I went to the tire express because I needed my tire removed from the wheel so I could have it wielded. The lady at the desk acted like she had no idea what I was talking about so I explained it to her so she could understand, then she told me they can’t take tires off of wheels . So how do they change tires if they don’t have the equipment to take a tire off a wheel ? And this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this Walmart. I will not be returning. They need to start hiring people that understand there job . And have better customer service skills.

There's a Hispanic gentleman named Tito who went way out of his way to help me just to get some eye drops. Really appreciated it since you guys are locking everything up nowadays. Great customer service

Hate that they had no regular registers open, the self checkout falsely accused me of stealing twice in the same transaction and the cashiers weren’t the best of help. Items were easy to find, there was a section where some lunch meat expired and the staff were quick to grab it and take it off the shelf

all I needed was an iPhone charger and electronics closed at 10 and the managers are the only one that are able to get in the cases that are locked. I asked two managers already and they said No because they were unable to get the key, so I want to give a special thank you to Torrance who took the time and initiative to get what I needed even though what I needed was small it was the effort that he put into making sure I was service. Awesome customer service skills, and problem-solving skills. I gave him a 10 out of 10 And hopes he has a merry Christmas

The staff has been very friendly. Almost made me want to put in an application!! Customer service is always key.As of today (2/14/22) the store had everything I needed and some things I didn't know I needed. Ha!!As of 5/6/22 - still going strong and I found a few items that I've wanted for a while and we're at a great price.Today (7/6/22) went to the store and was able to snatch flip flops for $2 a pair, tops for $1 and sandals for $6. I love a good markdown sale.Today (9/12/22) I am pleased to report that I was able to get everything on my list. And due to summer clearance I also grabbed some tanks that were $2 and shorts for $4.50.Today (11/14/22) Walmart has some great clearance sales. Bras and sleep shorts down to $3.Today (12/26/22) I was able to get a lot of items on clearance. Great day to shop!Today (3/6/23) and with using the Yuka app, I was able to find some great, healthy finds on clearance.Today (5/25/23) I was able to get everything on my list and grabbed some items I've never tried before.Today (7/29/23) I was so happy to see all the fresh produce the very friendly employees were putting out. And I snagged some great items on clearance.Today (1/4/24) I was still able to find everything on my list plus a few items on clearance.While on Spring Break (3/5/24) I was able to grab a pair of $19 sneakers for $6. A win-win for me!!

Workers are always on their phones, listening to music, watching tik toks. Not helping people find things or get things.I had a manager tell me he didn't know why his employees were always on their phones and let an employee yell at me cause I was talking to him about her being on her phone.... do better people

It was a pickup order, which was correct and quickly delivered by frienldy staff. My question is, why give me the option of "bring my own bags" and then bag the items in plastic?

I usually go to the Forest Drive Wal-Mart due to the fact it's on my way home. I used to not like this store before previously because of the inconsistent hours of the Money center. Lately they have have been more consistent. I also love the fact that I can get my oil changed here while grocery shopping. The workers are usually nice and I can find pretty much anything I need in store or online at a reasonable price.

Our visit today was quite a pleasant one. I needed some assistance finding something and had no problem whatsoever locating someone who pleasantly helped me. Also, there were more that enough checkout lanes open. They were also moving quickly and efficiently.

First time doing a online order the site gave me a time period to when to pick up my order btw 7-8 mind u I place my order round 2:30 I only order 14 items.riund 8:30 I got a notification saying my order was ready,get to the store call there line to tell someone I was there no one answered,I waited almost a hr went inside just for someone to tell me they stop answering calls sais there manager told them to stop answering calls and to NOT pack anymore orders because there was nobody back there I mentioned why did it say my order was ready they then said I don't know what to tell you and walk off....and from that they forward I'll pass from shopping at that Walmart....

