Wife dropped the dog off at 9am for a cut and bath. Went to pick him up at 4pm, he got the bath but no cut at that point. It also came to light they no longer had his leash when she went to leave. No clue whose leash they gave us. They only charged for the bath after it was requested we still wanted him cut as well. Tread lightly.

I took my baby here to groomed for the first time and I must say at first I was a little scared, because my sweet girl tend to get scared when I leave her, and not to mention she is my first pet and I didn’t have any experience with dogs and how to raise them,but after talking with some of the staff I learn about healthy treats to feed my husky when she being nothing less than amazing!!! I also was educated about a better choice in food for my husky! I strongly recommend booking an appointment for you pet here, because of the staff and their ability to care for your pet and your concerns,O and all these amazing features come at a very affordable price!!! Thanks Sarah’s Grooming you guys are amazing and deserve everyone of the five stars I gave you. See you soon!!!

Our appointment with another groomer fell through last minute and this place saved our day by squeezing us in the same afternoon (despite being a few hours away from closing). We live an hour from Columbia and finding an opening on short notice can be a tall order during the summer, but this place could not have been more accommodating for our shaggy little pooch.Honestly, we were just hoping to get a significant trim for the hot season without much consideration for the actual look and this haircut ended up being my favorite style our girl has ever gotten!

The folks at Sarah's are Dog lovers !!! They do a fantastic job, at reasonable prices... Parking can be sketchy at times, but I've been using Sarah's since moving to Columbia... Definitely Recommend!!!

I really wanted to like this place because of all the great reviews but unfortunately I don't. My wife took our pet to be cut and washed, she went to drop her off and she said it smelled really bad there like the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile. So my wife dropped her off and had not left her there for more than 30 mins at the most and said something told her to go back and get her. So she did, and our dog totally smelled like cigarette smoke. Took 2 days to get it out of our car just from driving her home. Now they may cut Great hair, I don't know, but just know what you are in for when going.this was our experience, I hope yours is different.

Chaos! I called for an appointment for my two who have been regular customers. Ms. Becky, the groomer who used to make the appointments and personally groom my two, no longer works there. When I called last week, I was told that someone would call and work my two in for an appointment. After not hearing anything for four days, I kept trying to call the business on the way to Columbia from Edisto Island, only to keep getting a busy signal. The owner(?) today said that she was not answering her business phone because she was so overwhelmed. This was ONCE the best place, but today’s experience with trying to get an appointment leads me to believe that the great experience is now gone!

We took our Yorkshire terrier to Sarah for his first clip. I knew he would look cute, but I didn't know he'd look this cute. Sarah was very nice and did a great job on our dog.

I am so thankful for them. We had to find a kennel for my dog for my trip. I was able to get her in that day ànd she had a blast. Also Jaime did an amazing good on washing her up because she was super dirty when we dropped her off. I definitely recommend them for grooming and boarding and will be coming back. I am a travel agent so we needed a reliable place for my fur baby.

My sassy seemed like she had been to every groomer since i got her and no one has ever made me a pleased and happy with their service the way i am when i picked her up from Sarah's grooming today. Thank you all so much for your wonderful services with my sassy. My daughter and i are very pleased and she will be returning in a few weeks. :). Looking for a good groomer? Sarah's grooming is the place to go!

Filthy, cramped, and overall not a good environment to put your dogs through. I walked in to see about getting my dog in (no one would answer the phone) and walked out almost immediately after. The main groomer is rude, short, and manhandles the dogs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants their animal to have a positive grooming experience without leaving traumatized.

Came based off recommendations from friends and was not too happy. Got my boy groomed for the first time here and told them it had been awhile so he might be anxious and if they couldn’t continue to stop and call me so I can get him. No one called me all day to give me any update or tell me he was finished. I got him back wet and found hot spots on his underside. I called the next day and the owner was short with me saying I didn’t answer the phone then cut me off to ask the groomer if anyone called me and then realized no one had to which she apologized for. Then she said he was difficult to which I told her I had told the groomer he might be and not push him to finish. She proceeded to tell me that they’re very busy and sometimes they forget. As much as I appreciate the job they did, doesn’t seem like they prioritize customer service and left me remembering why I avoid the groomers

I took my Corgi mix and pit here and I am so glad that I did!! Both of my babies came back clean and fresh and the lady at the front gave additional advice on collars, etc. I will definitely be coming back!!! Very polite, and affordable!

I just had my dog buddy's nails trimmed at Sarah and Susie's Grooming and I must say it was an excellent experience! I had no appointment but walked in the door and had his nails done expediently! They then helped me find several goodies for my boy and I was out the door in no time! A+

Fantastic dog toenail trimmers! I used to [try to] trim my Bull Terrier-mix's nails, usually with disastrous results. For over a year, I have taken Jasper in every other week. Sarah is always incredibly fast, accurate and affectionate. Two paws up!

The place for our puppies. The best in town without a doubt. Kobe and Phoebe always look heir best after a day at the groomers. Their cut is always perfect as sarah and suzie's always take great care of them.

I have been taking my Lhasa Apso to Sarah and Susie's for about 16 years, and my Shih-tzu for about 5. I use them for grooming and boarding. They are great with both of my dogs, patient and kind and very sympathetic to the needs of the older one. They always come home looking precious. Thanks S&S!!!

I would give them a zero if I could. My wife dropped our dog off for a bath and cut. The groomer did not listen to direction and messed up her cut. The owner charged us before we saw our dog. She was unapologetic and in fact more or less ignored her complaints.

lost one of my dogs collars. they acted like he didn’t come in with it - it’s a barking collar so it has a big black box on it and hard to forget and they’re not cheap. they just shrugged their shoulders and said he didn’t have it when he came in and that was the first and last time i’ll go here because he always wore it
