Miss Tara Is A Wonderful Woman!I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Miss Tara, she made my day yesterday (2/15/24). I was carrying my groceries home from the bus after a long 14 hour day, I arrived at the store just before 7pm after being up since 5am, arms full with my groceries and she immediately greeted me and offered a place for me to set my things down. After that, she asked what I needed and I told her I just needed a key cut. She then told me to follow her and in a few steps we were at the machine. I gave her my original and she quickly found the right blank to use and started the machine. While the key was being copied, an older couple walked up to the register. She excused herself so she could go ring them up, as they only had a few items. It was no problem at all to me, she showed ability to multitask and engage multiple customers at once. She was energetic, polite, and friendly. She made a long, hard day better with just a few kind words and spare key. Came in needing a battery and charger for my DeWalt impact drill. Kara assisted me and was awesome! Although they didn't have the single battery and charger combo I wanted, she located a dual battery combo, took $25 off that AND I was given a circular saw for FREE($200 value) because of a promotion going on! Home Depot has the best associates and that's why I never go to Lowe's anymore!

I was looking for a specific dryer part which the store did not have. The customer service was awesome, advising me where I might be able to find it. Even googling to try to help me. Will be back if I need anything else!

home depot is a wait of time. no will help you no matter what you need. hard to deal with over all. favorite answer to any questions we done sell that. if this place went under tomorrow it would not hurt my feelings.

While relocating and renovating, I've been here more times than I can count recently. Mostly helpful staff, and wide selection. Of the dozens of staff I've interacted with here, all but one have been great.

Setting: not super busy about 2 costumers to each staff.Looking at wood over hearing works chat as the work however the cussing and subject matter was not family friendly.Biggest issue was finding a worker to cut some wood after 10mins and talking with 3 separate workers ((who just pointed to locations with nothing or Noone there) a female worker stated she would call someone to come meet me and help. After another 15 mins Noone came so I left my buggy and walked out. Better training is needed.

Very good place for picking up concrete bricks. Some what cheaper than lowes. Had a little problem with an associate, but another one was very helpful.I would suggest you check invoices throughly.

We were shopping for patio furniture and were helped by Emma and Anthony. They were awesome! Very helpful and genuine. Anthony was multi-tasking making sure everyone was taken care of with out neglecting anyone. Emma helped load the furniture with no worries! Thanks guys! Russell & Wendy :) :)

Recently went to buy lumber and a few other things. After messing around with customer service and another employee trying to get my order picked I lost hope and went to get my odds and ends. I then met Brian. He was so helpful and made it a point to make sure we had the help we needed. Went as far as telling me he would help pick our order himself. He went to find me something on my list and I started grabbing lumber. Out of nowhere came J.R and asked if we needed a hand. I explained what I was doing and he said come with me. He put my lumber order in and between him and Brian they grabbed a few other guys and went to work. Came time to start loading the refused my help and loaded up my truck and trailer. These two men went above and beyond the duties of their job. They were awesome. It's because of these guys and the support they offer that I shop here and not lowes. Hopefully someone at this store or corporate reads this and gives them the recognition they deserve.

Very helpful staff. I'm disabled and need an electric cart. I usually ask someone where something is, and they show me and help with getting the items for me. I drive 50 miles to Home Depot so I don't have to shop at lowes.

Had a problem at another location and called this store looking for help and spoke with the Manager, Drew. Excellent experience, it's nice to know some people still understand customer service. He was professional and polite and genuinely seemed to care. Drew should be teaching their other Managers how to treat customers. This location has earned my business even though it's a further drive.

Went in for help today with a few cabinet questions (last minute, for an upcoming project) and was met with lots of help and resources from the designer that works there.Thank you Home Depot, for having great knowledgeable staff.

The Trevi fountain is a spectacular work of art. It's hard to believe it was a working fountain where Rome residents actually came to get their home water when created in the early 1700's. We visited 3 times the week we were in Rome. The first during mid-day, and the crowds were tremendous. Once at night to see it with the night-time lighting. And lastly in the early morning, to enjoy it's full splendor before the crowds arrived! The sculptures are truly amazing and the ambiance of the fountain is quite relaxing. Don't forget to make a wish and toss in some change when you are there - your wishes may come true! Enjoy!

Update: I called the store to cancel the order they were unable to deliver. They said it would be canceled but they didn't cancel it. I then called customer service and requested they cancel it. They said that I would have to call the store to cancel.I placed an small order of decking lumber for delivery on 03/21/23. On the day of delivery I received an email saying that my order couldn't be delivered. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone with customer service they told me that the delivery truck was to small for my order. The delivery was rescheduled for the following week. Today was supposed to be the delivery and I already received the same email. This time the delivery driver didn't feel like working today.

I love this Home Depot. I bought a house nearby a year ago so needless to say I've been here a lot during that time. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I drive right past that "other" home improvement store to come here because it's the best! I used to get such high anxiety shopping in these big home improvement stores, but no more thanks to the amazing crew at my local Home Depot!

Received a damaged fridge on 2/13/23...refused the delivery same day and requested a full refund. I was told by a customer service rep that my refund would be processed within a few days. As of TODAY 2/22/23 I am being told that home depot cannot issue my refund because the fridge was not return to the warehouse. I don't understand how in 9 days ONE fridge has not been return to the warehouse. This makes absolutely NO sense to me. Customer service should have been tracking this fridge since I REFUSED the delivery!I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY WITH HOME DEPOT! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Paint lady told me to put my phone down or she wasn't going to assist me. So, I spent $750 at Sherwin Williams. 3 other associates made eye contact but refused to smile. Luckily, I didn't have to deal with a rude cashier.... 100% self-checkouts.

I just tried to call to see if they had any moving trailers for rent and I got hung up on twice and the third time the lady that was on the phone with me was short with me and kinda rude. I'm not very happy with the limited experience I just had with them and I am left feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied.

That was the largest, nicest Home Depot I ever saw.. Employees were available. Very stocked.. clean isles and Easy to navigate..Only thing was the bathroom was messy..very messy

I didn't have any employees ask me if I needed help even though they were walking by me. I felt like they had something else better to do than to help me. I was definitely in the isle for about 20 minutes debating which bolts I should use for a crib. But I figured it out and made it work. I'm giving 4 stars for how organized their store is and carrying crib bolts! But I subtracted a star for customer service.

This store has staff that makes customer service their number one priority. If you see a staff member they greet you and ask if you need any help. They even follow up with you if they see you again in the store just to make sure you were taken care of. The store always has items in stock and their website reflects this perfectly. Will shop here above Lowe's any time. Keep up the good work!
