EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE AT THAT LOCATION IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!! THEY STARTED YELLING AT US SAYING (WE CLOSE IN 10 MINS AND KEPT COUNTING DOWN) THEN SOME OF THE ITEMS DIDNT RING UP RIGHT SO SHE CANCELLED OUR TRANSACTION AND TOLD US SHE WOULDN'T RING OUR OTHER ITEMS BACK UP AND MADE US LEAVE. THIS PLACE TRULY NEEDS

Worst customer service, went in to purchase fall supplies, lady working the isle was rude, wanted to see the flowers on the top shelf she thought I was talking about the tin pans and told me I could go to the end of the next isle cause that is where they are placed, when I asked why the fall flowers were placed down there she said all the pans were tin, when I said I was looking at the flowers she had to hold the box while I looked at them cause they were condensing the isle. Will not go back to that location or tell anyone to shop there.

In store #08531 today and could hardly navigate around the store. Every aisle had shipment carts in front of merchandise on the shelves. I had to push carts out of the way to get every item I bought. I don't know what the problem is in that store but it's like that with every visit, but today was the worse I've seen. GET THEM SOME HELP!!! But to end on a positive note, the cashier is AWESOME! He was helpful and very friendly.

Normally, I have a great experience but yesterday, I was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Went in the store and it was a customer in the store with no mask on. It's crazy bc they have a sign on the door that requires mask upon entry. I understand they have to make money but what about the safety of others. This pandemic is real and to see that this store allowed a customer in with no mask is unacceptable. Y'all want our money at all cost. If you're not gonna abide by the rules then your store shouldn't be deemed ESSENTIAL!!!

Completely disgusted at the terrible management that I saw this morning. Lack of cleanliness in the store. The whole time I was at the store for the last week which is 20 minutes every morning the manager stands outside smoking cigarettes doing nothing. No wonder the store is so dirty and unorganized you cannot even walk down the isles

This is one of the best Dollar Generals I've ever been to I can't say enough about the staff that work there they are very nice people I highly recommend in anybody in this area to use this Dollar General as their inventory is usually start and they are very friendly and helping you I would definitely be back in the near future also it is very close to me

Nice people that work there .I will say the store aisles are always a mess and nothing is ever one the shelves lol.also one aisle was blocked off completely by bins of new clothes ...??DNT know why.but overall it's a good store to go to when u just needs a few basic stuff you got a very wide variety of stuff to choose from here.

Dollar General on Hwy #378 and Pee Dee Crossroads , was swell with their service, and real nice acting Management. People drive all the way from El Bethel Church Road to this Dollar General , because the Dollar General Between Dirty Branch Road and Juniper Bay Road on Hwy 378 in Conway, has a very Hateful and Rude Manager. I took someone there and gave them $20 to buy some Medicine with, and the person shoplifted, and kept the $20 for themselves. I got home and the County Police pulled up behind me. I didn't know what was going on. The County Police told me to take the passenger back to the Dollar General and give the Shoplifted Items back to the Manager, and he would drop all charges. I took the passenger back and the passenger gave all the Shoplifted items back, which I was unaware of. The Man that Managed the Dollar General, told the Passenger to never come back to the Dollar General, and told me the same thing as if I knew what was going on, and he told me that he never liked me, for all the years that I've been shopping there. He has shown his Rudeness to lots of other people that have been shopping there too. Everyone was Happy the day of the Grand Opening of the Dollar General @ Hwy 378 & the Pee Dee Crossroads, because most people would rather drive 8 miles to a Good Managed Dollar General, than go to the one ,2 miles away with a Hateful and Rude Manager, between Dirty Branch Road and Juniper Bay Road.

I was there on July 22 2020 around 7pm and was shaw a employee belittle a customer because she charged her full price for something on sale and dismissed them when they wanted their money back because the employee didn't give her a receipt... it's funny people like that think they deserve more than minimum wage... never shop there again... same employee grabbed me by the arm a couple of days before that... smdh

This Dollar General is always a mess and not worth shopping at..stocking carts all over the place making it hard to shop, dirty looking store and there isnt much woth buying anyway..there are much better Dollar Generals in town than this one! Wont be back to shop again.

The store is very convenient but sadly the customers are great factors in the store always looking trashy and uninviting. I'm noticed at some of the DG's I frequent that the African American employees seemed to be replaced with caucasians and that alone raises many questions. I'm very cautious and thinking to not patronize DG if they're bias in their maintaining African American employees.

Couldnt move in store hazardous to employees and customers either hire stockers after closing hours and have truck come late at night or smaller and more frequent trucks or get warehouse space couldnt navigate through store at all trucks carts so full could barely move them blocking merchandise as well as getting out of store in case of emergency hazard zone entire store!!!

Nice employees. This place is filthy and it's not due to employees not cleaning. This needs structure needs cleaning, floor repainted and the parking lots filthy. Because of this it looks like a shady place and I will never return there.

Customer service is pretty decent but my issue is everytime I'm in this store it's always junkie not sure if the don't have enough employees or not but it's very difficult to try and find thing when not able to move around through the store properly
