I've been taking our fur babies here forever. The new owners are awesome. They were sweet and said our dogs were well behaved. Lol, they came home and slept for a day. They love staying here and interacting with the other puppies.

We are SO happy we found Mike and Steve! We were on vacation and needed to board our Aussiedoodle. It was her first boarding experience and we were so nervous but just talking to Mike I knew she was in good hands! His experience and knowledge of nutrition and training was impressive and he cares about the dogs’ care. When we picked Lucy up she was clean and happy—we just wish this kennel was in Michigan! We would trust her with Mike again!

I've been boarding numerous dogs at Wag-N-Train Kennel for years. Mike and Steve NEVER disappoint! My dogs love it there and are always excited to run in. Mike never hesitates to take my dogs on a last-minute notice so that I can go rescue dogs out of state or whatever I need to do. Wag-N-Train is hands down the cleanest and best boarding facility around. They always keep me informed of any issues and always gives me an evaluation of their behavior in case there is something I need to work on with them. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We have tried several different kennels and have absolutely loved this one. Mike and his assistant are amazing with our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bristol. She loves going there, it's clean, calm, and the dogs have a lot of area to run around in. The staff is always so nice and I feel so comfortable with her staying there. You can tell both of the workers care so much about our dog and go out of their way to make sure that she is happy. Bristol would get anxious at other kennels at times because of all the barking, but this environment is quieter and calmer than other places. We are very very happy with Wag-N-Train kennel and recommend it highly!

Mike Seats is a Godsend to us. He and Steven run the most amazing kennel and boarding service in Columbia. We have been taking our Golden to stay with "Uncle Mike" since we got our furbaby. 5 years now. Our boy loves going there and is always cared for above and beyond!!!!!

I feel very fortunate to have found Wag-N-Train kennel for my dogs. Both of my large dogs are able to stay together and I know they are well taken care of. I feel very comfortable leaving them at Wag-N-Train. The spaces are clean, the owner is wonderful, and my dogs come home happy. I would recommend this kennel to anyone looking for a home away from home for their pets.

I usually board my dog at either Carolina Pet Resort or Lexington Pet Lodge. However, they were both booked for spring break week. I thought with all the good reviews Wag-n-train would be a good place to board my dog. I have a terrier/dachshund mix about 13 pounds. Since my other dog passed away, he does get a little separation anxiety at times. Noting serious. I figured he would get the care he needed while we were out of town for 4 days. I assumed all was well while we were gone. I never received any calls with concern for my dog. When I went to pick him up, I was told by the owner that my dog received a "6" on some scale that he rates the dogs. He said he doesn't board dogs that rate above a "5". I became concerned and wanted to know if something happened. I assumed maybe he bit someone or something. When I asked why my dog received this rating, he stated because he barked at times. He stated this is very common with terriers. I was FLOORED!! It's a dog. They bark, especially when in a new environment surrounding by other unfamiliar dogs. I thought it was a joke. I have boarded my dog at other kennels and never had any problems. I told the owner he wouldn't have to worry about taking care of my dog again. Once I left, I went ahead and called Carolina Pet Resort, which is my first choice, to make sure to have a spot for my dog on our next vacation this summer.

Highly recommend this boarding facility! It is smaller and I like the idea of more personalized care! Mike is ALWAYS helpful and professional, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog. He always had the bedding washed and waiting in the bag for the owner! My dog loves going to Wagon Train! Don't go anywhere else!

Mr. Mike, the owner of Wag-N-Train is great with dogs. He is knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about his business and the pets. We drive 40 minutes from the NE side of Columbia to Wag-N-Train because we know our dog will be in good hands. On our first visit, I requested to see the back area and the particular kennel where my dog would stay. I was impressed with the back area - it was nice and clean. The play area outside is always well kept and clean as well. I recommend Wag-N-Train Kennel for anyone looking to board your pet.

We have boarded our Great Pyrenees here 3 times, as we are new to the area. The owner has always been straight and upfront with us. Our fur baby comes home happy and well kept. I recommend them to everyone that ask.

Took my baby Zelda here. First time leaving my dog with anybody. Also I haven’t had her in a kennel/cage since she was a puppy so naturally I was worried. When I picked her up, she acted like she didn’t want to leave and couldn't care less about seeing me. So it was obvious she enjoyed her stay, had plenty of friends to play with and the staff was very friendly as well. If I ever need to take her somewhere again, this will definitely be the place.

I have boarded my dogs in many kennels over the years both in South Carolina and Arizona. I can absolutely say my dogs have never been as wonderfully cared for as they are at Wag-n-train kennels. My medium to large dogs are rescues. Mike the owner, and his assistant Steve have gone out of their way to get to know each of them well and provide exceptionally skilled care. The facility and grounds are very clean, and the setting is calm. A+

My Wife and I have been using Wag N Train for the past 5 years and everytime we need to use them we look at our dog and say want to see Mr Mike and he gets so excited and happy. The facility is kept up well and leave knowing my dog is in good hands. When it comes time to pick him up my dog is just as clean and healthy as when I dropped him off.

In May 2015, Collie Rescue of the Carolinas volunteered to provide medical care for 3 collies that were evidence in an animal abuse case.After their triage period ended, Mike (owner of Wag-N-Train) agreed to kennel the collies until suitable foster homes could be found.Seeing the condition these collies were in, Mike, along with his assistant Steve, took it upon themselves to continue the rehabilitation process that these collies so badly needed.The transformation was amazing. The care and determination to get these collies ready for a foster home speaks volumes. I cannot say enough. All 3 have turned out magnificently.My wife and I have 2 collies of our own and we would not hesitate a moment to board them at Wag-N-Train.