The most unreliable experience ever…my last 2 online orders placed late evening had more than half my orders missing….not once, but twice. This might be the drivers, but somewhere along the line someone did not care. I love Walmart but this specific location proves to be utterly unprofessional and def needs a course in customer service and professionalism.

They were OK I guess it was a stock day and the isles had product in them. It was hard to find an employee working as they were in little groups of 3and 4 all over the store. Overall not bad though

Bought 3 bottles of All detergent had 3 coupons. When I got home I realized cashier had only taken off one coupon so I went back and they said they could not find the coupons and showed me one they had, which was not like mine. Basically called me a liar. I went home and got the All and more coupons and returned.The manager would not look at me, talk to me or respond, or give me her name so I just returned all of the All. Her name is Ebony and she has purple/burgundy hair. I will not shop with people who call me a liar.

We all know Walmart can be a little grungy and sketchy but I feel like this one takes it to another level. I have been asked for money in the parking lot almost every time and it is poorly lit at night. Besides the usual annoyance of being understaffed at the register, today was next level with trash everywhere & bathroom disgusting. Maybe the clientele is extra messy to pick up after but that’s not an excuse to me.

Had a wonderful experience at this walmart! They also had no problem letting my little sister bring in her tinkerbell suitcase! And even though she had an attitude and tried to run off the staff were very understanding! Everywhere was very clean and well stocked, the only change I would suggest that the bathroom in the photo center we didn't know there was one there so maybe hang some kind of signage would be nice! Over all we will be back!

Worst experience at this Walmart ran into an awful manager and was a GM manager at at the Forest Drive location I have never met managers in customer service to be so rude to customers then also aware other in the stores do not attend to me the customer but it was a bad day for Brenda K GM manager godspeed to those who run into the Forest Drive Walmart to Brenda because it was the worst experience of all of the Walmart I visited👎

Worst Walmart I've ever had the misfortune to live near.People are constantly stopping me to ask for money while I shop.The grocery pickup is no good, constantly missing items, and including substitutions I said I didn't want. I've walked into the store right after just to find an abundance of the item I ordered on the shelves exactly where they're supposed to be! No errors with grocery pick-up can be corrected, I've waited at customer service for more than an hour while the grocery pick-up department was repeatedly paged only for them to never show up.Many everyday items are locked up inside anti-theft cabinets, and no one has the keys. Press the button and ask for help for all the good it'll do you.

Truly the worse Walmart I’ve ever been to. Pick up orders are always delayed or missing an item. Their delivery people are morons. Even if I request no subs for out-of-stock items, I still get some random item. Worst yet, is they charge me for it. The employees inside the store are no better. They will not help you if they don’t have to. Many times I’ve gone into the store looking for assistance, they can see me waiting at the counter and won’t even ask if someone has helped me. They look at me and keep walking or talking on their phone. You can’t even call the store’s customer service line because it doesn’t work. I would rather spend more money at another store and actually have the employees do their job right and with care, then go to this Walmart. Not worth the couple of bucks I would save. I’ve been to so many good Walmart stores but this is not one of them.

This Walmart is usually pretty clean most of time a customer service is pretty good every once while you catch them on a bad day or someone who just don't feel like helping anybody but for the most part you store self is in order and the workers are constantly working keep it clean and help people

Clearance Lies and Trickery. Went to this ghetto Walmart specifically for the oil clearance on this oil. Same price as the exact same one on the shelf in automotive.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. Spent 2 hours waiting at 5 pm on a Thursday to get a Kayak to find out only one price on the wall is correct. Left at 7. Even has Manager’s special right next to one that’s not even marked correctly. Spent my entire afternoon on a waste!!!! Oh yet green one was marked correct. $88. Highly aggravated!!!

Went for a drill that was locked up. Unable to find associate to assist with obtaining drill. After asking several staff members for assistance, a manager finally unlocked case. Going to check out, no self check outs were open. Only 2 cashiers were open to help the 40 customers with check out. Left my purchases by the register & left. Not impressed
