This place can kick rocks. Trying to work with them to get my medications has been the worst. The pharmacy techs are rude. The pharmacist never takes responsibility for mistakes, they don't bill the insurance correctly, and over charge compared to Wal-Mart.

worse Pharmacy ever. I went there yesterday to get a prescription. I have a different Insurance card. the lady that was helping me said i have to come back after lunch or wait till they all get back. rolled the door down right in front of me. Unbelievable unbelievable. I am so disappointed in the bad customer service

Photo service was used but every picture came out flawed (either discolored, pixelated, color washed). Staff solution was to place a new order and be recharged. Had my order confirmation, number, and QR Code but was told next time they won’t be able to assist without the receipt (that was printed damaged at the self service checkout)

I asked the pharmacist if he could guarantee that everything in the Covid shot they are offering is Safe….And he said emphatically NO….He then went on to say that the CDC was mandating they push the shot.

Prepare to wait 45 minutes to hour and half in line. Inside or outside. So slow. I have the same 4 prescriptions every month they can't find it or there is an issue. I have to call wait on hold give them the RX number. Tell them there is refills no insurance change etc then it's filled. Then waiting in line forever. I would switch to Walgreens if they took my insurance.

Awful, they took over a prescription for critical meds saying they could fill it. Once we got there we found out they lied to get our business and couldn't fulfill the prescription. We had to go to emergency room to fulfill our prescription and the pharmacy said they didn't care and that is how it works. They will do it again because they believe they can fulfill it later. Didn't matter the individual needed it right then. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Makes Walgreens on Church street pharmacy seem like they are good.

Actually give this pharmacy 0 stars for being rude and telling me my daughter's insurance wouldn't cover liquid tylenol when clearly it does. There's no need to ever be that rude to a customer. You should be ashamed. Id rather go to the DMV or have a root canal than to Ever let this pharmacy fill a prescription for me again.

Just love CVS, there are a couple great employees there at my local one. I save a lot of money by belonging to the care pass program. My only complaint is the 30 percent I was qualified for with a recent offering did not come up on my receipt. I only received the usual 20 percent. This is not something an employee can adjust. Regardless, I will continue to shop and save at CVS.

Very slow location but today was just rude and annoying. I walked in and the cashier said hi how are you. I said HI maybe she didn't hear me but that's not the point. As I continue walking she gets an attitude and says very loudy and snarky Well hi I'm good how about you.1 What if I was deaf and unable to hear her? But then again what if I'm not ok. What if I'm not feeling well the reason I'm walking into the pharmacy and don't feel like a small talk fake how are you convo but no one should be treated with the snarkiness since they don't want to talk

The staff at our local CVS is always helpful and efficient with most all questions and information if needed....Today, I was asked to do a customer survey and I would have gladly done it but I would have had to enter a credit card number for authentication.... Absolutely absurd to require such thing when you have a customer number and email to do this.I would also like to thank and welcome a new employee named Cody....He was great in customer service.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could the only great person in there is Mrs Tiffany she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the rest is lazy and slow . Let’s not get on one of the pharmacies he’s a Arab man tall dark hair he doesn’t give af about filling your prescription IF HE DOESNT WANT TO . He seem like he want to be a doctor so bad he so rude and they don’t do anything about him when you call and complain MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE SWITCHED PHARMACYS BECAUSE OF HIM VERY unacceptable ‼️

Horrible, careless, clueless employees. Pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. It seems they get very mad when someone comes in to pick up a prescription. Guess they just want to sit around all day and be lazy. Save yourself the trouble and just switch to Walgreens like I did. They’re much better.

The worst, if you dare call to speak with the pharmacist you will never get connected also been trying to get prescription for a week and the pharmacy never gives the same answer twice but it’s always an insurance problem but you can buy them cash. One pharmacist told me $100 2 days later I was told $22. Unbelievable don’t waste your time.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! My husband is on medicine that he has to take. Been on it for 5 yrs. This pharmacy does not care about you health. Not one soul in there is willing to help you or go the extra mile. What happened to health care and taking care of the patient! Sad excuse for a pharmacy!! I pray you never have a loved one that suffers because no one was willing to help them.

I stopped in on my way to the beach to pick up an OTC from the pharmacy area. I wanted to use a coupon that was emailed but it didn’t show up at the register when I entered my phone number. Amanda was at the register and couldn’t be nicer. She was so helpful and patient, helping me learn how to log into my CVS account online and explaining the benefits of the CVS app. It turned out that I was using my home phone number but my ExtraCare on my email was linked to a new account with my cell phone. Thanks Amanda for helping me use the emailed coupon and teaching me how this works for the future!

Best pharmacy I have ever used. They are short staffed, but they’ve called the doctors office when needing their approval. And the medication is so very important to my child’s health so it must be filled on time and they ensure that it is. They truly care for their customers. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a pharmacy.

I scheduled my bf and my covid shots, and boosters through the website, very easily. When we got to the store, they helped us immediately in the pharmacy, checked us in and within 15 min we had both of our shots done, even though our appointment times were an hour apart,( that's just how the website schedules them), and the staff were all very pleasant even at lunch hour, when people were picking up prescriptions. Not a bad experience at all, and my bf is terrified of needles!. They were very professional.

i was on hold wit the pharmacy for 32 minutes. that is completely ridiculous. pharmacy manager NEEDS to address this problem. patients and prescribers should not be holding for 32 minutes and then be disconnected. this needs to be addressed by the district manager for this pharmacy.

Very slow, customer service isn't a priority, and the text notifications are inaccurate. I sat in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me to come back in 2 hours. This is medication that text notifications said was ready yesterday.. I recently had an incident where they -literally- lost my medication, but prior to them coming to this realization they argued tooth and nail that I had already picked up said medication. They of course found it later.

I go here for my vaccinations. Always met with friendly faces. The place is clean and friendly. The downside is that it gets very busy and the parking is very tight.

I really wish I didn't have to give them a star at all! After being a long time customer, I will never use this pharmacy again due to the continuous lack of competence, and overall lack of professionalism that should be expected, if not demanded, of staff who have the responsibility of providing medicines that are necessary for successful daily life, as they have. I look forward to finding a pharmacy for my family that is more professional and courteous.

After fighting with two other pharmacies to get my moms antipsychotics after her not having any for 4 days and we were able to get her refills without a problem two hours after calling them in. Professional friendly pharmacist answered all her questions by phone and a quick pick up at the drive through. Great service!!! Will be transferring here.

This morning, October 24th, I went in to CVS to get my Covid booster shot and (when asked) explained that I have a medical condition which warrants a booster. The pharmacist was called to speak to me. In a very annoyed tone, she told me that I cannot get a booster shot because it is only for 65 and older. I left and researched the CDC website to be sure and I went back in and explained to her that I AM ELIGIBLE. The pharmacist immediately said, "Yes, you are eligible for a full shot, NOT a booster." I said that I would take the shot because I don't care about the dosage. She was willing to send me away with no shot because I said the word "booster." SHE WAS WRONG ANYWAY because BOOSTER SHOTS had just been authorized for people with certain medical conditions as well as those in high risk professions. I don't know this woman's name but she needs to keep updated on vaccinations and she also needs to stop speaking to customers in her condescending, irritated tone.
