Everyone who works here is very good with my dogs. My standard poodle always looks very beautiful after a visit with them. I have small dogs too, two yorkies and a small poodle mix. They can handle it all. We love them so much. Highly Recommend!

They shaved my dog down completely after I told them not to! Showed her a photo, Lied and said she would look just like the photo. She look nothing like the photo. Very ugly job

I used Zeus & Bailey's Pet Spa for the first time recently. I was very pleased. All I needed was a bath, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning for Gracie, my 8 year old Boxer mix. The problem with Gracie is she has a very bad anxiety problem. She was very scared when I handed her off to unfamiliar people in an unfamiliar place. The staff was incredibly sweet to her. They took extra time to play with her and get her comfortable before proceeding to a bath. They take every precaution to make sure pets are not in a position to be aggressive to each other. I am very grateful to them and I plan to use to them again. Thank you.

We took in a dog that had been abused for 7 years he only has 2 teeth no tear ducts and a heart condition, he is still afraid around people that want to touch his face. we had a hard time trying to get drops in his eyes and the hair had grown around them Kim worked with him and got his hair trimmed and out of his eyes so we can get his medicine applied. I don't know what we would have done with out her. we have for dogs and they will go no place else.

Thought I should give them a try. During pick up everything was fine until 7 days later, my pup receives a “hotspot” because the groomer cut his hair down extremely low… to the skin.. which cause him to lick in one particular spot.Displeased; now I have a vet fee… because of someone else’s mistake. SMH!

The lady wasn't very friendly at all. I mean yeah my dog was clean and smelled great but most groomers will usually ask about bandannas (my dog is male) but she didn't. I had to ask her and she wasn't very friendly to my dog either. Not very personable at all...the price was great though. Not sure if I'll take my others there or not.

taken my lab to here twice now. first time, was charged only $40 to have her bathed and nails grinded. Today, I was told that I was undercharged the first time and it was $65. just to get a bath and nails, $65 is not worth it in my opinion. lady was super rude to my dog too. won’t be back.

We have taken our dog twice now for a full groom and both times I have had to trim/straighten her ears and paws when we get home. Her ears are uneven and there are long portions left between her paws. Her body is fine. Additionally, when we walked in today we heard one of the them yelling at a dog in the back. They did not realize we were there because we forgot to ring the doorbell when we came in. We tried them out because they are close to home but we will continue to look for another groomer.

I have a German Shepard/Chow mix that has gotten more irritable and untrustworthy of others as he has aged. I really appreciated the hard work that Kim and the rest of the team put in to make sure that Charlie and I got our needs met today, despite his attitude not being the best.

We always bring our two Bull Dogs here for grooming and we just love this place. You can tell that their concern for dogs is genuine. These guys are really great at what they do. This is by far the best place ever.

I took my gsd Roxi there this morning to get a bath. Roxi is a 75pound ball of anxiety and energy. She has never had a bath before. I was worried about how she would react. Roxi does not like being handled, held, or manipulated in any way. Hannah was the groomer I met this morning. She did a great job handling my dog. Roxi looks like a different dog. Roxi looks great, she was a pretty dog before, she is a gorgeous dog now. Hannah did a great job, and will be the only groomer to handle my dog from now on...

Cut our dogs nail and made her bleed, but blamed it on our dog for not sitting still enough. Did not clean feet, none of the nails are showing. 100% of the hair on her body is seriously JACKED UP. our dog is groomed several times a month and has never had an issue with getting groomed. They’re under new management and it IS TERRIBLE.

I have a little dog named Gucci she’s a Pomeranian they did a wonderful job on her did the trimmed exactly like I wanted it❤️❤️Very friendly staff Kim did a great job will be using them in the future I’m also gonna tell all my friends and family.. reasonable prices, they even let me inspected the place where they groom them…Very clean

Trying to be fair because they do a good job overall with the grooming of our dogs but they have cut our dogs SEVERAL times and blame it on the dog not sitting still. So I do not recommend them for that reason.

Great experience. I brought Toby in there for a trim. He came out looking quite dapper and excited. Last time I dropped him off some place to get done he looked scared and timid when he left. No doubt Mandy treated him like he was her own.

Never againThey had my dogs 3 hours past when they said they would be done. I caught them yelling at my dog. He is my baby, no reason to be so mean with them. One of them looked awful. Choppy haircut. Uneven.

Horrible Experience,!! Will NEVER return and have been a loyal customer for years. They shaved my dog even though I gave the new person photos of how he was to look. Poor guy was even "shell shocked" when I picked him up, have to wonder what happened with new staff. They didn't even put his flea color back on so I have to purchase another. I'm done w/ Zeus & Bailey!!!!!

My pet was severely cut all over his stomach and private area. The only thing that’s was offered is that I apply hydrocortisone to his cuts. I would not be taking my pet here again!
