until 11pm and always clean. But, their prices on most things are just a lot more expensive than most other grocery stores. Also, they don't stock enough cat food cans and litter of the already extremely limited amount of choices. So it's pretty much, "take it or leave it", of what's left if you're in a pinch for cat food or litter at 10:30pm. (Hmm... Kind of like I was last night lol). Update; employees are not very friendly...

Always very busy. Sometimes they struggle with keeping the shelves stocked. Love the wing/asian bar. It's popular, so the food doesn't get dried out.

Love the variety of items and the cleanliness of the store. On the very downside is pick up orders are never complete and sadly I’ve confirmed that all my missing items are always in store. As soon as I pick my order I go inside and find the rest. Doesn’t this defeat the purpose of pickup? Also they do a terrible job at picking fruits and veggies have had my veggies rotten in my bags.

Their deli department is well staffed and s great variety of products, and excellent service 👍... Unlike the big "W" mart.
