This location is open until 9:00 pm and the pharmacy team helped me in my hour of need, after 2 other pharmacies did not. I was especially thankful since it coincided with the after-work afternoon rush; it was greatly appreciated!

Everytime I go or call there's always something, myself or my Dr.didnt do.no prescription is without an additional phone call.these girls treat older people with no respect at all.i got a shot there today and witnessed, rudeness,inability to help with what their job is.ive called corporate and the promised the moon.30yr customer from 1 location,gets worse,They may be Closing soon???

I’m a physician and I cannot believe what a constant problem Walgreens is for prescribers. I never ever call them and leave a message without inevitably getting a callback about something the pharmacist inevitably could have gotten from the message, usually asking for I necessary clarification on information that was clear to begin with. Don’t pretend to have a prescriber message line when you end up forcing interaction with the pharmacist after a message is left every time anyway. Once they called me back and told me that I must be confused about my own last name because I was “coming up in their system” as my maiden name, when I’ve been married and practicing under my married name for 7 years. Argued back and forth with me about my actual name when I prescribe there monthly at least. Tonight I got an inevitable callback saying my patient doesn’t have a profile in their system when I have been prescribing for him there for years. Literally constant. I dread when patients let me know they get scripts at Walgreens and constantly ask them to switch to anywhere else. Do better.

Used the pick up service for the first time and it was quick and easy. The items could have been brought to my car or picked up at the photo counter. I decided to go in after marking on the App that I was on my way, then marked that I was there.

I had a customer service issue at this store and their store manager Mr. Diggs contacted me and helped me with the issue. He was very professional and courteous. I will be shopping here again.

Customer service is always great. I witnessed a young lady dealing with an irritate customer. She was extremely professional and stayed calm the entire time. That speaks volumes about the training the staff receives. This store is always clean and well stocked. Usually the lines move quickly. I highly recommend this store. Its also 24 hours and offers curbside delivery.

Tonight while at the pharmacy to get some first aid materials, I witnessed an unreasonable and disagreeable customer being rude to Daniel, the pharmacist, and the other young lady behind the counter. The older, angry lady who was complaining was unreasonable, obnoxious and rude. A true “Karen”. But Daniel and the other staff were polite and calm with her. Nothing they could say appeased her, but by the time she left and I was able to get to the front of the line, the staff were all showing me excellent customer service like nothing happened. I was very impressed.

This location is horrible. The attitudes are the worst. They never give the correct info and the staff will talk to you like trash. Not a good experience and I’m going back to CVS.

This store definitely gives you a down home community feel. I am always greeted nicely by the cashier and the Pharmacy is great! There is usually not a huge crowd most of the time. So you can be in and out fairly quickly!

This is the worst pharmacy in Columbia SC. They are rude except a few. They never have refills ready always saying out of stock. They won't even call another Walgreens to see if they would have it stock. My family and I will be definitely spending our money elsewhere. I am taking all our prescriptiops out of here today. I will be contacting Pharmacy Manager of the corporate office.

I went here for a Doordash order. It was 12 items, and 11 of them were random things that I would have no idea where to find, like tweezers, a shower curtain liner, a bunch of different skin care products, etc. I went up to an employee and told them I had 11 different things that I needed to find, so could they please help me. I was told all they could do is point to the aisles, because their manager said they were not allowed to show us where items were located. She was told by the manager, “let them do their job, and you do your job.” So basically I was treated as if I was not a customer at all, because I was placing the order for someone else. No manager for any store would ever say to an employee, “it’s not your job to help customers,” but apparently this one did. The girl tried to point to like 15 different places like, “household stuff could be on any of these 4 aisles, skin care could be here, here, or here,” essentially no help at all since she basically pointed to 3/4 of the store and said, “look around this area.” I ended up declining the order, since it would’ve taken me 20-30 minutes to find all the random items, so I would’ve been making less than minimum wage at that point. Customers often cancel orders when drivers get to the store location, but then decline the order. I’m sure I wasn’t the first or last driver that did that. So it’s likely the store missed out on $94.12 in sales due to the manager’s policy. Either terrible management, or the girl lied, because she didn’t feel like walking all over the store to help me.

