The pharmacy staff at Walgreens are the rudest grouping of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I don’t know how they managed to find people so miserable to deal with. Every time I go in there they are unprofessional and rude. I have even seen them yell at elderly customers. I’ve never had a problem at other Walgreens locations. Please fix the attitude problem!

SAMANTHA should not be working in the pharmacy. She rolls her eyes, she insults customers, she hangs up the phone on you when you call and ask about a prescription. Please, please management address this. I will be following up with your corporate office about THAT employee. A lot of people have agreed with me on my post regarding Samantha. I suggest that others reach out to Walgreens corporate office.

When picking up a prescription no-one even asked if I had questions, let alone went over instructions. This was especially weird as alcohol really must be avoided the whole time these meds are being taken, as it will make you sick to your stomach if you mix the two. Luckily, my doc had told me this. It seems it’s luck of the draw for information here.

I walked in today to pick up a prescription but the pharmacy was closed even though it said open on the website. The manager chris at this location overheard me calling my doctor to send the prescriptions elsewhere, and he assured me that I can go to another location to get them. This was also the second time that chris has helped me with printing and choosing the correct sized photos. He was just so helpful and kind. Even went out of his way to get me coupon. If there’s anything this store could do to reward his efforts, it should be done! It’s not often that I find myself actually getting around to writing reviews but he certainly deserved it!!

This review is from an experience from earlier this year. Several months ago my current doctor at Prisma Health Family Medicine in Lexington prescribed the medication metoprolol for me. My sitting heart rate before taking the medication was in the 90s. After taking it for 30 days it is in the 60s.What happens if you suddenly stop taking metoprolol?"You may experience worst chest pain, a jump in blood pressure or even have a heart attack."So, here's the story. Earlier this year I called and left a message with the doctor regarding this prescription. Never got a call back. They stopped returning phone calls several months ago. I've had challenges with them before, and I think it's because they know that I save their recordings that they leave me. I went to the pharmacist and asked if the prescription had been filled, and they said that it had not. It was due. The pharmacist told me that she had called it in. I told them that I would call my doctor again and come back the next day. The pharmacist said she would call it in again. I came back the next day and it still wasn't filled. I asked the pharmacist"What do I do in a situation like this? This is not the first problem that I've had with this doctor, however it is by far the worst.""I'm going to give you a 3-day supply".So, five stars for sure, and thank you so much.I'm going to come back and edit this review adding the pharmacist's names if they are okay with it, along with documentation supporting it.(Because of this experience and previous experiences with my current doctor, I break my metoprolol in half, and take half a day.)John "Kip" Werts

The whole pharmacy is so unprofessional and needs to learn customer service. I should not have an issue picking up my prescription every single time. They roll their eyes at you and look like they hate being there.

Trips to CVS used to ruin my entire day. Since I started coming here, I have not had a bad experience. The store staff are always welcoming and helpful. The pharmacy is also excellent, and always promptly fills my prescriptions. The pharmacists are kind, respectful, and do their best to help you. Thank you 5 Points Walgreens!

I would rather get a papsmear than go to this pharmacy. The good news is you will never have to wait in line because no one else wants to come here. The bad news is that when they say it'll be fifteen minutes, they really mean over an hour. The worse news is that their hours are inconsistent and terrible, so if you happen to NEED your medication, I hope your life doesn't depend on it.

I will never use this pharmacy ever again. Every time I come here I get disrespected. I was here picking up my medicine and the wait was over an hour after I was told 15 min. This is the worst pharmacy ever.

I use(d) the pharmacy here. Typically the staff at pharmacy is rude or short, and does not listen to their customers very well. So tired of dreading to get what I need. The cashiers are great! I've picked up FedEx packages from here and they always are quick about it.For anyone complaining about prices, it's Walgreens. We all know it's pricey. If you aren't happy, visit Target, which is a few miles away.

Warning: Don’t bring your camera there to be processed. We brought our vacation disposable camera there and they took weeks to get back to us. They were very unhelpful and after a month all they say is sorry we lost your camera nothing we can do. Lost all our vacation photos, what a waste of time and money. What a poorly run Walgreens.

I was recently went to this location to get some gift cards and when I went up to pay the cashier did not even a knowledge my present and only looked at the counter and told me You know you can only pay for these with cash or debit car right? And they are non refundable?" I'm thinking yes I know because I just brought some 1 week ago and I paid with a credit card. I left them on the counter and left

I forgot my iPhone charger at my house and I was going to an event, but my phone was almost dead so I went to this Walgreens and I found that most of the chargers were 30 dollars or more which is absolutely ridiculous, so if you want a charger just remember to bring your own because there isn’t another store to get one in five points that would be any cheaper.

Just called to have a prescription refilled and the woman answering the phone in the pharmacy was quite rude. She sounded annoyed that I was calling (which I had to, since I just moved so I couldn’t have it refilled through the text messaging service I normally do). And then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Racist ! Never had an issue here being that I go through the drive-thru pharmacy mostly so decided to get out of the car and check the inside out for a few things me and a friend need it we were battered and followed around the store by the manager I believe over and over and over again he kept asking if we needed anything or help and proceeded to continue to follow us and even after we had checked out was an embarrassing experience just got someone should rest a certain way or looks a certain way doesn't mean they're stealing thanks!
