This is the worse!! I mean the worse PHARMACY EVER!! MEDICINE IS NEVER READY!! THEN THEY CLOSED EARLY ON GOOD FRIDAY (5PM) AFTER I JUST SPOKE WITH THE PHARMACIST WHO NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL ME THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY!!🤢🤮..THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME..GO TO ANOTHER WALGREENS CERTAINLY NOT THIS PHARMACY!!

Refuses to fill my prescription of suboxone that I have been on for 4 years at the pharmacist discretion they said. And they also talked my provider into not moving the prescription over to another pharmacy so I am now withdrawing off opiates because of them. Life threatening withdrawals, I can not eat or drink without vomiting. They tried to sell me something for the vomiting while telling them I'm going through withdrawals from the medication that needs to be filled. Do not use this pharmacy.

The Walgreens @ the Northeast corner of Beltline & Forest Drive, Someone in the Pharmacy named Andy should receive an award for outstanding customer service. If you deal with chronic pain you understand how Rude you can be treated when you are just trying to get your prescribed pain medication. In my 12 years of suffering I have never been treated as kind and with such patience as I was today from this gentleman. He took time to explain exactly what was happening with my medication and what options I had. He told me where to go and who he called to get assistance for me in obtaining my medication . Outstanding customer service. He was so patient and kind thank you. Rare qualities in 2023. Sir, Thank you.

Pharmacy decided to close on Saturday and will be closed on Sunday too, we just called them and said the pharmacy won’t be open until Tuesday! How are we supposed to get our medicine?Such slow customer service here. Even when trying to call the pharmacy it is nearly impossible to reach anybody. Been on the phone waiting for an hour.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Possibly worst experience I’ve had in a Walgreens ever and that includes pandemic eta. The pharmacy had a line of 6 people each one increasingly more frustrated than the last. They have 4-5 ppl working pharmacy yet only one person handling both register and drive thru with an older clientele very slow to process.They despite multiple ppl saying it aloud never got another person to help out to help expedite the line. By the time it got to me, I had been waiting for a prescription Since last Monday which was supposed to be filled within the hour that day.I never got the text message confirming the prescription was ready so waited and now Monday the following week I went back in assuming it would be ready. It was not. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT!!That said they cited an insurance issue while my insurance coverage has not changed and every other place I used it has had no issue. Regardless they never reached out to me with to discuss or resolve said issue. So after waiting 20 in line I had to wait another 20 min for them to actually fill it.Unacceptable customer service, no ownership or apology. Needless to say I will be finding another place to fill prescriptions moving forward.

Last month I came through the drive thru on Friday to get my anxiety medication and there was sign on the window that they were closed for the weekend. Yesterday (Sunday) my husband went to pick my my prescription and again, Closed during normal business hours. Currently it’s Monday evening and I’ve been in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and have yet to get to the window to get my ANXIETY medication that I need! I will be switching pharmacies immediately.

I gave this pharmacy one more chance since it’s convenient for where I work. But yet again the pharmacy is rude and doesn’t care. They have a pharmacy tech, Sitiera, who likes to be in control of when someone gets their prescriptions by making up rules that both the pharmacist and other pharmacy techs have said aren’t rules they go by. But clearly this tech just has a miserable attitude and takes it out on the customers. Sadly the rest of the store has to take on the negative reviews because of the few who make this store a terrible experience. I love the lady who works upfront, she is always a pleasant person. And the other techs they have recently hired have been super sweet too. But y’all have someone who had a bad attitude during the pandemic and it’s still the same way. This store needs to seriously review how some employees treat customers. Again a little bit of kindness goes a long way. And maybe tell Sitiera it’s not her job to control when people get their prescriptions. To follow the laws and let the pharmacist/store follow those laws as well.

This review is in response to an order placed on 03/10/2023 thru DOOR DASH (WALGREENS), Columbia, SC. Ordered 12 boxes of Jolly Rancher Green Apple drink mix, was given substitute items of Welch's Strawberry drink mix. I wasn't contacted, asked if I wanted the substitute. I tried to contact DOOR DASH, unable to write a review unless I put their app on my phone. I didn't order thru the phone app. Companies like DOOR DASH have no respect, regard for their customers. All they want to do is take money off of the customers debit, credit cards and give them no customer satisfaction . BEWARE of DOOR DASH, WALGREENS!

The Manager Shawn (I hope that's correct spelling) is very helpful and friendly. We recently had a hit and run accident occur in the parking lot and he was very friendly and courteous to help my Mother through this difficult situation! It's good to know that there are still really great individuals that will go the extra mile to help someone out!

The worst customer service at the pharmacy. Everyone is short staffed, but the employees of this branch think they are the only ones in the US who are short and that allows them to have an attitude. Adjusting to being short staffed and handling customers with better service goes a long way. But telling their customers they have over 80 scripts to fill and the “oh well” attitude needs to be changed. Being argumentative and short/rude just loses customers. I would be much more understanding of a little bit of kindness. Because believe me I completely understand what it is to be short staffed.

Slow, unhelpful and rude. Signed up for flu shot appointment and waited 20 minutes just to speak to someone. Been here several times. Very unimpressed. Will find a new pharmacy.

Not sure whether it's the pandemic or what, but this store is extremely understaffed at the moment. I was there on Sunday to get a flu shot and there was only the pharmacist and the store manager working in the pharmacy. When I finished, I went to photo counter to pick up some prints and who should wait on me but the store manager. From what I could tell there were three employees there on Sunday, the pharmacist, the person at the front counter of the store and the manager. I was unable to get my prints that day, so I returned there on Monday. I waited 10 minutes and asked for someone to be called twice and never got my prints. No one ever showed up. I don't know if I can continue to use this pharmacy under the current circumstances.

This pharmacy has turned into trash. It's currently closed at 3 pm on a Monday, and they are already closed on Sunday's. PAY YOUR PHARMACISTS so they stop leaving.

Walgreens Pharmacy Department, Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd. Pharmacy technicians should be continuously TRAINED on customer service procedure. They should NEVER stand in the middle of the work area and openly discuss the customer's medications OR interactions with the Pharmacist. The department leadship should review the Professional and Privacy policies of the company and the customers. Healthcare is important at every level.

Terribly slack at addressing errors on the stores part. A system error prevented myself from buying an item from behind the counter. They stated a ticket was opened to fix the issue. 7 days later the same error occurred, and no ticket was filed. They care very little about the customer nor medical needs.

I can definitely confirm what others have already said here: The people at the Pharmacy are just not very friendly or helpful. In fact, the women there seem to have a really bad attitude. I have experienced this twice now.

So tonight I went to this location to get triple antibiotic because I'm afraid my finger my fall off due to infection. It was 11:28pm and it is posted online as well as on the door to the store that they close at midnight, but they didn't open the door for me. The woman inside actively ignored me trying to get her attention. Super annoying.

I called this pharmacy for a price quote. JUST A PRICE QUOTE! And I was on hold for 11 minutes!!! After 4 people had already picked up and put me on hold then they had a horrible attitude when someone finally took a second to help me! Worst customer service ever!