I just want to say I am appalled by the woman that one of my friends encountered working in the photography section. He attempted to return an item that he purchased with receipt and the woman accused him of stealing. How can you treat people in such disrespectful ways and want them to continue to frequent your establishment when you treat your customers as criminals. I will find out the name of the employee and request that further action is taken against her.

This Pharmacy really goes above and beyond your needs. And when I say this Pharmacy I'm talking about the people that work there. They're very patient extremely knowledgeable and I've been to two different Walgreens in Columbia the one on Garners Ferry has no common sense whatsoever. So it was such a relief and a pleasure to go to the Devine Street Walgreens and have everything Pleasant from going in the store to get products shelves are full and organized stores clean and pulleys are friendly and very competent so I will only go to this Walgreens as long as I'm in Columbia.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacists are so slow! At first I thought it was just the time of day I went but turns out it’s all the time. There is always a line, they seem overworked and unhappy. In general they are “no” people and unwilling to work with moms who have sleeping babies in the car and can’t get out! I went to another pharmacy and the woman came and sat in my car while I ran in to fill out the required form for my medicine- now THAT is customer service!! And THEY get my business!!

My son got tubes in his ears on a Friday and needed ear drops after surgery. We were given some left over drops from his surgery. So, decided to pick up the script on Sunday and it still wasn't ready. How is this even possible? The sad thing is- this isn't even the slackest Walgreens in my area.

I shop here early mornings between 4 and 5 am before I go to work. Your store clearly states "open 24 hours" on the side of the building. Today however, you were closed. One door locked, the other the power was cut off. I opened the door and asked the guy mopping the floor if you were open. "Um, yes? But we have to the the floor dry before you come in". I work retail, I get it but there are these nifty things called wet floor signs. Use those. You don't turn paying customers away. There is another Walgreens closer to my house but I shop this location because it is right by my work.Kind of disappointed.

Sunday afternoon I pulled into the drive through after another customer, who was just providing what I imagine to be her ID or insurance card to the pharmacist through the drawer. I assumed it wouldn't be long, but I sat in the line for 9 minutes before she was done. Another car pulled up behind me so I couldn't leave the line. Once I moved up to the window, I sat there for exactly two minutes, completely I acknowledged by anyone. Because it had been 11 min, I left, and came back 5 hrs later. I had two Rxs to pick up, but only 1 was available. By the confirmation call, I was under the impression both were ready. However, apparently my second Rx was expired. For some reason I was able to refill it on the Walgreens app, but instead of calling me to tell me they couldn't fill it, they waited until I tried to pick up before telling me they had to get authorization from my Dr, and did I want them to go ahead and do that? I'm not sure why they didn't do that immediately. This isn't the first time I've had ridiculous wait times, or issues with my Rx. I will be transferring my Rxs to Longs ASAP.

I really wish they'd sent out a mass email/phone call to announce that the pharmacy hours have changed. I didn't get off work until after midnight, and I needed to pick up time-sensitive medication. I've been a customer for years and previous to now, I've had no issues.

Shot out to the employee that took care of that angry customer who was in there at like 7-8 in the morning yelling at everyone because her money didn't go onto her card right away. Even yelling at the customers telling them she was going to slap them. He really kept calm and was polite to the customer the whole time. I know I could never do that.

Every new employee I've encountered that works here is incredibly rude and has a major attitude issue. This used to be the best Walgreens in Columbia, complete with friendly staff, but these new people they've hired are awful.

Scheduled an appointment for a Covid booster.Arrive for my appointment and they’re “out” of vaccines.Did not contact me in any way. Was told to reschedule- “maybe we’ll have them in a few days.”Was an extremely frustrating experience.

I like to get my prescriptions there because they stay open later than other drug stores. They stay open until 11:00pm on weekdays and I think it's 9:00 on weekends.There is usually not a wait as I'm just picking up after ordering online. The wait if you're putting in a prescription is usually only 15 to 20 minutes.

Don’t count on Walgreens to be competitive on any price. Wanted over $300 for an Rx that was under $15 elsewhere. Pharmacies and pharmaceuticals are a complete rip off. It’s companies like Walgreens and CVS that are taking advantage of all of us

What are the pharmacy hours? It’s been several times we look at the hours online before we go and the pharmacy isn’t open when we get there to pick up a prescription. Closed at 7pm on a Wednesday. Online states open weekdays until 11.
